Good subs, when im in the area, i automatically get hungry and they are quick service as well.

We are on a new kick of trying new Pizza's within a 10 mile radius of our home. We are always driving "somewhere" doing errands on the weekend so there's a lot to choose from. Today we went to Bryantville Pizza Kitchen. IT WAS DELISH! We saw it last weekend when we tried the Sub Shop across the street. Hub said "Hey! New Pizza for us ? Let me say I am picky and to me their sauce alone is a 10/10! Their Pepperoni is fabulous. The 'Roni are small but plentiful so not a lot of Pepperoni oil that has to be mopped up with a napkin before you eat it. He asked for Light Pepperoni. Excellent. My only VERY small complaint is that I like a harder crust. That's just me though so next time I'll ask for Well Done for a crispier crust. I know it's Not a thing around here but where my Husband grew up they ask you how you want your pizza cooked! The first time that I heard it, I wondered if I was supposed to say RARE? Medium Well? Fast delivery, piping hot food. Fried food is packed right and never ends up arriving cold and soggy. Bomb sweet chili wings; even the unsauced wings are good and crispy. Really good fries; my husband says the best french fries around and I'd agree. Pizza is good... Mac and cheese bites are good. Like the Greek salad but I always ask for extra feta and dressing. Did I mention the bomb wings? Honestly surprised at the really old negative reviews. I have been getting food from theses guys for a little bit now. The food always gets delivered hot and fast. Honestly they have the best chicken parm calzone I've ever had. The wings are always worth ordering as well. The customer service deserves 10 stars. One time I got something delivered and it wasn't quite right. I called and they had the driver bring me what I had asked for super fast. They do a great job and I've never been anything but happy from the experience. I'm adding to my original post about bryantville because I feel they need more positivity than I already have them. I got a triple decker club yesterday and it was honestly one of the best I've had in my life. They make they're own bread which is outstanding! They're always very friendly and make you feel welcome. Took a road trip today here today. To be upfront, we know someone who works here and thought we would support the business during these times. Plus it got us out of the house. Got both lunch and dinner. Kids had Mac and cheese bites, a grilled cheese and buffalo chicken wings. Both my kids loved the food and said it was worth the trip. I had a chicken cordon blue calzone which was very good. For dinner we had the stuffed shells with veal parm, chicken ziti and broccoli Alfredo and chicken fingers and fries. All was delicious and very happy with the sizes. Will definitely make another trip there especially since my kids who can be picky eaters liked it read more

The food and menu are fantastic and I like that they are one of the few places that will deliver to our area. Unfortunately, delivery seems to only be available on certain days and ends long before closing time. We have also had more than one occasion where our order was incorrect. So I've been Gluten Free for a year now. I decided to call and see about Bryantville's Gluten Free pizza. No other pizza places deliver around here and I wanted delivery (have the kids at home right now). I call and the guy tells me they no longer carry gluten free offerings. Yet it says it on their new menu they sent to me in the mail and it's on their website. Interesting??? If you don't carry it take it off your menus and your website. This is not the first time I've called this place and asked for something on their menu that they no longer seem to carry. If you keep eliminating items from your menu you are going to lose customers fast. I know I won't be ordering from them again, they just lost a customer for good. read more

