We had 2 meals here on our recent visit to the area - both were great! We used the drive thru during dinner. It was super busy but they moved cars through quickly and the employees were very friendly. Our food was all great. We also dined in for breakfast. Multiple times I have had my order completely wrong! I've called and complained and told I had to come in to get it fixed! NO you messed up again YOU need to fix it. I was beyond disappointed. I was in town and thought I would stop and go thru the drive through. You know how you get all excited so you will wait. Some guy took my order and was practically in my car...no social distance. Food was quick. Everything was Luke warm. The fries were like cardboard and the chicken sandwich was cold. I've been a customer of Chic Fil a since the restaurant opened in Rochester in 2018. I used to drive 30 minutes (one way) to get lunch or dinner 2-3 times a week at the Greece, NY location. When a Chic fil opened in Henrietta, I started to patronize the location as it was much closer to my home in Mendon, NY. Most of the time I visit for myself but once a week I'll take my family. However, there are ongoing frustrating, reoccurring issues I experience at this location in Henrietta, NY. The main issue is the duration of time takes to get my order, which can vary from 5-20 minutes. It should never take more than 10 minutes to make a chicken sandwich & fries, even when it's lunch or dinner time. Other restaurants in the area (Wendy's, Mcdonald's, Taco Bell, Moes, DiBella's) take significantly less time to process your order and present your food, whether it's at their drive-through or inside at the counter. Also, there have been numerous instances when the restaurant is out of items that I want to order like tea, coffee, and even chick fila sauce. I'm not certain how a restaurant runs out of their signature sauce when they should simply order more or get some sauce from one of the other two Chic fila a restaurants in the area. There was one time this restaurant in Henrietta ran out of buns. How is it possible to run out of buns so you cannot serve any of your sandwiches!! I think the store owner should evaluate the employee(s) who order products for their inventory. It should be a straightforward process to order enough products to ensure you never run out. Also, the kitchen staff should be monitored and given coaching given the amount of time it takes to get your food from the time you place your order. While I absolutely enjoy Chick fil a food, the pricing is on the premium side. I don't think it's too much to ask to get my food & drinks in a timely manner. Honestly, as much as I like dining at Chic fil multiple times a week, there are so many other options available where the restaurant does not run out of their food, serves their customers in a timely manner and for less cost. Absolutely do not recommend this location. The drive through is hectic and disorganized, the staff thinks that they can yell at you like they are hearding cattle, and treat you like garbage. When I reported this I instantly knew that this was the normal level of customer service when the manager says "oh I know we have been on headset all night". Whoever is in charge here needs to visit a CFA in the south to see how to properly operate the drive thru. I've never been to a CFA as slow as this one. I'm writing this review as I'm sitting in the drive thru for going on 20 minutes. I ordered through Uber eats. Most of my order was not delivered. Called Chick fil A and they said it wasn't their problem. Then we drove to reorder our sandwiches. Not a good experience. I'm so mad right now I ordered a chicken nugget kids meal I told the girl I also wanted to order a side of Mac and cheese. I wait and wait wait while the right side is getting their food and leaving I'm still waiting. So finally he comes out with my food. I ask him is my 2 bottles of ranch in the bag he said I think so check. First of all why would you not put the ranch in its own bag. So I noticed there wasn't any fries. So. I said excuse me there is no fries in the kids meal so another guy came by and said check her receipt. So I'm pissed by now really Do you think I'm trying to get free food. So he saw my receipt and the girl swapped out fries for Mac and cheese. He said would you like to purchase fries I said NO I think you guys made the mistake can you please just give me a small fry he then says I will have to ask my manager so a young girl named Maddison comes out I tell her the story she was said she has to ask a manager. She comes back with nothing and said you have the option to buy a fry that's the only option. I cannot believe they went through all that for a kids fry made customers wait in line as long as I did. So unfortunately we had a very bad experience at this chic fil a. We were being helped by the senior team lead who was very nice and professional (forgot her name) even though we were running late close to closing time. The manager and other team members however were being very unprofessional and rude in front of our faces. The manager telling the team member to not serve us, not to take anymore orders, blatantly in front of us after I just ordered. Making us feel extremely unwelcomed and not the top chic fil a customer service that I am used to receiving and that the company is praised for. Multiple employees were talking about us just a few feet in front of us, while the senior team lead was trying to de-escalate the situation. Overall I felt very unwelcomed and uncomfortable as a customer. I understand it was late and people are tired, but if there are customers there, you still serve them with respect. The employees are very friendly and the restaurant is clean and new. If you are in a hurry, DO NOT GO HERE! It will take you 20+ minutes for drive thru and curbside and at least 10+ minutes if you go inside, whether you ordered ahead or not, and no matter what time of day you go. On top of this, drive thru orders are frequently missing items because of the rush employees are in to keep lines moving. read more

One thing i have learned about Chick Fil A Henrietta through my almost year and a half working here is everyone's incompetence when it comes to communication. the people that expect respect, are the people who show it at the least amount. you all can tell and also know some of management is ignorant, backward and act obtuse. when i first started working here, i first loved it then true colors started being revealed. I now can say, y'all do not only treat others differently but also show favoritism in the worst ways. your owner and his management team know as adults the difference between right and wrong. your favorite owner at his big age yelled at myself, a 17 year old over a fruit catering tray for while also taking me off the schedule without myself knowing after having a talk with another manager about getting my hours back.
