Very disappointing experience. We waited nearly 25 minutes after ordering drinks and never received them. Our server even took our food order before the drinks ever arrived. With three hungry kids who couldn't wait any longer, we spoke with the manager and decided to leave. This was the first time I've ever walked out of a restaurant, but after waiting that long without even getting beverages, we had no other choice. Hopefully they can improve their service. read more

Let's start with the hostess, don't put someone up front who isn't trained. Against my better judgement we decided to grab a simple dinner at this location. The restaurant was 1/3 full, plenty of tables / seating options available, so I asked if we could sit at a table, a regular old table, the kind that has been around for over 200 years, and it was if I asked her to part the seas. The customer doesn't care who's turn it is or what section they are covering, they see plenty of tables and ask, can we sit at a table. This request took about 6 minutes to compute as she left us at the hostess stand and then proceeded to converse with 3 different people on if we could sit at a table. Our server was nice, the food was average. If this is a corporately owned store, you should fire the GM or next time hire one that is present and train your team. read more

Went there early afternoon. Place was practically empty. Had to seat ourselves as no one was in attendance. Waited about 15 minutes before our drink order was taken and had to request menus. Waited another 10 minutes before our order was taken. The burgers were terrible. Greasy and rolls did not hold up, were quickly getting soggy and disintegrating. Fries were lukewarm and the cheese on the fries was like glue and so-called bacon was more like tiny chopped up pieces of ham. Not much variety on the menu at all. Drab and boring décor. McDonald's has better burgers and fries. Not worth the money for the food. read more

The staff needs to learn how to properly clean a booth. Brushing the crumbs off the table on to the seats is gross. No one wants to sit in someone else's crumbs. It's fucking filthy and the staff has an additude about it. read more

First off, stepping into this place the first thing i saw was what seemed to be the only waitress to have her mask half on her face as she's just chatting by the bar with the bartender. Not either of them greeted me or said hello as i stood waiting for a food 5 minutes. As i saw two other people just waltz right in taking a seat at a high top where the bartender greeted them immediately, still not noticing me. I thought to myself, maybe if i move towards the bar someone will notice me and help. Still nothing. Finally i made eye contact with the waitress that had her mask half off her face. She asked me what i wanted as i told her i placed an order for pick up. She went to the back as i started walking towards the front lobby again. Then the bartender comes to the front and asks me what i need. Told her the same thing and she responds that she can help me at the bar. Reluctantly i follow her and i tell her my name again, as she says she's going to go and get my order. Took about another 5 minutes. Finally she comes back with my food, places it down and just starts walking away; questioning in my head if that was it? Or if she was bringing more? With no response, i said thank you and walked away after acknowledging she was just trying to get rid of me as soon as possible. Second time I've ordered from this place and both times when I've ordered boneless Asian Zing or any other type of sauce i get bone in and Buffalo. I really don't understand how they can get the rest of the order right except my wings?? I was really excited to try this place again after they screwed up my first time there, and now I'm just disappointed that i haven't gotten to eat what i was really craving and ordered. I've probably been to a dozen different Buffalo Wild Wings in Jersey, NY, delaware, Virginia and many others due to traveling for work. NEVER have i had worst customer service and a simple wing order that they can't seem to get right AT any other BWW. My first time they got my order wrong they still charged me twice for their mistake, i called the place and they refused a refund or some type of "incentive" to make me want to return. I'm sure if i call this restaurant about this screw up, they're just gonna tell me like last time to come drive back and pick up the correct one but still charge me. On 11/26/2019 while visiting my niece and family for Thanksgiving I ordered take out medium size Lemon Pepper wings. I received half my order of lemon pepper and half original wings with hot sauce! When I discovered that my order had not been fulfilled properly I decided to accept the order since the original wings with hot sauce tasted okay. However the lemon pepper wings were not seasoned properly and were not tasty. Also included in my order of lemon pepper wings were 2 very old dried out wings that tasted like nothing I've ever tasted!! Ugh!! I threw them in the trash!! I also ordered cole slaw which was missing from my order! I returned to the restaurant to get the missing food item. After about 12 minutes the server gave me a 1/3 cup filled with shredded cabbage with no dressing on the cole slaw! I did not discover this disaster until I was back in my hotel room! I say disaster because cole slaw is one of my favorite foods! Also I had to ask for plastic eating utensils and napkins when I returned to ask for the cold slaw since none were provided with my order. By the way there was a small amount of slimy residue at the bottom of the I/3 filled container of cole slaw...that looked little someone had spit in the container prior to putting the shredded cabbage inside the container!! Disgusting!! Needless to say that went into the trash can also! On the bright side the original hot wings and wedged potatoes were very good!! Had a gift card and actually went twice within a week or so. First time was a Friday, early afternoon and this place was empty. Second time was a Saturday early afternoon with multiple college footballs games on and maybe 10 tables were occupied. Both times the servers had zero enthusiasm. Both times our orders (wings) took way too long (20 mins or more). Order a side of fries and onion rings. For the $5+ for these sides, the amount was skimpy at best. After waiting a while the waitress being really sweet took our full order with drinks and waited 25 mins and decided to walk out since there didn't seem to be anyone to ask about our order. The sweet waitress came outside to look for us as we looked for other options. Really like the wings it's juicy but too much salt when we ordered the lemon pepper flavor wings. Also didn't like how they packaged the celery sticks inside a carton box which the celery fell out during transit. Going in we where told by the man seating us that we couldn't sit in the booths....server said it would be no problem....I wanted the booth as the whole restaurant was cold (like 50 degrees cold...didn't see my breath but almost) our server said it's always like that....too many better places to go instead....good food...not worth freezing for tho....glad to see the young fellow seating people (was in a animated conversation with a young female staff member as we entered) also was enjoying his conversation with two more girls on the way out enough not to bother with a have a nice day or goodbye....other than our super nice server (she's 9/10) whole place is a 2/10....only go if everywhere else is closed!! read more

