I was having a hard day and decided to go to chick fil a for reference my my little sister is in the hospital right now and times have been rough on my family. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Amelia (I think or Emily not sure). She was kind and always kept a smile and a positive attitude regardless of who the customer was, she really made my day even if I didn't even feel like waking up today. It touches my heart. I ended up just getting a regular chicken sandwich and there was nothing you could go wrong with it absolutely delicious and now I have a new lunch place right next to my office. Chick-fil-a remains as one of my favorite fast food spots (next to Popeyes)! This location in Schaumburg has always been good - they have fast service and the employees are all very nice. When I came here yesterday I got the southwest salad with creamy salsa dressing (such an underrated product at Chick-fil-a) and their chicken tortilla soup. The quality of Chick-fil-a never ceases to amaze me, both meals were super yummy. The reason I docked 1 star is because of the parking lot and the unclearness of whether the shop is open or not. The parking is relatively small in the front and reserved for curbside pickup only, so if you want to park to get inside the establishment, you will have to park in the back. Also, I can never tell if the restaurant is open indoor or not. I wanted to eat inside yesterday but it looked all boarded up and closed and I didn't want to park all the way in the back just to have it be closed, so I chose drive-thru instead. When I was going into the drive-thru, I noticed 1 family in the store so then I knew it was open. Overall, I definitely would come to this location again. I realize Chick-fil-A now goes the route of taking your order before you even see a menu. That was not lost on me when I pulled up tonight and asked to see a menu, and the young lady in a ponytail with glasses looked at me like I had two heads. Today, I placed my order of 4 items (soup, sandwich & 2 salads). The order was correctly repeated to me. When I got to the drive-thru window to pay, the order was again correctly repeated. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized they had not included the salads, only the soup & sandwich. I live 15 minutes away and did not have time to drive back. I called and went through phone prompts to only be able to leave a message. No one has returned my call. In reading other reviews, there seems to be a pattern of incorrect or incomplete orders. It seems this Chic-fil-a needs more attention to accurate fulfillment of orders. More troubling is the reported lock of concern shown by employees when errors are reported. Really busy at 1:30 pm on Saturday. The parking lot was full, so I had to park at McDonald's next door. There are two drive-thru lanes here to accommodate all the peeps, and there were still long lines for both. I decided to use the app to order when I was in my car, and when I walked into the restaurant, my grilled chicken sandwich was freshly made and ready to pick up in within about a minute. This place has not been the same lately. I recently went though the drive through, ordered a meal (sandwich, fries, and a drink), and two out of the three items were missing and/or wrong. The next problem was that I couldn't go back into the restaurant since I had a dog in my car on a 90 degree day. I had to actually call the restaurant from the parking lot, and only got forwarded to the voicemail...twice! When I finally tracked down a worker, he refused to correct the problem. I then had to yell to get a manager, and only then did the problem get corrected. This is on top of the fact that the restaurant's overhead menus are no longer back-lit, and if someone is inside, the whole place always looks like it's closed. This place has not handled the pandemic well. Hopefully it improves soon. read more

They have strict implementation for social gathering, keeping social distancing in their customers. You only need to wait 5 minutes or so, and your lunch is on. Frosted Lemonade is a perfect combo with a chicken club sandwich that will resolve your cravings in just a bite. Kids love it when going to Chick-fil-A since they have a kids meal nugget dipped in their Chick-fil-A dipping sauce. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and asked how I could be assisted. Fast n friendly with a smile a huge plus. The outside was free of debris , windows spotless and dining area clean, tables are wiped with disinfectant wipes and the air filled with the aroma of freshly made chicken, cookies and coffee! Here's the act that put the smile from ear to ear on my face. Andrew asked I wanted grape jelly or jam with my meal. This question caught me off guard. I asked "jelly?" Andrew replies "yes sir, tastes great with your hash browns." So Grape it was and OOOOOOMG what a treat with my meal. This might just be my new fave fast food place. And if you know me at all, you know that I am not a fast food type of gal. I have been hearing from everyone how Chick-Fil-A has the best waffle fries and the best chicken sandwiches. We wanted to grab a quick dinner the other night and we chose to check out Chick-Fil-A. We went in the restaurant because we wanted to see what they had. The drive thru is not the best way to experience a place, if you ask me. I'm glad we went in to get our food. The staff is VERY friendly. The place is CLEEEEEAN!! There was probably 50-75 people in this joint and the place was hoppin'; there were people cleaning tables and keeping the condiment station in order. Well trained staff, good job!! We took a look over their menu and the nuggets stood out to me. My fiance went for the sandwich. We shared a large waffle fry and there was more than enough for the two of us. The nuggets were perfectly breaded. Here's my favorite part: they had a Chick-fil-a sauce that I tried. Seriously!! Best damn sauce they offer. I wasn't a fan of the sweet and sour, but their chick-fil-a sauce was like a smokey honey mustard, and it was excellent. I'm not even really a fan of mustard but it was surprisingly good. My fiance inhaled his sandwich, so I'm guessing it was pretty good. I can't wait to go back and next time, we'll eat in because the fries were a little cooled off by the time we got home to eat. All the employees are very nice and keep the restaurant super clean. They are continuously walking around wiping tables down and taking away trash.
