This store is not designed to make customers happy the owner cares about just himself and nobody else. This chick fil a seems to have gone downhill since the unfortunate death of the previous owner Quartus Graves. The lines have always been ridiculous, but now it seems the impossible has happened... the wait time and lines are worse. The expansion of the drive thru doesn't help at all, instead of adding the second lane they should have added a mobile pickup lane like the chick fil a on hwy 6 in sugar land. I have been in line while workers walk passed me to give other vehicles their food, which is pointless when they are stuck in line behind someone else waiting for their food. Even after recent renovations, this place is still poorly managed. There is no sense of urgency. You have to put people in the right place to meet a demand of customers. 1 person working a register with 10-12 people in line during morning peak hours is unacceptable. This continues to be a trend at this location. I will drive an extra 10 min to Sugarland before I ever stop here. I am all for hiring young respectful kids to say "my pleasure" but you must get them to understand to work efficient and effectively. read more

I bought a combo ( I was going to buy the wrap and fries by itself, the guy convinced me to just get the combo even though I don't drink soda) so I said sure I guess, I'll take a bottle of water instead of the soda. I get to the front, they're trying to give me tap water in a paper cup, I said hey I was told I could get a bottle of water. The manager told me "it's gonna cost you extra". I'm obviously confused because I'm paying extra already for the combo and I don't even want a soft drink. Usually I enjoy this place, but today was not a good day. It was very busy, and most of the time that I saw there was only one cashier taking orders. For the first time I could not finish my food. The waffle fries were soft, not hot, and flavorless. The sandwich was odd tasting. I first thought the chicken was overdone--it was darker than usual, not as juicy as usual, and the flavor was off. Later I wondered if I was accidentally given the spicy chicken. I don't know why I didn't take it back--I guess because it was busy and I was hungry. Seems like something is wrong with my order every time I come here. The fries have always been cold/lukewarm. I'd recommend going to the Greatwood location instead. A month ago, I waited for 10 minutes in curbside pickup and eventually walked in. Apparently the guy who was supposed to bring it out forgot about it and it was sitting on the counter. They said they'd bring it right out. He brought it out to the car. I noticed they forgot to give straws and sauces and he went back inside to grab them. I order from the app. Since there was a line drive thru and inside. And seem to be NO ONE at the registers. First time at this location. I'm a Chick-fil-A major fan typically. This location today didn't hit the mark of attention to detail that other Chick-fil-A's typically hit. It wasn't one thing. If it had been, I wouldn't have minded. But it was three strikes today in one visit. Nothing horrific I must say. But just not paying attention I think. We ordered from the table for dine in. Put our table number into the app. They brought our food. No problems. Then we ordered some more food in the exact same manner then waited and waited. Finally went up to the counter only to find out that our food had been at the counter for a long time getting cold. And our table number was literally typed on the sticker on the bag so they knew where we were. I had asked for no apples in my fruit. Got apples. Asked for Chick-fil-A sauce. Got no sauce. Like I said. One of these would be a non issue. And luckily non of these were major issues. Just sharing my experience hopefully to help improve it for others. Places Plates&Pillows My wife on the way home picked up some lunch for us today. She got was once my favorite item from Chick-fil-A a chicken wrap, with fresh fruit. This wrap was not like it use to be. It wasn't wrapped right and the insides were falling out. It didn't have the shredded lettuce with the carrot strips and chicken. It was mostly leaf lettuce with hardly any carrots and very little chicken. Not very appealing, not tasty at all. The fruit bowl had all the good fruit on the very top, mandarin oranges, blueberries, strawberries, with all the apples on the bottom. Just need to mix it up. I've NEVER written a negative review for Chick-fil-A and that speaks volumes. The customer service here is so inconsistent, which sucks for the great workers here. What I will say is consistent is the bitter lemonade slushy loaded with pulp that I've been served the last 3 time, no matter the time of the day. It may be the high standards I hold Chick-fil-A at but this just doesn't have the customer service I'm used to. I had a drive thru employee drop a cup holder full of drinks into my car and although she was apologetic to my wife the only thing I was offered were coupons. My wife has went to the store twice in hopes of speaking with a manager only to be told they weren't available. I even called and left a message but was never contacted back it's since been weeks. I rarely bother to write reviews for restaurants, but I was so disappointed in the service I received at this Chick-fil-A this last Saturday, I couldn't help it. My brother ordered a regular sized meal and I ordered a large 4 count chicken strip meal. When we got home and took out the food, it was apparent that my serving of fries was exactly the same as the regular meal, just in the large fries container.
