Cheeseburger Fresh French Fries
Kay R.

This was our first visit to In-N-Out. We ordered the cheeseburger animal style. The burger was tasty although our bread was toasted a little too hard. As others have stated, we could have done without the fries. Drive-thru service was top notch!

I swung by In-N-Out for a Wednesday lunch with my oldest son, and even though the place was packed before Thanksgiving, the line moved quickly and the staff stayed friendly throughout. Seating and parking were tight as usual, but that's part of the charm when a spot is this consistently popular. My Double-Double came out cooked to perfection, with a crispy toasted bun that made every bite even better, and the animal-style fries were as dangerously delicious as ever. My son loved his meal so much he went back for a second burger, which says everything you need to know. Despite the crowd, our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and without a single mistake. With great quality at a great price, this location is an easy recommendation for anyone craving a reliably good burger. We'll definitely be back for another tasty lunch.

I had never been to In-N-Out before and I was intimidated at the 20 car line but I took the gamble. I waited in line for about 15 minutes, so it was about a minute or less for each car. The service is quick and reliable. I got the Cheeseburger and added onions and pickles. Burger was good and juice for being fast food.

Always friendly service when you go to In-N-Out at this location. The people who work the counter are happy and willing to make special changes to your order. One thing I like most about eating here is their prices. I don't feel like I'm getting gouged and the food quantity is sufficient. The food quality is also consistent. A double double animal style is always the same as are the fries. I get more for my money when I eat here with my family.

I love In-N-Out! But today was really wild. My order was number 52 and as I walked up to the counter to get it a young man picked up my order saying 62....And took it. I told the worker at the counter I was 52 and surely 62 was quite a while off yet to be prepared. She looked stumped and was clearly speechless. I said.... Just put my order in again and cancel your number 62. I went back to my seat and waited. I heard number 62 called about 10 minutes later. Uggh! I went up a few minutes later looking for my remade order and finally got my order but I was not happy with the service. Clearly I am not the first person to have this happen.

Good food, fast service, and accurate order. This location gets you through the line pretty fast for usually having a long line. They have parking near the front entrance of the restaurant blocked off with cones so people can't park and the drive through can move easily through the parking without having to dodge parked cars. I tried animal style fries for the first time. They were not bad but, not my thing. I definitely prefer my fries plain. My husband loves the animal style fries because he loves the cheese sauce and grilled onions. The fries were cooked perfectly, as always. I always like to get a couple extra packets of sauce so I can dip my fries and burger in it. I got my burger with diced green chiles. I love to do this because it adds a nice little kick, without being overly spicy. The customer service was great. The employees here are always so friendly. I don't think I've ever encountered a grumpy employee at this location. In and out definitely does a great job at hiring employees who like their jobs. I will be back! They offer kids under 12 free hot chocolate, when it's raining outside. I had a taste and it was good hot chocolate!

Can we believe some place so pure still exists with inflation being what it is these days?! Truly the freshest tasting burger you can get arguably anywhere for the cheapest price! The fries are honestly not so very delicious to me, but if you get them with a good amount of salt and a side of spread you won't be sorry. Plus try the Neapolitan shake and you'll get a new flavor combo with every suck (yeah I said it--those milkshakes are THICK so get your mouth muscles ready). When you're craving in-n-out it will never disappoint!

Been frequenting this location for a while now, but finally had the chance to do a review. When in doubt for a good, simple burger, but ever-so-satisfying, this is the place to be. This place was packed on the outside (we came for Christmas Eve dinner) with about twenty plus cars waiting eagerly for the drive-thru. We walked in just to beat the dinner rush about a quarter to six - and so we made great timing. Of course, at this time, it's still social-distancing enforced on the inside too, so every other table and booth was closed off. A great thing to see yes, but if I were one of those people/families that walked in after me, you're definitely going to wait extra time, not just for your food, but also for a table to open up. This also led to people watching (seated) people eat, which kind of made the seated people uncomfortable or made them hurry with their meal as they were being watched like hawks - from the people who were standing, with their glares saying "Hurry up and eat your food, are you done yet?" So word to the wise, don't come here during rush hour (lunch or dinner) if you want to enjoy your food and take your time eating. When we did sit down on our table an employee was attentive to our needs and brought an extra chair from the outside so our party can all sit at one table! Food is always consistent here, very fresh, and always hits the spot.

