Went here on NYE right when they were closing (6pm). Ordered 4 piece tenders, fries, and vanilla milkshake. Fries tastes stale, tenders were ok. I was eating and drinking the milkshake while in the car driving. So when I got home, I looked at my milkshake, and saw little black specks in the milkshake. Quite a well run location! The staff are always friendly and hopping! Quality of food is spot on. I have busy kids who love CFA and this location rarely makes an error (typically a straw or sauce - but we always have extras) - I'd say 1 out of every 20 visits, so honestly, those are good odds! read more

This restaurant continues to provide excellent food and service at a fast food price range. The service is unmatchable, even compared to other Chick-Fil-A location around the country. The owner/operator is always out there talking to customers and helping out. He is involved. That makes a great diffrence. The people they hire at this location are great. They are very friendly, attentive and focused. I also like how clean they keep everything. Especially the indoor slideset for the kids. Who doesn't love chick fil A?! Every time I go here it's nothing but perfect. One of the managers. Excuse my description but I can't remember her name. Little Spanish women. I came and placed my order inside and I was a young kid then. Didn't really have a job and was a bum. My card was declined. She said to me I'll give you this meal if you promise me that you come back and pay whenever you can. Well 1.5 years later after I became a federal government employee I came back, and paid for that meal and another one. Needless to say she remembered me and thanked me for making it a priority of mine. Till this day I see this women and we share a smile and a wave. I'll forever remember this. Normally never have an issue with this chick-fil-a. Went there today, ordered a 6 piece nugget, medium fry, and medium soda. I asked for buffalo sauce and ketchup. I also asked for cheese sauce and was told they were out. I got to the window to pay and asked about the cheese sauce again just to be sure, and they said they don't know why I was told they were out because they weren't, so I ended up did getting the cheese sauce. I came to chik fil a and was super disappointed with my experience. Took over 20 minutes to get through the drive through - which was fine because the food is always great and so is the service. However, this night I came to the window to see the manager making out with one of the workers right in front of me while my food was just sitting there. How unprofessional is that? I waited over 20 minutes to see that with my kids in the car. The employee at the window (who i won't name so they don't get in trouble), said it happens all the time and that the managers name was Chrissy (if that's her real name). Managers need to learn how to be professional and set an example. I will be driving to 5th street next time. read more

This may be the best run fast food restaurant chain in America . Let's just say that east of the Mason/Dixon they are supreme. Chicken chicken and more chicken is there straight up menu. The milk shakes and lemonade are tops. The French fries are great when hot but are less than perfect when warm/cold. If you drive by a Chic Fil A make it a point to stop in . Very very very kids friendly . If you have never tried it prepare yourself for a real treat. The first time make sure you order the nuggets , they are as distinctive in tastes as any you may have had. The choice of great dipping sauces add unique flavors. Ordered food off the app, we ordered pick up and when we got to the drive thru, Luis was very very condescending and very intense. We were fine that they were out of the breakfast items no augment nothing but he continued to tell us why we made a mistake even though it was not relevant. I have never had a experience at a Chick- Fil- A like that before. I was trying to ask if we would get our money back but he kept talking. It seemed to me he was in a rush maybe his shift was ending but not someone you want to talk to first thing in the morning. Previously I've had a very good experience with this particular Chick-fil-A. Although today I may have had one of the worst experiences I have ever had with fast food restaurant. It is not the restaurant itself, they're great, but the person who took my order was AWFUL!!!! One she did not have a mask on, assuming she was vaccinated, but there was no smile or my pleasure that came from her mouth. My family and I were not asked anything about our orders. I was blown away by the service here today! Being Saturday at noon, they were busy -- long line at the drive thru, long line in the store, and a full parking lot (I had to park at the Famous Footwear behind them). But when I got to the counter, the associates were friendly, quick, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had a fairly large order that I was making for my office and the cashier, Mitch, made sure everything went smoothly--he got my order correct, read it back to me, and helped bag each meal in a seaparate small bag to make distribution back at work simpler for me. From when I placed my order to when I received it, the process took no more than 8 minutes. I was astounded! This facility operates as a TEAM and I saw it in motion. Great job!!! read more

Service at the Exeter location is typically fast and friendly. I picked up breakfast this morning and noticed that there were only two employees working in the front of the store. The gentleman working the window was pleasant but seemed overwhelmed while both taking and filling orders. It wasn't his fault - the drive-thru was busy. He ended up forgetting most of my order; when I reminded him, he still forgot my hash browns. Again, it wasn't really his fault. This Chick-fil-A franchise is always busy. It can certainly afford to have an extra worker or two in the early morning to take the burden off of their other employees. I'd like to see them do so! read more

It may be a fast food building but the place is definitely cleaner than the average Burger King or McDonalds. When ordering the workers will always be courteous and friendly with a smile. Sometimes they'll even bring you your food so you can go sit down. The food is always good, I've never had a negative time. The drink selection could easily be broadened but hey, who goes there for their drinks? The manager is one of the nicest guys you'll meet, he brings his daughter in a lot and she's the cutest thing. The manager or another worker will usually wander around asking about the service and offering to get a free refill for the customer. The play set their is inside and looks well kept even though I never see a worker roam inside. In all I would definitely side with this place over most traditional fast food places. read more

I noticed this due to the fact, that the moment I opened the door to the restaurant, at least two employees turned their head towards the door, smiled, and said "Welcome to Chick-fil-A!" Chick-fil-A is way beyond the perfect fast food restaurant when compared to McDonalds. Every day, the chicken is fileted for that days use. It is always fresh and never frozen when ordered. It is fryed to perfection and not just heated up or warmed up for your order. At McDonalds, the chicken nuggets are processed white meat. They come into the store frozen and are either heated up or fryed to order. The environment of the restaurants is also very different. Chick-fil-A is more of a family oriented environment. It allows for the customers to sit and enjoy their meals in a clean dining room. The play area is enclosed so the children have their space to play and have fun but it does not interfere with others dining in the restaurant. At McDonalds, if there is still a play area available for children, they are usually located outside. So if it is raining, the children cannot really go outside and play on the equipment, they will just have to wait until the next visit. The dining area is not always the cleanest. Have you ever sat at a table and had french fries or a smashed chicken nugget under your feet? Overall service at Chick-fil-A is pretty much as close as it can get to excellent service. It allows for the store to stand out amongst competitors whether it is the food, dining area or activities for children.
