I finally made it to the area before lunchtime and saw there was no line, so I gave the drive-through a shot. I got a deluxe chicken sandwich combo with waffle fries and an à la carte order of 4 chicken tenders with Chick-fil-A sauce. The waffle fries were perfect. Crisp, hot, and delicious. The sandwich was good, but I think Popeyes is better. The chicken strips were symmetrical and good, but pricey for what you get. Large, long drive through with a confusing entrance and exit. Very friendly staff. It appeared clean inside. I don't think it lives up to the hype. I would come back again and try a dine-in meal. read more

Me and my Old Man went there 2 days ago for MY first and HIS second time there. The woman who took our counter order was kind, respectful, and showed the type of professionalism any business would hope for. The spicey deluxe with the waffle fries were fantastic, the chicken was tender, succulent and juicy, the waffle fries were perfectly crisp n light. I've been to Chick-fil-A all across the country, and the consistency has always been there . This Saginaw location is the first to serve greasy chicken that soaks into the bun. Though it said sauces were included on the receipt, there were none in the bag. From the slow service to the dry greasy sandwich, this outlet needs a manager to come in and do some serious quality control. read more

The service is a consistent issue--staff often gets orders wrong, and they'll tell you certain items aren't available without any real reason or explanation. It's a noticeable dip in quality that really stands out against the high standards of other Chick-fil-A restaurants and makes the brand look more like generic fast food. On top of that, the service can be pretty slow. On the upside, the food itself is still good. My order was the correct temperature and tasted as it should, which is the only redeeming factor. First you need menu signs in the drive thru. They are up to your car taking orders before you even see the menu. And don't go on line to see what they have. Different menus at different restaurants. The person taking our order seen we were looking at the online menu. I said "Do you want the nbr of our items"? We ordered, payed. They verified our order, and it was wrong. So at the pickup window, they had to cancel our CC payment, and we had to resubmit the card. And have yet to get refunded. Our 30.00 order is now 60.00. If you order chicken nuggets please specify you want it coated. Not grilled chicken pieces. Gross! Totally an unorganized chaos mess. Also the manager wasn't very helpful. Why did you have to cancel the order to change it from a spicy chicken sandwich to the classic sandwich. So now 30.00 is tied up in the card. read more

Long lines inexperience kids taking orders. Have to stop have to walk and show each other on handheld computer comes back apologizes put the order in pay the bill drive up and wait and wait and wait girl comes out with wrong order. I told her no not right she says well they said a white Chrysler. She takes the food back in. Finally food comes out drive all the way home to have a bad wrong order.