I really wanted to like this place. I really tried to like this place...but I have to be honest…read more Let's start with the good--the bbq vibe was strong (country music, chalkboards with drawings, bbq smell wafting thru the air). Now for the not-so-good. We usually call ahead because we have a few family members with food allergies. We called ahead and everything sounded kopacetic. We arrived and ordered our food. One member of our 6 person party ate a couple of fries (which she asked about ahead of time due to her allergies) and she noticed something different about the fries. We asked one of the workers if they put something on the fries because they were crispy on the outside. The worker said "I don't think so." We asked if he could check to be sure so he went to ask. He came back and said "it's just crispy coating." So again we asked "can you tell us what is in the crispy coating because we are trying to avoid an allergic reaction." He replied "it's just crispy coating I don't know what's in it." So we asked "is there anyway you can find out what's in the crispy coating?" He replied "there is definitely a way to find out." He goes to the back...again. When he returns he says, "we fry the fries in a fryer with our chicken tenders. I would suggest not eating the fries." His suggestion is well-taken but we still don't know what's in the 'crispy coating.' When we were ordering, one member in my group asked for the two meat plate with brisket and pork ribs. The menu says "pork ribs." The worker said "We don't have pork ribs. We have ribs." So ribs it was. Giving a little room for grace, he was a young man who seemed to be new. BUT if you are at the cash register taking orders, you really should know what's on your menu. As for the food, it was disappointing. Portions were small. For the two meat plate with brisket and sausage, I was given one piece of brisket and a small hot link. To be fair, the menu says "8 oz" for the two meat plate so you kind of know what you're getting. When the order comes out, it looks very small. The brisket was a little on the dry side. The hot link was tasty but small. Buyer beware. TLDR; not coming back

Mediocre at best! I would not recommend going to Wayback burgers! It's just not very good!…read more We ordered 3 burgers, onion rings, and cheese curds. Quality of burger was just okay. Flavor was just okay. We got the cheese curds and were absolutely shocked at the quantity that we received. The photo I'm sharing is the exact amount we got!! Tiny tiny portion!! We paid almost 7 dollars for this! What a joke! Smallest proportion ever! I really should've taken them back, because this is a joke!!! The onion rings were just OK, they were soggy and kind of gross Service was slow. We waited quite a while for our burgers and sides. The restaurant is clean and decorated really nicely. The decor and the cleanliness of the restaurant is the highlight of our meal! The food definitely is not good. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Shakes were OK, but flavorings, like chocolate, were very stingy. Hard to distinguish it from vanilla. Finally...service...our food to a long time to make and then it sat in the order-up window for at least 10 minutes, so when they finally brought it out everything was fully cold. Not good. We sent it back and finally got eatable food another 15 minutes later. No apology. Very disappointing overall. Next time I'll opt for the Melty Way shop next door. The seating area was nice enough, but I don't expect I'll be going back.

I am not sure what I was expecting, but I definitely thought they were in a more centralized location. They are not too far from State Street but not close to too many other businesses either. The great news is, they have a wide open parking lot with plenty of spaces. Their food truck is super cute. It hardly looks like a truck and resembles more of a massive wagon. They really went all out with the branding and I am here for it. With it being a parked food truck, they didn't have a lobby or an inside but they did have some tables and chairs right outside their truck. Upon approaching the truck, a guy came to stand beside me and take my order. I was not 100% sure what I wanted but I elected for their signature burger with fries. He said that he could bring it out to my car once it was ready, which I extra appreciated because it was not a very nice day out. My total was just shy of 20 bucks, at $19.27. I sorta understand. I mean, they're a local food truck and it seems that they strive to provide much better quality food than other fast food places...but this is pretty steep for just a burger and fries. The food did seem to come out pretty fast and I was excited to try it. The onion on the burger was a bit large, it was almost an inch thick and I think I would've preferred it cut up just a little more. The fries were pretty good but tasted a bit greasier than I would've liked. I did like that it came with a fry sauce. All in all, I really liked Burger Pioneers. I felt that all the flavors were a bit overpowering and almost bitter because of the greasy taste, but it wasn't a bad burger spot. I hope to be back when the weather is nicer with some friends. This is probably such a cute, fun spot in the summer time!

We ordered 2 burgers and we added bacon on both of our burgers which was extra. When we are our burgers, we couldn't even tell there was bacon on there. We couldn't taste it at all. It wasn't crispy. The bacon was really small and it was a cheap kind of bacon. We paid extra for it and couldn't even tell a difference. We ordered a side of waffle fries for our 11 month old daughter. Most of the fries were super hard and way over done. We couldn't feed them to her since she doesn't have all of her teeth. We ended up throwing them away because they were just so hard and not good. It is also super expensive. No fountain drinks just canned soda. Also, when we ordered nobody else was there and we waited so long for our food. We waited in our car since it was freezing outside but the service was so slow.
