Literally the slowest drive through I've ever been through. There were only about 8 cars ahead of us and took over 45 minutes to get through it. Not typical chick fil a efficiency for sure. Definitely not the quick stop we were hoping for. Oh and then the food was cold. read more

The slowest Chick-fil-A drive through I've ever experienced. They had people taking orders in the line as most of them do, but half the cars orders weren't getting taken until they got up to the front causing a huge hold up throughout the entire process. I'm not sure if it was just an off day for them or if this is a common occurrence but either way they need to get it together. read more

What is there to say about an Chick-fil-A? The chicken is amazing, their lemonade is as addictive as crack, there restaurants are always clean, and their employees courteous and friendly. This location is no different, and if anything is above even the usual levels of all of the above. My son has been here with a bus load of kids, and we have been here as a family, and every time is always great and consistent. Yes, it can get busy (it right off Interstate 64), but the service never suffers. read more

I have had many chicken sandwiches and this definitely ranks in my top 5.the sandwich it's self was one of the freshest things I have eaten. It's almost like they have a garden out back from which they get there lettuce. The chicken it's self was extremely juicy and tender. Another thing is there service there was a huge line and we was there for maybe 5 to 6 minutes. And with that kind of speed you would think they would mess up the order like so many other fast food places but even with a large order we received everything. The only thing that makes this a 4.5 for me personally is the chicken nuggets they aren't very big and are a little costly. Great service at this location friendly employees are always a plus at a restaurant. The inside of the restaurant is clean and they do a great job making sure everyone is served in a timely fashion. I noticed that the servers bring the food to your table which is a great feature of a fast food restaurant. That lemonade is always good here and there is great consistency in the food I've had at this location. Its located a little off the highway, but not very far. We stopped at this CFA on our way back to Ohio from Topsail Island. We knew CFA has reliably consistent food, service, and cleanliness, and this location proved that to be true. Our food was excellent and they handled the lunch rush well. We were expecting it to be slower since the drive-thru line was really long outside, but we had our food within 10 minutes of entering the restaurant. Not a bad location considering the area (I'm from and reside in NC). Visited here as I was in town on business and really wanted a chicken salad sandwich, but noticed they don't serve it at this location (bummer). I like convenience and this chick fil a certainly excels in that area , right off of the interstate and leading to Rt 460 , it's nearly impossible to find a better location for a traveling person . Just visited tonight with my husband, four year old, and two year old. Food was superb and fresh, and they got our food to us almost before we had finished paying. They interacted with my children and had the mascot cow come over to meet them. Very family friendly and amazing service with polite and professional employees. Also, we only spent about 23 bucks on dinner! Highly recommend. If there were more stars to give them, I would! read more

I have stopped at his location a few times, but I think my today's stop will be my last. This location does not seem to be in line with the company programs. I have stopped several times from 6:30-8 as I am passing through that direction in my travels. Each time I have tried to buy a frosted coffee I am told it is not available, due to the machine being cleaned. When I stopped today I asked why items being advertised on the menu were unavailable and was told management at this location liked to clean the machines early in the morning and for that reason any ice cream related items were not available until later in the day. When I asked why they didn't post a sign saying that, they replied, "well that's not a company thing, it's just what we do at this location." In the future I will use a different location. Or a competitor that actually can deliver on advertised items on the menu. read more
