Monday, June 1 6 PM. I proceeded to go through the drive-through to place an order at the 3802 Brazos Towncenter Location. The person on the microphone was so rude and obnoxious, I proceeded to go in to ask for a manager. This person was actually the manager. He was so foul, and so obnoxious when I proceeded to ask for his name he told me boldly "I'm not gonna give you my name". He told me I could go somewhere else to place my order. And told me FUCK YOU as I left. It was so unbelievable, I still have some of the recording. I told him his attitude and demeanor was totally unprofessional, and I know he hadn't been at this facility for long, and more than likely will not be here much longer. I plan to get in touch with head leaders at the corporate office, because this is not the way this establishment should allow anyone to conduct themselves, and especially to older people. This is by far the worst location I've visited. I don't understand why it seems so difficult to get an order correct consistently. Even when ordering through the mobile app, I frequently receive orders with missing items or ingredients that I specifically requested be removed. The customer service is also disappointing, as the staff often appear uninterested and inattentive. It's unfortunate that the Taco Bell closest to me continues to provide such an unsatisfactory experience. read more

We get to the Rosenberg location and it's always something with them. They tell us their Wi-Fi is down and they can't take any orders. I will try to keep it short as possible, so I apologize in advance. The 3802 FM 762 Richmond, TX location is really in need of retrain and educating their staff on customer service, or at least putting those that want to be there and know how to handle customer service on drive thru. Not at this location. It couldn't be farther from the truth. I use drive thrus due to mobility issues from NF that cause me pain. I tell the ordering spot/box that I was there for an online order pick up. I give the name and am instructed to pull up to window 2. I get up to the window, only to have two men treat me as I was the stupidiest person in the world. They were smirking and saying no they didn't have my order. I explained to them that the screen back where you order pulled it up no problem. They said are you sure about that? I said yes, that I was sure. They then struggled with their system, and said no we have an order two other people but not you. I said that is not possible, when it pulled it up on their screen back there no problem, and that husband and I ordered it for this location.When they asked for the location address, I gave them the address and they snickered. They actually snickered, and said that it was the wrong location that it was further up the freeway near Crabb River Rd. I said that was incorrect, that the road directly in front of their location was FM 762. That the order was for their location. They proceeded to shrug and wave me off, so I said I would come in to talk about it. After all I didn't want to hold up the line. Keep this in mind, I use the drive thru because it is painful for me to walk no a days from a massive scare I have due to NF.I walk into the resturant, and talk to the clerk and he confirmed that yes indeed I had the right location before walking away.I understand it is Friday night and they are busy, but my anxiety was starting to spike and I was in pain and getting a bit frustrated. Two minutes go by before a nice gentleman from the back came up and asked if he could assist me. I explained the situation to him, and he apologized. Said he wasn't even sure what those two were doing in drive thru.Still I explained the order again to him, and he pulled it up instantly with not a problem at all. He went back to get my food, and had a talk with the two of them. I heard the one in shock say oh that was her?The man came back looking annoyed by his co-workers and gave me my food. I thanked him, and proceeded back to my car out front facing FM 762. I broke down by this point as I have severe anxiety issues. So I drove home in tears, in pain, humilitated, and frustrated by the whole ordeal. I should never had have to have gone through any of that. Taco Bell needs to train their employees better, or get those that can do customer service in on drive through and the counter and keep those that want to be demeaning and not really wanting to be there in the back. But then I would worry about the food being done without "extra" ingrediances put in them. read more

Wish they were more consistent... Drive thru pickup. Crunchy taco was crushed at the bottom of bag and disappointment on the Mexican pizza return. It didn't taste the same, tortillas didn't either and lacked that delicious crunchiness it used to have. Whelp! read more

They forgot two tacos, and when I also believed that they had forgotten a chipotle sauce, they had me go get my sauces. Never saw the guy making the decisions, only the cashier (he was nice and helpful). Whoever the manager is needs to stop acting like a stingy AF person. You think I wanna get out of my car to ask for $0.55 Chipotle sauce to rip you off? didn't realize your sauce, that probably only costs the company 10 cents, was so precious you needed more proof, and that it would hurt your bottom line. Got a Mexican pizza. It tasted like it either had chemicals all over it or was made with rotten ingredients. Took it back to the counter and they remade it. I saw the cashier hand it to the cook and he seemed to know right away what he had done wrong. This Taco Bell is straight garbage, I came in here and ask them for chicken and they said that they won't have chicken available till 6 PM this is clearly past lunch hours and during dinner time and during rush hours there's no excuse for not having chicken items on your menu this is an example of false advertising and it's Taco Bell deserves not to serve purpose for anybody. read more

I don't think this location will ever quite get it right. It's hit or miss if they ever have grilled chicken. They should just stop serving it for goodness sake. There is always a long wait, something is always wrong with the order, I just don't understand. This is a chain for goodness sake. This place is always clean. The drive through is fast and accurate and friendly. The only thing I would recommend improving is the drink selection. They need Diet Mountain Dew and other Diet options. My family and I went to this place and had one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had. The restaurant added beef in my 7-layer burrito (which by design isn't supposed to be in it) in spite of telling the cashier at least 3-times to make sure everything besides 7-layer burrito has no meat in it. As soon as I realized there was beef in my burrito, I spat in the trash and asked them to make another one without meat. The person who originally made the burrito (named Francisco - though i doubt if told me his correct name knowing that i may file a complaint) said that he confused my burrito and added meat in it (which I will never understand because there is no meat by recipe in that burrito and there were clear instruction to not add meat in any of my other orders). He didn't have courtesy to apologize for this mistake and instead started asking me to spit in the bathroom instead of the trash. I got little annoyed and asked him to make another burrito without meat and he showed no sign of respect and apology in his behavior. Instead he said that he may have to ask me to leave because I was annoyed at that point. I asked him to just get me another burrito, so I can eat and get out of there. With an annoying look, he went in to make a burrito. Few minutes later, another employee brought over my burrito. I want to make sure that another burrito i got didn't have any meat. And quite frankly, I had a suspicion that since he was annoyed with my demand, he may have spat in my food. I opened the burrito and while there was no meat in my food, I am almost certain that I could see spit in the food. It grossed me out and almost wanted to argue and complaint, but I didn't see any reason to compliant about that but I just walked out of the store.
