Waited about 30 minutes to be seated with hardly any customers present at the time of arrival, consistently had staff walk past us without acknowledging our arrival. When we finally got seated it took about an hour for us to get our food. When the wings we ordered finally arrived it was very dry and overly seasoned. Never have I not liked cheese before. How??? So I asked for salsa, still a no. Thank goodness I found a free appetizer in my BWW app. My fiancé said, she won't be able to figure it out. And here comes someone to help her with it! There were dirty beer glasses stacked in front of us also. The couple that sat next to us said his jaw was about dropping with the service. Avoid at all costs. We arrived on a Saturday night with many open tables. We were seated quickly but we're not asked for our drinks or apps until 15 minutes in. Once we ordered the food (30 minutes later) the meals were incorrect. The server was very absent and didn't offer refills at all. All servers disappeared for 30 minutes. when they finally came back they shut the entire restaurant down. Turns out there was a shooting that involved a BB gun not a real gun..... they didn't comp our meals or drinks or anything and forced us to leave before the fight card was over. We ate at the bar and there were only a dozen or so people in the whole place when we got there. The bartender was friendly but for some reason ignored us for a the first few minutes. The food was no better than I remembered, in fact, it was worse. The wings weren't sauced well and when I asked for an extra cup of sauce I was charged for it. The boneless wings looked like they had been sitting under a warmer for awhile and were very dry on the inside.... At least they were cooked through I guess. For 2 beers, 20 boneless wings, onion rings, a soda, and a wrap $72.... Nowhere near worth that. This will be the last time I ever go to a Buffalo Wild Wings. I never leave bad reviews because I worked in many industries and know what it's like to work in those environments. I'm not hard to please and if it's something simple like steak is over cooked or something isn't all the way as I ordered, food is food. So I don't like complaining. However this time is different. Me and my fiancé treated some friends for one of their birthdays and we were all cheerful with gleeful banter. But eventually things ended up going downhill from there. First, somehow no body told the waitress that she had us as her table, and then I have never been to a restaurant in my life that has taken over an hour to an hour and a half to give everyone what they had ordered. We were there almost 2 hours and ended up leaving after the final two of us (me and my b-day homie) gotten our 15 wings each and put them into to go boxes since they had wasted so much of our time. The strange thing is, someone who sat town 20-30 or so minutes after we sat down gotten all their food before we had. The waitress was nice and apologetic, and she had taken off an appetizer for us which was much appreciated. But still, with a place that was not really packed and didn't seem to be understaffed; there is no excuse! Worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. We should have left when we walked in. We told the hostess how many were in our party (2 adults and a baby) and she started a conversation with other coworkers before acknowledging us. Ordered our drinks, then food. The food took almost an hour to come. Our waitress said our food was being "plated" and would be out shortly. Twenty minutes later we finally received our room temp food.
