Man, I didn't think the location was going to be as bad as the experience I've had, but seeing negative reviews from 2017 and beyond and no actual improvement makes it seem hopeless.....And here's my experience with them.... I'll give it a two because at the very least, the food is filling and hot, and good. I'm judgmental of Panda Express in general because it's not really traditional Chinese food but Americanized Chinese. Still, tonight was incredibly rough. I ordered some food for delivery, but Panda Express website wouldn't let me enter an accurate apartment address and continuously went to the first apartment number in the search box drop down menu-which was not my apartment. Thinking that I may have lucked out and selected my proper address, I realized upon reviewing the order details (which I could not see the address until I already hit 'check out') that it was going to the wrong damn address! Immediately I called this store location, but nobody answered the phone. I called repeatedly five more times with NOBODY answering. Ultimately I had to call Door Dash-the third party company-to cancel and refund the order. Door Dash was able to go in and contact the driver to update them on the address, so I still got my food. Long after having successfully received my food, thank god, I tried calling the store again just to see; and once again, no actual response. I'm already not a huge Panda Express fan, not enough to physically visit this store. I know I'm not the only person like this, so I'm going to tell you right now-speaking to those that are like me....if you're wanting to call a restaurant and order food, this is NOT the place to do it. They clearly are not answering their phone! Seeing the various negative reviews over the last four to five years, I'm guessing this place has been downhill for a long time....I don't know why they don't just shut this location down. I usually try to recommend a place if it's of high quality, but here's what I'm going to say. In Brazos Town Center, where I think this place is located, there's another chinese diner....right next to Kroger.....check them out. If you're going to order delivery, call Bao's Asian Cafe (which is another place I need to review that deserves high notes). Avoid Panda Express, just don't bother. If they can't be bothered to answer their phones and customer service has been reportedly bad for years, there's no point in messing with this location..... read more

First time! Had the fried rice and orange chicken. Love fried rice, this was fresh, fluffy loaded with peas, cubed carrots and bits of fried egg. Orange chicken could have used more sauce. besides the occasional occurrences like forgetting certain sauces on the way out, I've never had a problem with the food quality, or the staff. In fact there is so many people working here and I have never had an issue with any of them. if your complaint is about the wait when usually isn't one, is generally because there is so many people that they get backed up, seems more so an issue of over popularity. I think this place is great, there's even certain options for you here if you choose to be healthy. The restaurant is clean and everyone is wearing gloves, hats, and aprons. Just came home after a long day in the med center with my husband after having an outpatient procedure done to find hair in my food that I ordered. Disgusting! Called 10+ times and no answer so here I am writing this review, food in the trash and money wasted! My advice is to wear hair nets because this seems to be the same issue others have had. This last time I will visit this location. Panda Express normally have good food and the proportions are commensurate with the price. Everytime I come to this location the proportions seem to be a small. Today the young manager actually told my server to spoon some of the food off my plate back into the buffet line. I'm already upset so this next item might be insignificant. But I watch the same young manager play on his phone as he commanded the workers to do their jobs. Then he went out and got in his personal vehicle which is parked in the one of two parking spots in front of the store on a rainy cold day, 43F outside. After sitting in his car for a few moments he returned in to continue his poor leadership skills. I would assume a manager at a Panda Express would work as hard if not harder than his employees and would not Park in preferred parking for customers but instead would park on the outside of the lot. I have only eaten here maybe twice. The third time is my last time. We walked into the store ordering 2 plates of food and they only served one. We came back and they said that we lied. After putting the food on the counter to demand our money back for the bad service they threw their own food on the floor called the cops on us for "Throwing food at them" and gave us a restraining order. When we got to the window the girl that handed us our food was walking and holding it where the trays were sitting SIDEWAYS inside the bag.
