Order was all wrong. Took 3 times to get corrected and once opening the box for my spicy chicken found it to have american "cheese"... Ordered meals but only rung up entree so had to add fries and drink at window which is more expensive so I asked to get the difference added back to my card. They said its only a dollar that fine right... I don't care how much it is, why would I give you any amount extra for messing up? Spoke to 3 different people with no resolution. I went on opening day and it was crowded to say the least. People were excited for the first Chick-fil-a on the south shore. The drive-thru line was 15-20 cars deep and winding down the parking lot. The restaurant line was out the door but moved quickly. I waited about 10 min to place my order. Then I waited another 5 min at least for my food to be delivered. Not too shabby considering how crowded it was. They had a lot of corporate trainers there, as well as other suits and people handing out free samples of cookies and coupons for free breakfasts. I took one of each! That day I ordered a Spicy chicken deluxe with waffle fries and a strawberry shake. It was delectable. This morning I used my free breakfast coupon to get a egg white and chicken sandwich which seemed a little odd at first. I typically don't eat chicken for breakfast, but what the hell. It seemed like the most filling option. I also got hash browns. Everything was tasty. My only problem is that it took them 5 min to cook my chicken and I had to wait in the parking lot. Oh well. Heads-up to ownership. I visited your restaurant Saturday, February 15 around 1:30 and witnessed something that surprised me. A customer came in and asked for your gluten free menu and was told that "it's all online". Now I get it that gf is relatively new and I'm not even concerned that you don't have a menu to hand a guest. What I was surprised by was the attitude of your worker when asked. She didn't look at the customer and just repeated her answer twice. There wasn't an explanation or even an attempt to help the guest with some options. I want to point this out because I am all for your food and the level of service is always very good. It may be that this one worker needs to be retrained in the ChickFilA way. This chick-fil-a establishment is a disgrace to the company. They consistently disappoint. This week I ordered carry-out and they completely got the order wrong. All of the sizes were incorrect, they gave no sauce with the order and forgot 2 orders of nuggets. I had to drive 20 minutes back to the restaurant for them to correct my order. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. I have never had an issue at other chick-fil-a locations. I will no longer be bringing my business to this establishment. read more

Literally the worst fast food operation I've ever encountered. My kids and they're friends like it, however every time without fail the orders either missing an item or it's completely wrong! Let me say the do try to rectify the issue but most of the time you don't t realize it until you're home! First, 2 stars only because the girl held the door open for me. As I was walking in, I slipped and almost fell because it had been raining and the floor was wet. As I was walking out one of the girls was holding the door open. I told her the floor was wet (hinting they should put a wet floor sign out)..not only did she look at me in disgust, she then put her foot down on the water and started pushing it around with her foot like that was doing something. I have seen numerous incorrect orders and people generally upset. Don't know if the food is good because I may have to ask for a refund due to time constraints. Many have already. We just stopped into the Plymouth Massachusetts location for dinner. We ordered the spicy southwest salad and a rollup sandwich with french fries. The picture from the outside kiosk showed a salad with chicken slices cut in strips many cherry tomatoes with black beans and cheese generously sprinkled on top. What I got was two thin slices of dry chicken dropped on top of a lot of lettuce and not much else. The large order of fries did not even fill the package by half. I have had this salad at other locations no issues the same with the size of the sides. I'm not hurrying back. read more

Ordered food for the family. They messed up on some of the orders and then forgot to put half the order in the bag. Went back they were rude about it and when we got the rest of the order everything was made wrong. A chicken sandwich came out plain nothing on it but someone's gross ass hair. Chicken nuggets for the kids were hard as rocks better used as a weapon. Their frys were soggy not even sure they were cooked. Always busy at the drive-thru and with good reason. The spicy chicken sandwiches are very fresh, juicy, and to die for if I'm honest. These are the reason for all 4 of these stars. The chicken minis they have at breakfast are quite delicious too, but an order of 4 is very small so it turns out being expensive as you have to double. Their lemonades are on point, and the frosted lemonade is a treat - though that option doesn't seem to be available on the online menu so you have to order it at the window. Chick-fil-A fries, cleverly cut into holey waffles, are inconsistently cooked at this location. Sometimes they are insanely good, other times - meh. Mac & cheese or the waffle potato chips are solid alternative side choices. Shakes and iced coffees are ridiculously small and expensive for what they are. I was devastated to find that they stir that nasty non-dairy creamer (plain or vanilla flavored) into their iced coffee. As a result, even McDonalds does coffee better! The workers here are always very polite and I love that Chick Fil A closes on Sundays. We enjoy it all of the other 6 days of the week! read more

My first Chic-fil-A experience was at their Plymouth, MA location which recently opened on May 9th, 2019. The drive through line was around the building! I ordered a chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and an iced tea via the mobile app as the like to the registers was almost out the door. It took just over 10 minutes to receive my order which was a small miracle considering the amount of people there! They had 4 registers going and I noticed a person in back of me walking in got their order before me using the registers. The food was very good. The iced tea was a green tea and tasted as if they brewed it there. The sandwich was also very good as the bun was buttered and slightly grilled with a boneless breast of fried chicken. Wow! My family and I were impressed with the food, service, friendliness and upbeat atmosphere of this new Chik-fil-a in Plymouth. Of course the place was crowded. It recently opened and the restaurant chain has a great reputation. Who wouldn't want to try it out? We tried a variety of the menu from the kids portions to the salads (so fresh) to the spicy chicken. Everything was served hot. Waffle fries are a big hit, too. Loved the hot cookies and the shakes. Yum. Plus, when was the last time someone came to your table at a fast food place and asked how everything was? We have been back and welcome our new neighbor in Plymouth. read more

The music cannot be heard in the dining area. The employees are friendly, but extremely difficult to get customer service if you need anything. The booths and tables needed to be cleaned. The restroom sink was absolutely filthy. My Number One Deluxe combo was excellent as usual complimented by nice freshly cooked waffle fries and a yummy shake. Went today for the first time and I won't be back. Overcharged and got the wrong order. They brought me what I ordered but no reimbursement. They just told me to keep the other food as well. All food containers were covered in greasy handprints which was off-putting from the get go. The chicken was disgusting. My five year old had the fried nuggets and refused to eat them after discovering a large pink vein in one of them. The workers were generally kind and were not rude, but it seems like the manager has no clue how to run an efficient establishment. There were tons of workers behind the counter.
