Few places can out do the service at Chick fil A. While it's a little pricier than I'd like, it's good food and the kids love it. The lemonade isn't bad either! Favorite things to get include the spicy crispy chicken sandwich, waffle fries, the crispy nuggets, and anything on their breakfast menu. The place is always clean. My family loves Chick-fil-A. Their food and service is usually top notch. Perhaps we're spoiled because we are from Georgia where the franchise is based out of because we seem to notice there is a noticeable drop in quality in Utah. We ordered two chicken biscuits with egg and cheese added and got home to notice they had not been added to the sandwiches despite it being on the receipt, meaning we were charged for the additional toppings. I've worked in fast food and as a server. I get it. Mistakes happen. This however is the THIRD time this has happened. Waiting in line for 10 minutes plus only to not receive what you ordered is frustrating. I think we're just going to stop coming to this location. As a small caveat, Saratoga Springs in general has pretty bad fast food service. Perhaps this location suffers from that as a whole. read more

Unfortunately, this location used to be great but slowly has been going downhill. The food taste good, your typical Chick Fil A style but customer service has been bad as of late. Orders have been messed up & food items consistently missing. When I drove back to get the corrected item, they spoke out loud of validity of me coming back where I had to put them in there place about unprofessional they were. I live Chick-Fil-A. I always have and I probably always will. I admire that they're run by Christian's and they're closed on Sundays. I think they're pretty dang organized and they could run the government better than any and all political parties combined. The Saratoga Location has got their stuff together. Every once in a while, they'll have a new associate who's still learning so they might miss something or ask you the same question twice. No big deal. I love their two lane drive through. There's so much more room and holy cow, it's convenient and fast! The only time it takes longer is when there's that one person ordering for 50 people... The only bad experience I've had with this location was shortly after they opened, a new employee was trying to help with our order and I already felt bad because we were ordering for someone with celiacs, and someone who wanted a special drink, etc. so already our order was unusual and "out of the norm". And this particular day had been rough so I deserved a shake. I wanted a strawberry Oreo shake. No, that's not a typo. They usually ring it up as a strawberry shake and add Oreo. When I asked for this, the employee was unsure how to do it, and before she could turn and ask how to ring it up on her tablet, her manager (at least I THINK he was a manager), who was also helping with the drive thru, came up and asked, "why is this car taking so long? Finish up." He didn't say it to us but, he wasn't quiet either. Then she asked about the shake. And he flat out says, "no, we don't do that here." But other locations have done it! He was by far the grumpiest chickfila employee/manager ever. I haven't seen him again since but... it wasn't a good experience. Lastly, I keep it at 4 stars because I feel like I'm always getting ripped off with my fries. They never fill it. It's just a medium in a large container. Very upset with this establishment. I just spent over $110. They for the third time forgot a whole bunch of the food. This has happened at least three times and we've let it go the other two times but this time I'm really fed up. What can I say about this place, it is a very busy place. If you order online previously and you can go in and put the number of your table they will bring out your food, with out having to wait. That is awesome, this place is laid back, lots of families and friends go there. You know what you're getting and it is always good. The chicken sandwich is one of the best meals, I enjoy it a lot. What I like about the ordering online is that you can customize your food and you get what you want. Spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese, tomatoes, and mayonnaise. What you do is you get the mayo and the spicy package and you mix them together and BAM!!!! You have a spicy mayo!!! BELIEVE ME YOU NEED TO TRY IT!!!! Also we had the chick-fil-a soup, and the Mac and cheese. You have to add BBQ SAUCE TO IT, I PROMISE YOU IT IS OFF THE CHAIN!!!! I know I know what you're thinking, but believe me it is a must!!! This chick-fil-a has the worse service! The past 2 times I have came they have messed up my order. The first time they forgot two of my sandwiches. The second time I got there before breakfast ended and even ordered before. I got there and waited 20 min. I ordered chick n minis and they gave me chicken nuggets instead. I called and they told me they could no longer make breakfast items, when I was on time for breakfast and even ordered before. I see it as unfair that I don't get my food when they were the ones who messed my order up. I would not recommend this chick-fil-a. Worse service I have ever had. read more

We love us some Chick-fil-A so this is not a reflection on the people, food or typical service. That said, wow did they screw up big time on the drive through. Instead of sticking to the tried and true dual lane to order and single lane to pickup they attempted a dual pickup which makes everything take 10x longer, a lot of confusion with employees wondering around cars asking people their names. People stuck behind other people get their food but can't leave... literally cart before the horse. They created a reputation of being the most efficient fast food around so this change takes away from what they built over so many years. In my humble opinion. read more

I just had the only bad experience at Chick-fil-A I've ever had. I was the second car in line and I literally sat there for 10 minutes waiting for my order! Meanwhile they served 11 cars in the Mobile line before I got my food- which was one breakfast sandwich and a drink, the car in front of me got a very small bag as well. Very frustrating read more

Updating to 1 star This location constantly has issues. Forgetting all three fries, missing drinks, giving us food that my daughter is allergic to instead of what we ordered. It's ridiculous and constant. I will say that for the first time I requested a manager and I think the actual manager was busy, but the team lead was very sweet so I'm giving back a star for that. She had them remake it all I think so it was hot rather than just the one item I needed. She also couldn't refund it because it was a doordash (which I told her wasn't necessary anyway since we were eating the food) so she gave me gift cards since I can't get a refund when it DoorDash es through the app since it doesn't link to my personal doordash app. Cons: Fries didn't have salt. THERE IS NO PLAYGROUND. Half the reason we go to Chick-fil-A is for the playground. Pros: Friendly staff, fast service. Doesn't make up for the lack of playground and mediocre food. We were so excited to have a location near us, but it looks like we will still have to drive to the one iAmerican fork. read more

Slow. Needs major operational help. Go if you have time to burn. In order to avoid the massive drive-thru line, I went inside. Painfully slow - I stood almost 30 min after my order was taken. Employees are running in circles with groups of 3 all standing over one bag with heads spinning around like they have no idea what's going on and a few of them cluelessly walking back and forth. The guy calling orders was basically whispering. Took my order home only to find out they didn't give me the gluten free bun I paid for (for my wife who can't have gluten)... I tried calling them but, of course, nobody answers. The only thing they have going for them is they are the fastest Chic-fil-A in Saratoga Springs. Get me? read more

As always, customer service was exceptional and the flow of the drive through line works very well, so don't get scared off if it seems long! Tip: if you do a mobile order and pick up through the drive thru line, I've found this to be the fastest way to get your food. Unfortunately, I was less than impressed with the quality of food I received. Chick-fil-A sets high expectations so when they are not met, it is disappointing. My Medium fries were not even filled all the way up. I think I had about the same amount as my toddler's kids meal. Sadly the fries also tasted like they had been sitting in the fryer for 2 days. They were hard and crunchy and didn't have a lot of flavor. So sad when I was looking forward to that classic melt-in-your-mouth salty waffle fry! I was hoping I could at least get my fix of delicious food with my favorite chicken strips but again, they seemed a little stale. The breading was clumpy and uncharacteristically crunchy and the chicken was barely warm. Overall it was disappointing to spend nearly $20 on mine and my toddlers lunch only to end up throwing most of it away. I'm taking into account that this is a new location so maybe we'll give it another try but if we have a similar experience I think we might stick with the longer drive out to a Chick-fil-A that meets the standard! read more

I went there and the management was not the greatest. Heard a story from one of the employees there that the manager is a complete nutjob who doesn't treat the employees with respect. I mean, at least there is food, but it is almost chaotic in there. I might go back once they get help with their management, because I am not waiting half-an-hour for *fast* food. read more
