Came here on a Sunday with my husband and parents since we absolutely LOVE Aubergine! We all ordered the chicken harvest bowls (our go-to), and as always, they were delicious. I also tried the dragon mango crème smoothie -- definitely pricey for a smoothie, but honestly so worth it. The guy who took our order was incredibly friendly and kind (I wish I remembered his name!). My only complaint was the dining area. When we were looking for a place to sit, every single table was dirty and hadn't been wiped down. They were busy, so I do understand. I politely asked a staff member if someone could clean one for us, and unfortunately was met with a pretty rude/annoyed response. Maybe she was just having an off day. Overall, still love the food and will definitely be back. Just hoping for a better experience next time. read more

It was fine. The ambience is really nice and comfortable. I got the Donny bowl. Individual ingredients were good and fresh, but not very flavorful. I barely got any dressing. Normally, I just use a portion of the dressing available, but as you can see in my picture, they didn't really give much at all. The chocolate chip cookie was unusual. Aubergine has been a favorite of mine ever since visiting for the first time at this location it's September 2025! On a second visit shortly after, I continued to be impressed with the restaurant in Park City. Today I had the mango salmon bowl, which was outstanding. The pairing and explosion of flavors is impressive! The employees were very attentive, both behind the counter and in the dining area. They were quick to serve me my food and also take my dishes after I was done. The ambience was great, but unfortunately, there was a family there with a kid that was screaming so loud it was ear piercing! Now that certainly isn't the fault of the restaurant. Fortunately, that family left after about 20 minutes. This place remains one of my favorites here in Utah and I was very excited last year when they opened up a restaurant in Mesa Arizona! read more

I love coming to Aubergine for fresh, simple meals that are filling and delicious! My favorite is the tri tip Madeira bowl. The gravy is spicy and filled with delicious umami from the mushrooms. The meat is always tender and high quality. The sprouts always add a nice earthy tone that balances everything out nicely. Even though I feel like it's always busy when I go, the line never takes very long and there's usually plenty of seating. I love Aubergine! read more

I love eating here for lunch on work days. I work 5 min way in Lehi, and this place is so reliable for a healthy but delicious lunch. It is also an easy spot for a group, because even though it is marketed as healthy food, even people who have heartier palates can find food that they like here (for example, steak pita melts). It is so versatile and folks with food allergies like GF, DF, and those on vegetarian/vegan diets can also enjoy the food here. The price points are also acceptable-- I usually spend ~$15 for a lunch that is really filling and sometimes I have leftovers I can munch on later. It's truly a win-win for everyone. They have truly clean ingredients that you can mix and match to create your own salads, bowls, etc. or you can choose from their extensive menu of pre-determined meals. It's really easy to order something healthy and filling without having to think too hard about it here. There is also nothing boring about their food. My most recommended dishes from here: Mediterranean Bowl, sub out falafel for chicken instead, with hummus Mango Goat Cheese Salad Spicy Coconut Curry with Chicken Chicken Harvest Bowl Rio Bowl The in-person service is also fast and friendly; I want to give a special shout-out to a woman (I don't know her name) who brings out the orders to the tables. She has darker hair and is close to middle-age. She is so sweet, works so hard, and is so nice to all the customers. I hope they treat her well! The one callout for room for improvement that also took off 1 star is that often times, I cannot rely on the online ordering system because little components of my meal get messed up or forgotten about. They would forget about dressing for a salad or forget the cheese bread that comes with the meal. These things do matter, and the number of times something has been forgotten is far too high. Also, if you try to place an order at 11 to be picked up at 12, they will make it right as you place your order and by the time you can go pick up your food, it will be cold. So, I just end up waiting to place the order right before I can go pick it up. It can be very annoying on busy work days when I have back to back meetings. read more

I'm not a healthy eater and I like this place. Big fan of the greek salad options and the convenience of swapping out kale for other options. The same attention to healthiness of the dishes might not be carried into the kitchen cleanliness based on the ice machine which has been neglected to the point of being gross. I can only imagine the mold growing on the inside. I assume that because the ice machine is customer fac ING and that neglected, what might be hiding out of the customer's view. I used to love Aubergine. My husband and I have gone to multiple locations, including one of the first ones in Riverton when it was brand new. Our favorite bowl, the tri tip feta steak bowl, has been removed from the menu, even though all the ingredients are still in store. Since it's not on the menu, building my own bowl for it costs around $20. I've reached out to management twice to see if they'd bring it back and they won't. Tonight, I added feta to this bowl and the sign said it would be $1.50 and the register said $1.75 (for feta?!). I asked and the cashier made no attempts to change things and just blamed the computer. The customer service has gone down over the years. We were friends and regulars in Riverton, but over different locations, I've been talked back to and had short/curt responses. Today, when I was refunded when they were out of an item, the person refunding me didn't say a word to me or make eye contact. This will be the last time we visit. The food is overpriced and the customer service is not good. The upper management has not shown their care either. Genuinely sad to see a good thing turn sour. If you have a sensitive tongue it will rip it off. I was in town for work for a couple of days. This location is in the adjacent parking lot to the Marriott (Thanksgiving Pt.). I was trying to eat a little differently on this trip, be healthy as it were. So I walked into this place after looking over the menu. All the good: I got a Dream Salad. At first I was a bit disappointed with what made it into my bag after all the production from the nice young fellow putting it together. I literally walked back to my room wondering why I had wasted my perdiem. Then I stirred in the jalapeno dressing, started poking around in the small bowl. I was quite pleasently surprised at the amount of grilled chicken. The dressing was really unique. It turned out to be a good salad, and I was glad I had ordered, and pleased I had been wrong with my negative thoughts on the way to the room. Going to sleep a little hungry from time to time is likely good for you spiritually and physically. The bad: We (collectively) have to get to a place in America where this kind of dining choice is available, and welcoming to everyone. It is not. As at least one other reviewer noted this place has a vibe. I did not feel welcome (and it wasn't just skin color in UT). It was this vibe of exclusiveness, and that I didn't have my lululemon, and yoga mat. The two women ahead of me had "issues" with their orders- so service is not especially quick (at times). This is not the fault of just this one chain or this location. It is something we all need to be honest about and work to improve. It's so simple but tastes so good! The cheese bread was heavenly! The texture is soft, chewy, and flavorful. If I would have eaten at the restaurant instead of at home I definitely would have ordered more! I also got the strawberry lemonade and loved it, so fresh and flavorful. I am not a fan of soda so I appreciate juice options, which they have quite a few to pick from. This was my first time at the Lehi location. It was easy to find and nice and clean on the inside. I ordered the spicy coconut curry with chicken bowl $12.94 (included tax). Healthy scoop of well seasoned and moist chicken breast, was not spicy at all -despite the name. Best part was the gluten free cheese roll- be careful with these! I could eat 6 as an appetizer. Grateful for the gluten free and dairy free options. Okay, I'll admit I wasn't crazy about this place when I first tried it years ago. Maybe I got the wrong things, but my opinion of it has changed since then. It's a great option for healthy foods for me near work, and one that I don't have to drive to. I enjoy getting food here regularly now, but sometimes the wait is atrocious! You can order ahead, but sometimes even then the pickup time is later than I'd like. I did have an experience recently where there was a lot of miscommunication with my order, and ended up with only half of what I ordered (got a refund for what they didn't make) because I was tired of waiting (10-12 minute wait turned into 30 minutes). But, I won't let that leave a bad taste in my mouth, and I have learned to navigate the wait time and will keep ordering lunch there! read more