Ok- So I broke down and checked it out. If you are into sports this is the place you want to go. Great service for sure! Typical corporate trained employees, all with that big smile and pleasant attitude. Food came out fast. So... I ordered the steak wrap with pepper jack cheese, and the traditional wing "snack" The wrap was ok...a bit bland for me, about 6" long, came with a decent helping of shoestring fries. $10.49 The wing snack consisted of 5 wings, $7.49. I'm NEVER one to complain about price...but the wrap was easily the typical $5.95 item anywhere, nothing special about it at all. The wings were tasty but at a $1.46 each? I'll pass. Food served in cardboard bowls, and accompanied with sauce in one ounce containers. 2 Guinness Draught beers at $7.25 each. So....personally I have no intention of returning. I have this a shot, trying to be optimistic about the potential jobs a chain store could bring to the area. Wings were bland. They do have a large selection of both dry rubs and sauces. The staff really needs to work on behaving more professionally. When taking an order, it's generally not polite to sit down at the table with your customers. Absolutely terrible!!! The waitress (blonde) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She had a nasty attitude from the start. Our party consisted of myself, my boyfriend, his brother, and their aunt. I'm not one to throw racism into a situation, but it sure seemed the case. I was the only one the waitress interacted with for the most part (surprise I'm the only white one), while giving extreme attitude to everyone else. I order for their aunt who needs assistance by saying "She will be having...", and the waitress proceeds to say "Who is she?" in an extremely rude tone. Obviously the only "she" at the table is the aunt there should be no clarification needed, as I even motioned to her as I was ordering. She thew the straws onto the table, and took extremely long to return for the entire service. She pulled my boyfriends brother's cup out of his hand as he was drinking it mind you he is a legal adult. There is no zero stars so 1 will have to do. 1) Staff literally is completely detached from their job (every one we dealt with from hostess, server to manager. 2) We were told a 20 minute wait with 1/2 the tables empty. We asked for an empty table in front of the big TV when it was out turn to accommodate my special needs son (he was the only reason we were there to watch Villanova) 3) Literally two people (one group in front of us) were escorted to that table and we were escorted 3 minutes (I timed it) to a corner table the furthest from any big TVs and were told they would put the game on one of the small TVs. 4) we sat for 15 minute (3 minutes left in first half) for the manager to finally put the game on. 5) we asked the manager why it took so long and she said "I was busy". Completely rude and appearing offended that we were bothered that they screwed us over watching the very game we came to see at a freaking sports bar. 6) The server finally brought us our drinks and one sip of the beer and it was flat and it came from dirty taps. Disgusting. We left. Hostess was very confused on where to sit us ... let the stand and came back.. sat us at the very last table next to the bathroom and said "your server will be over... sometime. It will be awhile". We decided to sit at bar since we were off to a bad start. Sat at bar (one other person there) and were told "it's dirty there". A few minutes later they wiped the bar but did not ask us if we wanted drinks. Finally asked about drinks. Ordered 2 drinks. Never came back or made eye contact. Finally asked if we wanted menus. Ordered soon after (empty drink)... no question as to if we wanted another drink.. food came- food was fine. Still... no drinks! The bartender made it his job to not make eye contact. The place made me depresssed just sitting there. Never checked back in on us. So what could have been a hefty check with more food and more drinks.. was a cheap day since he couldn't be bothered to offer anything else!!! All I can say is first and last visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. The hostess never looked up from what she was doing when we