Review of chick fila dipping cheese: As a fan of chickfila, I think of my time devouring sandwiches, nuggets, and more sandwiches, chickfila has kept their menu constant over the years but recently dabbled in the cheese business. So obviously had to give my review. Here it goes... The cheese has the appearance and aroma of a type of beer cheese. As you dip your nugs into the liquid gold, the dairy fantasy cascades the crispy edges. The flavor of the cheese starts as a beer cheese and has a great heavy mouthfeel. Although heaviest in consistency and texture, the flavor is not overpowering and yet doesn't want you needing more. The cheese finishes smooth and subtle as you finish your journey to flavortown. The cheese is a solid price at 89 cents and gives you plenty of fuel for a train of 12 nuggets. I recommend and would buy again. read more

Busy, busy, busy place, but worth the short wait. Staff is super friendly and actually visit your table several times a visit to see if you need anything. Want a soda refill? No problem, staff will bring it to you. This place even has tiny cups with lids filled with cheerios to keep the little ones happy. read more

Worst experience at any chic fil a ever! Completely ruined my daughters order in her birthday and even charged me extra! Never again

Honestly the cashier who took my order was absolutely amazing and I really appreciated her willingness to make the customer happy and her ice cool attitude. Unfortunately, there was a runner who was not so kind. Kylie would not serve us and turned our request for more ice down. I asked as Cooley as possible and she was not so ice. She said "no , no, no" and I apologize if she was in a cold mood but her actions were intolerable. Her actions and cold attitude can be forgiven by giving her number to Chris or if we receive our two cups of ice. read more

I love Chick-Fil-A and this location did not disappoint. The food, of course, was great, and this location had exceptionally good service. The tables were not as clean as I would like when we came in, but they weren't visibly dirty in any way, just a little sticky/gritty in places. read more

My only issue with this place is it can get very busy and at times seating becomes an issue. Also if your not thrilled with kids this place has a kids playroom and at times it seams like a zoo. The food is good, but I was not thrilled with the ice cream cone...well the cone was good but that ice cream was not what I expected. My friend thought the same thing, so I can't be wrong. I guess the kiddies might find it acceptable just because it's cold & icy, but hope they start using something...well, that tastes like real ice cream. Even Mcdonalds ice cream is better and if they can do it...so can Chick-fil-a! read more

As always another great Chik Fil A, went here before Dorney Park and had a mixture of breakfast and regular menu. The lady who took our order was grumpy and we had to repeat it multiple times , in fact she forgot my chicken sliders. We stopped in on Friday night for dinner. Being over 70 years old I ask the cashier if they had a Senior discount as their main web site states the following-- Discount: Each Chick-fil-A restaurant is independently owned and operated and the senior discount can vary by location. Most locations provide a free small drink or coffee with purchase or a 10% discount. Age Requirement: 50+ The cashier was very nice and told me she did not know about any Senior discount but she would go and check. Upon returning I was told that the Quakertown Chick-fil-A DOES NOT have any kind of Senior discount. The main web site does state that each store is independently owned and operated so I will find a Chick-fil-A that will give me at least a small drink for my business. I will add that I was in this store on other occasions and while eating the help would stop by and ask if you would like a FREE REFILL of your drinks ?? Seems odd that this location will give FREE REFILLS, on a large drinks, but will not give a small drink to a Senior ???? or is it just me ?? I guess the independent owner of the Quakertown location doesn't care about the Senior citizens that, USED TO, patronize their business ? I will make sure that all my Senior friends that live in the Upper Bucks County area, and I have many, know that there is no discount at this location so they can make up their own minds if they want to eat at the Quakertown Chick-fil-A. Worst chick-fil-a experience I've had. All of the hot sauce packets contained a clear juice, associate told me it was a bad batch, ok... Fine, I'll deal with that. Grilled nuggets were soft and slimey, associate told me that's the way grilled is, ok, fine.... another customer complained about the music, I think they were playing Beethoven, associate told her the owner can play whatever they want to play, ok, fine. My kids love the food here and indoor service is great but lately the drive through has been less so! The past two times we have gone there they have forgotten whole meals! We drive home only to find that one of us doesn't have a meal! This past time I called and said we were coming right back for it to which the reply "well we usually just mail out a gift card but I guess you could come back for it" Ok so my kid can't have dinner tonight for a meal we already paid for but we will supposedly get a card in the mail later for a meal!? Plus last time this happened it was with my meal and it was on a night I couldn't go get it so I agreed to the card in the mail and never got the card! How ridiculous! read more

A great and convenient location. Used to go here a lot while in school. There used to be one worker who was particularly not nice but she's gone now it seems. Food is always good with the exception of the chicken being a little dry every now and again, but hey it's fast food and at least the place is clean and they use fresh ingredients. read more

First time for hubby and I at Chick-fil-A, the servers were friendly and the food got there within 5 minutes of ordering!! We are seniors and always thought this was another fast food place!!! Chick-fil-A is far from that, we had the tenders meal for lunch and it was great!! This place puts some fine dining places to shame that we have been to!! This location is a neverending madhouse. Day and night it is packed wall to wall with screaming children and oblivious parents. It's about entirely impossible to sit down in the restaurant most hours even if you could handle the simultaneous shrieking meltdowns of 3 dozen young children while you "enjoy" your meal. I've had more relaxing meals at Chuckie Cheese. This restaurant is a poor choice for a quick bite on a lunch break unless you use the drive through window or take your food to go. read more

A lot of fast food restaurants could learn something from this restaurant. I was very hesitant to go in yesterday since there was only 1 parking spot when I got there but didn't want to waste time going elsewhere. Got inside, though there were a lot of people in line, we had someone take our order within a minute of walking in. The place was packed but we were able to find a table, about 30 seconds after we sat down our food was brought to us. The drive thru was moving non-stop as two employees were out there going car to car taking the orders as they pulled up. More and more people kept coming in. At least twice we had an employee come to us to see if we needed refills or anything else (one of which was obviously at minimum a manager). The employee that was cleaning the tables, when they were all full he was wiping the condiment counter, checking trash bags or sweeping. Every single employee was occupied, nobody was standing around and everything flowed. As busy as it was, they were all working smoothly and nobody seemed rushed. I don't leave many reviews however I felt obligated to after such a great experience, especially in a fast food restaurant. It wasn't just the service we received, I was very impressed with the work ethic these employees had, and every one of them was smiling, including the manager. The quakertown, pa Chiick fil a is the best fast food restaurant I have ever been to. It is the cleanest. The staff is the nicest. They actually serve you and check on you. What ... After having an unpleasant experience a few months ago, Chik-fil-A made good on their promise and sent me two gift cards in the mail. (Granted, it took some time and me calling them to ask about it, but that could have very well been an issue with the mail.) They also called to ensure that I received the gift cards, which speaks highly of their customer service. I'm glad that they made things right, as I very much enjoy the food! read more
