This is the most wild Chik-fil-A I've ever been to. We were on the road and were looking up places to stop in Sioux Falls for lunch. Chick-fil-A sounded good, and we knew everyone could find something to eat here so we plugged it into the gps and went on our way. Upon arriving it was like the entire population of Sioux Falls was dining at this Chick-fil-A location. We parked, walked in, and were really lucky to order and find a table as I'm not joking the entire place was packed to the rim. Folks waiting, clogging the exits, on their to-go orders, every table taken, and by the time we got our food, a line that went out the door. We did notice a few tour busses pull up which is likely what caused the chaos, but it was so unexpected, we were a little in shock. So why four out of five stars? The employees here absolutely crushed this rush. I was honestly in disbelief at how quickly we got our food, how it was all correct, and how they were able to churn folks in and out in a timely manner. We also used the restrooms here and for the volume of people coming in and out of this restaurant I found them to be surprisingly clean. Overall, I'd consider stopping here again, but I'd take into account that it's a POPULAR spot to stop for lunch in Sioux Falls. read more

Salads can be a little wilted from time to time, main issue is I'm diabetic and staff cant seem to give me anything but a sweet tea unless i holler UNSWEET at them and i carve it into the ordering countertop. I was in town with my daughter and stopped at Chick fil a. My daughter has celiac disease and diabetes. They printed off the carbs and explained to me the different gluten free options. Saw the drive thru lines were pretty heckin long (but moving swiftly) around 1pm so we decided to go in. Short line, great customer service, and we had to laugh...as we were walking to find a table, a gal with our order was following right behind us. Where else can you go where you get your food faster than you can find a seat?