walked in. She just said it would be about ten minutes. The restaurant was only half full on a Saturday night at 7 PM, that should have been our first clue. Once seated our server got us water while we looked at the menu. I then ordered a draft beer and my wife a cocktail. She never asked what size and should since they offer sizes. She just brought me a tall (large) and my wife a double. We got the sampler appetizer which came quickly. I guess they are known for wings hence the name. The sauce an Asian hot sauce was very good, to bad the boneless wings were tough. Everything else on the sampler was standard fair, cheese sticks, nachos, onion rings and lots of diced up jalapeños. If you don't like jalapeño pepper just stop reading and never come here because they are everywhere. I got a burger which was so over cooked the patty was crispy and my wife got the Southwest salad which was full of jalapeños. We both eat about half our meals before giving up. Then we waited nearly 15 minutes for any server to appear again. I just asked for the check which came quickly but we never got asked if we want anything else or how our meals turned out. Without a doubt the worst restaurant I've been to in terms of food. The wings were NOT FULLY COOKED. We sent them back even though we'd already waited way too long. They came back ten minutes later STILL not fully cooked. When we expressed our frustration, waitress said we needed to ask for them "well done"! WELL DONE? It's chicken FFS! I ordered the chicken tenders with the dry rub buffalo option. This is what I got. When I asked the server why the tenders were not tossed in the seasoning as you would imagine a chicken wing or boneless option is. He said that you get the dry rub on the side because the tenders are to big to go into the fryer with the other wings, and it's a pain in the ass, I mean butt. He said he hates serving them because people always complain. Well then why have the dry rub option on the menu? The manager then confirmed the same thing. My husband and I decided to go to this location again and give them another chance. The food was decent. We got the nacho with chicken, 1/2 a dozen boneless wings with the honey barbecue seasoning, and we tried a new item, boneless bar pizza. We got the honey barbecue one without bacon since we don't eat pork or beef. This item was alright. Nothing to rave about but an interesting concept. The biggest reason m I'm writing this review is the service. At first it seemed like we had a decent service in William, who was also working behind the bar as well as picking up our table not in the bar. Shortly after getting our drinks and placing my order just for the nachos (I like getting extra cheese sauce on the side), he showed his true colors. He acted like everything we asked for was a chore since he rolled his eyes every time. I asked for things like utensils and napkins. If he would have just brought them out before the food got there, I wouldn't have had to ask. But him rolling his eyes every time was really annoying and it took every ounce of energy not to call him out on his behavior. I decided not to talk to a manager about it since I never once saw a manager out on the floor. I realize many of these employees are overworked, but at least roll your eyes about me when you aren't in front of me. This place is pretty solid... minus the price. The food is good and the service is great. From the minute I walked in I was greeted by a friendly and happy (almost too happy) host. Visited three times in last two weeks. Draft beer orders have been an inch below the top of the glass because bartender pours with 2" foam head/collar and when delivered, the 22 ounce glasses have 20 ounces of beer. And, when we requested our server to ask the bartender to fill the glass the response was we don't do "top offs". Ordered the cod sandwich with fries and was told they were out of "ingredients" for that order, which we learned was the fish. Server said that this had happened serval times in the last week. On the menu, the cod sandwich is a BWB specialty. Frustrating! When we requested an extra plate to share an entree, they bring a cardboard boat that is too small and poorly designed to cut the shared food.
