Pros & cons to this location for sure. It's the closest one to my house so I visit it frequently for that reason only. Pros: 1. They are the only location nearby that does spirit nights. This is extremely valuable to the community. 2. They host a lot of fun kid events - appreciate this as a mom of three littles. 3. Food is usually good. 4. Service is fine! 5. Appreciate the playground. Cons: 1. So. Stinkin. Slow. :( They need the mobile order lane stat. If there's a line, I know it's going to take forever at the drive through. 2. Service could be more friendly for a CFA. Recently I was charged for something I had given them a coupon card for and went back to ask them about it. The manager on site at the time was very rude. 3. They hold the beliefs and morals of Chick-fil-A. This location is one of my favorites to go to. This is genuinely the worst chick fil a. Consistently, repeatedly terrible. Always slow, always missing food. The food was really fresh and hot. Can't complain when you get fresh hot chicken tenders! Lol the service was at one point as usual, we were traveling up to Ohio from Florida so it's nice to get good customer service on the road. Ambience as usual Chick-fil-A so no complaints there. Absolutely the worst service and I've been coming to this location for about 15 years. The manager tonight (8/18/25) was great but other than that those were some of the most disrespectful kids that did not respect their manager. I waited outside in the curbside spot for 20 mins only to walk in and see my order getting colder with no drinks even fixed. Thankfully the amazing manager refunded the order and remade it. She was great and doesn't get paid enough to deal with rude kids who don't take their jobs seriously, one wanted to argue with her and get an attitude for being called out on not running curbside orders. read more

1. The person bringing our food to the car was un carefully slinging bags around. I asked him if my Chick Fil A sauce was in the bag and he shrugged shoulders and said 'probably.' Last two times I have been to a Chick-fil-A it had been sub par. Drive thru took 13 mins on a day where I was first in line and no one in front of me. Ordered a combo and was charged separately for everything. Waited an additional 3 minutes to get the order correct and recharge my card. Stopped by on the 27th and a young lady by the name of Delandria took care of my order in the drive thru. Nothing but great things to say about her and her customer service. I come here very often and have always had good experiences. Tonight I came and did a movie order through the drive through. they gave me my food but the line wasn't moving anywhere and I sat in my car with my food for 10min before I could get out. Chicken biscuit was cold. Hash browns were old and soggy. My drink had a lot of ice and was given to me with the straw already in it. I saw the employees leave the ice scoop in the ice container, a health violation. By far the slowest Chick-fil-A I've ever seen. 35 min in the drive thru line with 12 cars (I counted). Also the strangest group of workers I've ever seen at a Chick-fil-A. No eye contact. Barely any audible words coming out of their mouth. Not a single "my pleasure". I'm a big Chick-fil-A fan...you come to expect excellence, efficiency and great customer service. Absolute worst Chic fil a I have ever been to I have been to this location about 4 times and unfortunately every time has been horrible. Waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me. There is another chic fil a location in Baxter about 10 min away that is squared away. The managers at the Rock Hill location are obviously not sure how to manage such a busy restaurant during evening hours . My family and I have eaten here several times over the past year and lately there's always an issue. Tonight, however, was the worst. We did a dine in order on the app to be delivered to the table. It wasn't busy at all when we got there around 6 pm (no one in the line to order) but the tables were all dirty. We cleaned off the least offensive one to sit at. When our food came out, they dropped it off and left before we could assess that we were missing two drinks, a 3 and under toy (which we were told later they were out of) and one of the pimento sandwiches was on a grilled fillet not fried as ordered. So instead of eating dinner as a family one of us had to go up and get all the things corrected that was wrong and the manager on duty had an attitude that I could sense from across the restaurant. When we were finally done eating, all the trashcans were overflowing (I walked to each in hopes I wouldn't have to shove more trash in the one before.) I gave them one star because my chicken minis were warm. The drive-thru line was out of the parking lot. I parked, walked inside and my order was taken promptly. They have no sodas because they have no carbonation but that was ok. I wait patiently for my food. And I wait. And I wait some more. I watch the truck that had been in front of me in the drive thru get their food and leave. After waiting 15 minutes I ask the lady at the counter where my chicken minis are and she says "sorry we're short staffed". Ok. But there are three people working the drive-thru. So I comment on that and again I get that are short staffed. Not my problem. 15 minutes is ridiculous to wait for a 4 count chicken mini. The drive-thru got them just fine. I watched. I don't understand all of the negative reviews. There is not another fast food restaurant that you can go to that provides clean bathrooms, clean play area for children, respectful and happy servers, and relatively healthy and great tasting food. I know that there's always a wait. Show me one Chick-fil-A that doesn't have a line of cars. In the two years that I have been visiting this location I've seen the make several upgrades to their drive-through to accommodate the growing population and business. Their popularity should tell you something.
