We are excited to have a Cubby's in Saratoga! We finally had a chance to try this one out & had some yummy food! Yes, it's more expensive than some other places around town but in my opinion, it's worth it for fresh, organic food. I had the Le Squish double patty, lettuce wrapped which was similar to a smash burger - YUM. My husband had the Dragonslayer double patty, lettuce wrapped. We also had the rosemary fries with chipotle fry sauce. Everything was super fresh and delicious. The lettuce was the perfect amount and not wilted at all. We did have to drive up and wait for them to bring our order out when we went through the drive-thru but the wait was honestly worth it for hot/fresh food. Look forward to visiting again!

Dragonslayer was more like dragon beef jerky. Dry, overcooked and seasonless.

Don't eat at this location unless you want cold rosemary fries, stale chewy buns, and overcooked dry burger. It's Friday and I wanted to try out this place. The reviews were raving about how "you have to get the Rosemary Fries, blah, blah, blah" but it was such a big let down. Go to another Cubby's, I'm sure the food is probably better than this location. This one in Saratoga Springs sucks!

I truly love a good Wild Rice and Kale salad from Cubby's. It's one of my go to salads when I'm in the mood for something fresh but filling. I love the rosemary fries and huckle la la shake. My only complaint about Cubby's is that it's not always consistent, specifically with the quality of the fries. It's also a bit pricy for the quantity of food you get. Outside of that, I'm definitely a fan and will be back soon!

Cannot believe I paid $12 for this. My salad is legit 1 cup of salad. I've ordered the half salad many times and normally can't finish because it's so much. Very disappointed. Wow.

When we arrived and sat down, we were greeted by Joe telling us that "House rules, you're not allowed to order the same item". Lol. Love that guy! We both ordered Denver omelets, one without onions, extra mushrooms, French toast, and grits and one without mushrooms, hash browns, and pancakes. First off, the pancakes were amazing! They're light, had crispy edges, and had a wonderful flavor. But the best thing was it was in the shape of little donuts, which was a nice surprise. Our entrees came but were somehow got switched. We didn't realize it at first but both were still good. Unfortunately, my wife put Chalula on hers and I put Tobasco on mine and we don't like each other's choice of condiments. The other unfortunate thing was that I had an eggshell in my omelet. Even though we had these misfortunes you can't hide the flavor of these dishes and they certainly don't skimp on toppings. My grits were too sweet today. If it's too sweet for me, it must've been really sweet. The only other criticism I saw was that they were filling the syrup bottles from large Log Cabin jugs. They also were using Idahoan shredded potatoes from a large carton. I can understand the potatoes but how great would it be to have freshly made syrup. Still a great experience and they are still one of the best breakfast places on the state.

Everyone ate a good portion if not all of their food. It was good. We will definitely be back. For the food but more for the service!

Five locations and they have not lost a step. The menu is simple and does not need to be anything else. Plenty of omelette options, solid sides, and the star of the show: the Heavenly Hot Cakes. The name is not marketing fluff, it earns every word. Light, airy, and unlike any pancake you will find at a generic breakfast chain. Their secret, sour cream folded into the batter. Whatever they are doing, it works! We ordered a single stack, two Heavenly Hot Cakes, and paired it with a side of strawberries and Nutella, scrambled eggs, and home fried potatoes. The bacon came out crispy to perfection, exactly as requested, no more no less. The strawberries and Nutella alongside the pancakes was an indulgent combination that I have zero regrets about. Portions are generous and the prices are more than fair for what you get. Staff was friendly and the place fills up fast on weekends, so join the waitlist before you leave home. Do not show up and hope for the best. Five stars. A Utah breakfast institution that continues to earn it.

I recommend joining the waitlist in advance. It's tough to choose from such a wide range of delicious options, but my go-to pick is always the Mixed Berry Dutch Baby, Baby! The berry syrup and cream cheese topping set it apart from other breakfast places. We also had the Classic Breakfast Special, with crispy bacon cut thick to perfection. The interior is one of the most distinctive things about the place. Nearly all the Art Deco furnishings, the booths, mahogany paneling, black glass counter, and light fixtures, were salvaged from Lamb's Grill, a Salt Lake City restaurant that had operated since 1919 before closing in 2017. Eating here feels a bit like dining inside a piece of Utah history. The service is usually excellent, and you can tell they take the motto behind their name seriously: "True service is true religion." This visit, our waitress did seem in a rush to turn the table, but the quality of the food made it easy to overlook. Worth noting: they run a Second Chances charity that supports people in recovery from addiction, those reintegrating into society after incarceration, and folks rebuilding after financial hardship or other life challenges. It's a meaningful mission, and it's part of what makes this place feel different from your average breakfast spot.

When I reminded them that they are in violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act, the manager, Mirta Solis just shrugged and said that's the policy. However, it is 50°, I'm dressed in shorts and a T-shirt, and I would be uncomfortably chilly having to sit outside. Regardless of my comfort, this is still of course, a violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act. Service dog handlers beware, this is not a restaurant in compliance with the ADA. I will be filing a complaint with the department of justice, if this happens to you, I highly recommend you do the same.

The Lehi location is consistently packed, and walking in without a spot means you will be standing around for a while. It is that popular for a reason. One thing nobody warns you about: it is freezing inside, bring a sweater. The Dutch Treat is what you should order. It is a beautifully done pancake served with a strawberry sauce on the side that is genuinely excellent. Rich, fresh flavor that elevates the whole dish. I order it every single time. It also comes as a combo with two eggs and your choice of bacon or sausage. Speaking of bacon, ask for it extra crunchy. They nailed it, perfectly crisp without crossing into burned territory. The scrambled eggs were slightly overcooked, so tell your server exactly how you want yours before they head to the kitchen. They are friendly enough that it is an easy ask. We added toast and two drinks and the total came to around $36 for two people. Not cheap for breakfast, but this is not a fast food situation. It is a real sit down experience with quality ingredients and a staff that actually seems happy to be there. If you are looking for a breakfast spot in the Lehi area, this is it.
