My bf got a double double and fries, and I got a regular hamburger with onions, fries, and a vanilla shake. Of course our burgers were delicious and perfect. Good food, fast service, and accurate order. This location gets you through the line pretty fast for usually having a long line. They have parking near the front entrance of the restaurant blocked off with cones so people can't park and the drive through can move easily through the parking without having to dodge parked cars. I tried animal style fries for the first time. They were not bad but, not my thing. I definitely prefer my fries plain. My husband loves the animal style fries because he loves the cheese sauce and grilled onions. The fries were cooked perfectly, as always. I always like to get a couple extra packets of sauce so I can dip my fries and burger in it. I got my burger with diced green chiles. I love to do this because it adds a nice little kick, without being overly spicy. The customer service was great. The employees here are always so friendly. I don't think I've ever encountered a grumpy employee at this location. In and out definitely does a great job at hiring employees who like their jobs. I will be back! Been frequenting this location for a while now, but finally had the chance to do a review. When in doubt for a good, simple burger, but ever-so-satisfying, this is the place to be. This place was packed on the outside (we came for Christmas Eve dinner) with about twenty plus cars waiting eagerly for the drive-thru. We walked in just to beat the dinner rush about a quarter to six - and so we made great timing. Of course, at this time, it's still social-distancing enforced on the inside too, so every other table and booth was closed off. A great thing to see yes, but if I were one of those people/families that walked in after me, you're definitely going to wait extra time, not just for your food, but also for a table to open up. This also led to people watching (seated) people eat, which kind of made the seated people uncomfortable or made them hurry with their meal as they were being watched like hawks - from the people who were standing, with their glares saying "Hurry up and eat your food, are you done yet?" So word to the wise, don't come here during rush hour (lunch or dinner) if you want to enjoy your food and take your time eating. When we did sit down on our table an employee was attentive to our needs and brought an extra chair from the outside so our party can all sit at one table! Considering the lineup to get our order the service was relatively quick. With the drive through service there really wasn't any ambiance. It looked like that those who chose to eat in had a simple setting. Now for the food - we ordered three regular burgers and an order of fries. The burgers were thin and properly cooked. The condiments consisted of lettuce, tomato and a thick slice of onion (as thick as the burger). The buns were nice and soft and added a good flavor to the overall taste, and the bottom bun didn't turn mushy or fall apart. The one thing we really missed was some crunchy pickles! We really liked the double wrap on the burgers, it kept them together so we weren't having to juggle the burger to keep from having a lap full of grease or anything else. The fries left much to be desired. They tasted more like canned potato sticks. On a positive note, the fries weren't greasy. For an inexpensive meal we think In-N-Out Burger makes a good choice. I've driven by this In n Out multiple times. 98% of the time, there is a massive line snaking around the parking lot. Today, it just happened to have the shortest line I've ever seen, so jumped on the chance to get a burger. We were able to place our order outside and because the line was short, we were in n out (get it?) within 5 mins. That's fast food! Drove to a nearby park to enjoy the meal. I ordered a number 1. It's a Double Double. I got mine with grilled onions. I just don't really like raw onions. The burger itself was decent. It wouldve been better if whoever cooked it didn't put as much salt as was on my patty. I normally like salty things, but this was just a little bit too much. The fries, I feel are an acquired taste. I know a lot of people like them, but I've just never been a fan. The best way I can describe it is this: It's like if I took a McDonald's french fry that's been hiding in the cracks of my car somewhere and reheated it and topped it with salt. I do like the Animal Style burger, but topping that on a bed of fries doesn't do much to improve my opinion of the fries. Overall, decent meal, nice employees, good location if the line is short. It's in n out. You know not only what food you're getting, but typically also what kind of service. With a simple menu and some secret items, they do a few things but they do them well. I like how fresh the ingredients seem. The lines are consistently long at every location I've been to, this one included, but the lines move pretty quickly. With that said I'd recommend not going at peak meal times (12-1:30p, 5:30-7p) if you're bothered by lines and waiting times. For burgers I'll do Five Guys for quality and no wait with their online pre-order and pickup, Red Robins for a sit down, Wendy's/McD's/Carls Jr for quick convenience/road trips, and In N Out for an affordable quality basic burger and neopolitain shake. For their fries I like mixing their sandwich spread with ketchup. read more

This location takes forever and is so slow when doing the drive-thru. We came at 6:30pm on a Saturday night and didn't leave the parking lot with our food until 7:22pm. I can't believe we wasted so much time in the line. I ordered a double double combo with a shake. The fries were barely warm and soggy as soon as we opened the bag from grabbing our food. The burger was a little bit warmer but the bun was crumbling and got soggy really fast. The chocolate shake was fine (probably the best part of the meal) but way too thick.
