Haven't had chipotle in a very long time but was craving it so we stopped in. The place was dirty, there were no tables that were wiped down and no trashcans. The steak was overcooked, the chips were stale, there wasn't much flavor in anything and the guac was brown so we opted to not get it. My bowl was essentially rice and cheese! The worker scooped my chicken then gave it a shake, to essentially take half the chicken off the spoon. 10$? Just for half the chicken to be tough and burnt anyways! Had cold/dried up leftover queso barely enough for a serving, which nobody wants to eat! Won't be coming to this location again. read more

The person making my orders was not courteous and very rude. I had to ask for extra guacamole in 2 of my bowls since he just added a small tiny bit of guacamole. On top of that when I asked for extra guacamole, he said that will be an extra charge which I did not mind paying but still gave even a smaller amount of additional guacamole. This is my second time at this location. I am not impressed. I don't believe this location is a great representation of all Chipotles. I ordered the New Carne Asada Bowl. I believe the employees need more training on the stations and proper portions. I even tried to tell them it usually isn't that low but idk. The Carne Asada was not great either. It lacked any flavor and clearly was sitting wayyyy too long. My daughter's burrito looked like it was meant for a 5 year old. As someone mentioned they gave a side of Guac in a small side cup. The cost of it doesn't match the size by any means. I don't think I will be returning to this location. read more

I love Chipotle, but I hate this store. My husband picks up dinner for me from this location a few times a month, after I order on the app. Not one time has my order been correct. It's usually minor-ish like they forgot to put my soda cup with my order and usually the chips are non-existant. (What kind of Mexican restaurant runs out of chips? And they run out OFTEN!) My last order was the absolute worst. The only thing correct about the order was the rice and the beans. There was no chicken. No fajita veggies or lettuce. No pico or hot sauce. I don't even think it was my bowl. Rice, cheese, corn, a bit of cheese, and it was covered with so much sour cream. It was like an entire 8 oz carton of it was dumped on top. It was inedible. I always complete the survey for restaurants, good or bad, and this place is no exception. But why do they bother asking when they NEVER do anything to fix it, or even reach out to apologize. And I would return the mistakes, but I live 45 minutes away. I wish this place would get their stuff together, because I love their bowls. read more

I swear I'm not one to ever complain, but Never once had an online order done correctly here. I live nearby and purposely order from other places further away because they simply cannot fill an order. I order a steak casadilla, they put the steak in the cups on the side and gave me a cheese casadilla. One time I got a burrito that was genuinely half the size of a fist. Most recently, ordered a casadilla with a side of rice and sour cream. Simple right? Nope. They couldn't figure it out. They put the rice and sour cream INTO the cassadilla. Cus who doesn't want hot sour cream? Absolutely worst. If you do eat here, you have to order it in front of them and guide them because they have no idea what they are doing. read more

We paid $6 for our child to get a single small tortilla and an old tiny orange that was so old my child couldn't eat it. We ordered chipotle for dinner tonight, and on top of the very skimpy bowls my husband and I got (did they change serving spoons to teaspoons all the sudden and you only get a single teaspoon of your options?.) but we also ordered a cheese quesadilla for our 1 year old, to come with white rice, fruit, & milk. We only got a single tiny tortilla. No cheese! No rice! No milk! why did we pay $6 for our kid to be served no meal? Of course we ordered online and didn't notice until we got all the way home. But that's how they get that money. I'm never usually one to write a review but this chipotle has disappointed every time I've ordered from it. I place a pickup order and I had a free chip reward which I used. I grab my order from the shelf and my bag wasn't sealed properly with the tamper sticker, it was pretty much open. I look inside and see my burrito half unwrapped at the bottom and what do you expect, no chips of course. I knew the employees wouldn't even bother, I asked politely for some chips and they just kinda handed them over not saying anything. Every time I go in there the employees are always goofing around and just standing there. They always look annoyed and miserable...listen I get it, fast food jobs suck, but I promise no one's forcing you to work there! They never portion correctly and treat online orders like crap. Firstly... it's chipotle... there isn't really much too dynamic to talk about ... it's just really good on the foundation as "fast food". That being said, this particular Chipotle is really inconsistent in its delivery.... how they make their food, how much protein you'll get, and the worst when they'll replace or add to the protein available. It so often feels like you you getting the bottom of the barrel... because you are. Better replenish interval please, better portion consistency and then this would work a 5 star for sure. read more

If I could give a zero star I would. Ordered 6 meals. Stickers on the bowls were correct but the ingredients on each bowl was completely wrong... not one of them was made the way it was supposed to. So thought they just put incorrect stickers on each top- nope! None of the bowls matched any of the stickers... so completely frustrating. read more

She was standing behind the counter eating and put her food down to make ours and then her serving sizes were crazy small. Placed an order on 5/18 at 7:35pm for 8::40 pick up. Made it to the store at 8:30, food was sitting on the shelf. Get to the car to check the food. The food was cold as ever. I go to the register at 8:36 with the food to ask them how long was the food sitting there because it was cold. I then asked them could it be remade. They took about 10 minutes before deciding that they'll make it over. While remaking the bowl, there wasn't any meat. No steak, no chicken. Very disappointing. However, the girl that remade my food was very nice but the whole ordeal was a mess. read more

Well, I am a little biased because I love Chipotle more than life. And in terms of visits, this one did not let me down. I went later at night and the place was empty. However, the employees were all working hard and the place was dang near spotless. I got mine to go, but would have gladly stayed to eat because of how nice the place looked. The location was big and plenty of room for you and the gang. Or me and my 3 burritos. My food was perfect and exactly what I love from Chipotle. I get the burrito bowl with all the fixins. I also got chips and salsa this visit and so happy I did. I hope when I pass away and go to heaven, there are unlimited Chipotle chips with free guac. A girl can dream, right?! This is located in the parking lot of Target and JCPenny. You have to exit the main road and enter in the back to drive around. Every single employee I talked to was nice and great at the job. Went to Kenosha location this evening for high school fundraiser. Upon entering at 5:45 pm we were told that this location was out of steak, chicken, vegetables and rice!!! Basically everything... watched as another 10-12 people came in and promptly left after they were told the same. How a restaurant can run out of so many staple food items, during the middle of dinner time, AND during a fundraiser for a local high school is unimaginable and unacceptable.