We ordered sheet pizzas and chicken tenders to feed our family and a few friends (20 people) this past weekend. I called at 1:30 to place the order, requesting at 5:30 delivery time. The person taking the order was very friendly and amenable. Our food arrived exactly on time, hot, and it was delicious. The pizza was Sicilian style, so it was a thicker dough with a crispy crust. The chicken was great too, and everyone agreed that overall, the food was excellent. We have ordered sheet pizzas from other local take out places and this was, by far, my favorite. Food's good, but doesn't cancel out the lousy service. We ordered, and they told us it would be about an hour. Not what we wanted to hear, but things happen and I was in no rush. Delivery took 75 minutes from call to door, and the food was cold when it arrived. I understand that things get busy, but there's no excuse for a cold delivery for a restaurant that is less than 5 miles away. Ordered 2 Subs for delivery. One was correct. I specified NO TOMATO, and NO LETTUCE on WHITE. I am allergic to tomatoes, and ALWAYS specify NO TOMATO. My sandwich arrived with tomato, lettuce, on wheat. ALL wrong! I immediately called and told them I am allergic to tomatoes, and they had made a mistake and put tomatoes, as well as lettuce on the wrong bread. I asked if they could bring the right sandwich. I live really close so I don't mind getting delivery from here, but the pizza is definetly forgettable. The chicken caesar wrap is probably the best item on the menu. I recently ordered food here for the first time this past weekend and I must say, I am impressed! It was snowing out and I was made aware that the delivery time would be longer due to the road conditions and, as a delivery driver myself, had no problem with that and was completely understanding. Since I was watching the AFC Championship game between the Patriots and Chiefs, I was in no rush anyway and went ahead and ordered a steak & cheese calzone with an order of cheese fries. First off, the delivery came quicker than I expected, which was a plus and the girl who delivered my food was really courteous. The food itself was spectacular! Better than I anticipated, given that my other favorite pizza joint is less than a mile away from them, though I may have to call this my new favorite place. The steak and cheese calzone was HUGE and delicious!! The cheese fries came in a good-sized container with loads of melted gooey cheese with another layer of cheese on top. Almost orgasmic if I do say so myself! Overall, I highly recommend Bryantville Pizza Kitchen and you should definitely consider checking them out if you're looking for some good food and don't feel like cooking at home. Ordered a pizza and salad from BPK an hour in advance so that it would be ready when I needed it yesterday.. Showed up at the designated time and had to wait an additional 20 minutes because apparently there was a "problem" with my pizza. I had already paid, otherwise I would have left without the food. They gave me a free soda for my trouble- how generous! The strangest thing? They have no menu inside the shop and no functioning website. First off... Delivery was prompt and the driver incredibly friendly and professional... So driver of my food, get a ten... My tootsie roll sized sad excuse of an Italian "sub" however... Was quite the conversation piece upon discovery of the weak attempt to customize a sandwich, in which I chose to negate the lettuce... As you can see in my photo... Both sandwiches were far from "sub" size... Containing literally one slice of each variety of meat and one slice of cheese. Far from fulfilling but taste wise, not too bad... Nothing grand either. had they used some imagination a little more proportionality and less cost effective, this review would've been non existent. read more

I called to order a few small things, and the delivery kid that dropped it off was awesome. Definitely no complaints about him at all. But when I opened up all the food, there was so much cheese on the cheeseburger that I literally couldn't even get the wrapper open, and it had none of the LTOP that it was supposed to come with. The fries were still frozen in the middle, as well as the zucchini sticks. Oh, the bag that they threw the zucchini sticks into also apparently held a little container of marinera, which exploded all over the sticks and made them soggy. When I called to let them know the condition of my food, the manager started calling me 'hunny' and screaming at me that I'm hogging all the phone lines, and that I asked for too much by asking for the LTOP on the side, and that he'll go it of his way to send someone with a new menu but he won't send out new food or the missing LTOP. When my husband went to pick it up they refused to accept the coupon because the current owners did not own the business when the Masspass coupons were put in the book. I really have had some bad experiences and you know what they say 3 strikes your out well I am out. I always have my order delivered everytime I have called the person that answers is always so rude. Everytime my order comes its always wrong. weird place. I went in there once and bought a fruit punch that expired in 2009. I also got a sub and asked for blue cheese on it but they gave me goat cheese. odd misunderstanding. also, no matter what meat you get, it tastes oddly like roast beef. even salads. and they only have slices of wonder bread, no sub rolls. in addition, I paid the delivery man in a 100$ bill for a 22$ order, and he simply said "gracias, me gusta" and rode away on his tricycle. ive been going there since imoved there in 68 when it was billy kidds . the new owners since arent close to billy, a nice guy and his wife,super peopl! Their subs and pizzas were always consistent and delicious,in the last few years the food isnt worth buying, Im concerned about some wings I got today Im sick to my stomach for the 3rd time in 6 months they had freezer burn the batter was a funny color and Ithink they cooked it and it wasnt picked up so they refroze it Im serious! They never get my subs made like I ask always leaving something out I had an order deliverd and it was $8 more because they sent 3 subs not 2 like I ordered and the wrong subs to boot! owners a great guy but the help are not food prep oriented and the food and service reflects it.
