Went for dinner tonight. Ordered their new special Smokehouse BBQ Bacon, fries and a drink. The sandwich was Luke warm at best. The chicken breast was dry as a bone, the cheese was so slimy I took it off my sandwich. I could hardly taste the bbq as I think they just put a dab. I never tasted the bacon. The fries were bordering on cold and tasted like they were cooked in old stale oil, so I did not finish them. A brand new location that's even closer to where I live than the one in Wheaton? Sign me up. This location is right next door to Chammp's and across from the Best Buy- nice 'n easy to access. It being opening day (September 15th), and the restaurant and drive through packed, they had an astounding turn-around! I ordered my 4 piece chicken tender meal and a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich then before I knew it I was sitting down stuffing my face with delicious food. I love their ketchup dipper containers and they had all their dipping sauces out for my pillaging. Yes, I now have a stash of sauces for my dunking pleasure. Chick-Fil-A is my favorite fast food joint. Everything is just so good! My favorites are the deluxe original chicken sandwich (no pickles or onions, please), their chicken nuggets, and the strawberry milk shake. Yum! Plus, their cow mascot is cute. Their waffle fries are great as well. If you can only pick one thing to try, you should get the chicken nuggets. Even though they are small, they are jam packed with flavor. You won't even need sauce. I love BBQ sauce, but I can't dip my little chicken nuggets in them since I love their favor alone. They are tender, juicy, and not too greasy. This location was great since it was incredibly clean! The tables and chairs were all so neat, and they had fresh real flowers on the tables! How nice. Also, their food was so fast that it was ready before we had picked a place to sit. The employees were also super friendly. Came on a busy Saturday night and chose the drive-thru. The service was quick, friendly, and they weren't playing around when they ushered my ride thru from order taking, paying, and handing over the goods. Their chicken tenders are delicious and taste homemade (non-processed tasting if ya know what I mean). I also have a soft side for waffle fries and theirs were made just so - the right amount of soft center and crispy edges. Finally, the cookies n cream shake took me over the edge. It was soooo good. This Chick-fil-A location has become my go to breakfast place. I use the Chick-fil-A App to order and pickup using the drive-thru. The Breakfast Burrito is a perfect size and delicious everytime. The food is great but possibly even better is the service! All the employees there have been super friendly and courteous. But, I will single out one employee for her exemplary attitude. Yelp will not let me select Zero Stars. Ordered Number 2 meal with diet lemonade. I'll start with the lemonade. It tastes like eating a spoonful of artificial sweetener with citric acid and lemon flavoring. Totally impossible to drink. The waffle fries were warm, not hot. The sandwich was atrocious at best. It also was warm, not hot. Tasted awful, every part of it. The green leafy stuff just tasted weird. The tomato had no taste. The cheese was not even melted. Even the breading tasted terrible. The only thing good about the stop was it all blasted out the other end of my digestive tract before I left the restaurant. I threw away half of the food, almost all of the lemonade, and flushed the stuff I tried to eat down the toilet. At least I didn't stay sick. Had the worst experience! I order at least $40 of food every time I go here. Which is at least once a week. Recently the Drive thru shorted me on a fry order. When I called to complain, manager told me to just ask for missing fry next time I was there. When I was there again just a few days later and asked for the fry they didn't want to give it to me. I had to get heated and testy before they finally gave me my fries. I don't like to get upset and it ruined my meal. I told kids they are not getting Chick-fil-A again any time soon. read more

I like Chick-fil-A salads. The lettuce, tomatoes, fruits, etc. are always perfect. I've never had a salad with old or poor quality produce from Chick-fil-A despite the long lines. I even like the chicken they use on their salads. There is a great menu including some dessert and some specialty beverages. Their sauces are awesome! Their service has gone down exponentially. I ordered a grilled nugget meal and I explained I would like certain sauces with it. The lady immediately asked how many pieces I would like. I told her yet again and explained the sauces I would like. She cut me off and asked if I wanted a meal. I said yes and again I would like these sauces. She ignored me. The staff is lazy and ignorant. After receiving my order the fries were cold and the nuggets were the crispy fried ones, not the grilled I asked for.
