The young man who took our order was not only sweet and knew what he was doing but helpful, too. He was patient as my dad made his choice and didn't make anyone feel bad for taking a while. My dad can't see well so it takes him a bit. When our order came up, he brought our order to us instead of just calling out the order number and he remembered all our sauces and brought us plenty of them. The food was fresh and hot. This is a family owned business that's a collective collaboration across three generations. The care put into the service and the setup was top tier. The time they took to answers questions and present themselves really allowed us to connect with their history and their contribution to food in this city/region. And then the food was exceptional. We actually had two meals catered, one comprised of veggies, ribs, and sausages. The other was a burger bar + ice cream.
