I especially enjoy the fish dinners & sandwiches too. Hamburgers are WAY too over 'smashed' and cooked too dry. The two/three I've eaten in have been very clean, with pleasant servers too. My one big complaint would be that the corp stopped selling fried chicken ( may years now ) as it was my favorite selection and the BEST that I knew of in my area......... They did not give me my receipt for my drink and when I went back to ask they said NO! and i was confused so I just left it. I also asked for an extra spoon and there was hair all over my spoon not only that but they took 5 minutes to ask me what I needed even tho there was no one in line. A couple employees passed me and still never asked 5 minutes later they asked me what I needed and I got my spoons with hair on it. read more

When did they start putting ice in the root beer? Food is good but that's ruins it for me. It's usually this location.

I'm confused because friends who live here said this is better than in-n-out. but they also said their service is like Chick-fil-A. First off the women taking our order was rude..chick-fil-A would never. Second they DO NOT compare nor are they better than In-n-out. Habit and five guys shifts on this place. Just had the most negative experience I've ever had at a Culver's. The woman taking our order (Emily) was not a happy camper. After taking our order, which was incorrect but it happens, we pulled up to the window. Emily is banging on the counter, using expletives towards the screen pointing at the cars in between orders. I think she was oblivious to the fact that my children and I could hear/see her. This isn't going to stop me from being a customer but maybe she was having a bad day. Either way it wasn't good. Love your food, love your service. Calmer heads usually prevail and I hope she has a better tomorrow. read more

2 bad experiences recently-Burger was greasy tasting;received substitute burger which had the same rancid taste. Turtle ice cream was basically vanilla custard with pecans-no caramel or chocolate as advertised. I'll stay away from this location! read more

Yuck sums this place up in one word. I had the walleye sandwich it was super greasy the grease ate though the bag. Frys were over salted and too greasy. My wife had the Ruben so greasy that the bread was soggy. She described it as eating bread with a stick of better rolled in lard. Won't be coming back here read more

I asked if A buyer had onions was told no. My burger had onions. I am allergic and made it clear. The cheese balls were cold. And the chicken strip breading has been changed. It was disappointing. The kicker..I went to refill the soda before leaving..they had taken the nozzle s off and all watched me try to refill my soda said nothing. Needless to say I was covered in root beer. Usually the go-to stop for a lot of people from my high school. The service is good and in my experience, it's been about what you would expect from any other as the other Culver's location. My only complaint is the food is a bit on the greasy side, especially the pub burger. read more

I'm only giving 3 stars because the food is good. What needs to be worked on is the staff. Not only was there anyone over the age of 21 working on a Sunday, the kids were NOT thinking about speed. What they were worried about was chatting with each other. I was going to use the drive thru but it was literally wrapped around the entire building. So I opted to eat in. Once inside, I noticed 5 different people each with their own number waiting for their food in front of the counter. I placed my order and sat down to wait. 20 minutes later my order arrived to my table. It was incorrect as I had explicitly stated No Onions. I picked them off and didn't make a big deal about it. My meal was nice and hot so that's a positive. I'm normally a very patient and nice person, but the lack of customer service, attention to detail, and lack of speed was just too much today. The dining area needed to have tables wiped down and be picked up. Literally a family that came in had to use their sleeve to clean a table off for themselves. After I finished my meal, a relative called and wanted a turtle sundae. I ordered 2 to go. Not only did it take several minutes to get them, the kid brings them to me without lids, napkins, or a bag. I had to say to him, why would I be standing here in front of the counter if I had ordered stay in? These are to go. He walked them back to the prep table and put lids on them. Still didn't get napkins or a bag. To the owners...please hire adults that know what they are doing and are not affraid to keep the children in line. This is not the first time I have encountered this issue. It is the first time I am writing a review about it. read more

Stopped in for the flavor of the day- Butter Pecan custard. Worst. Custard. Ever. Nothing like a cone of Butter flavored custard with pecans sprinkled on top! I watched him sprinkle the pecans! There were probably 4 pecans stuck to it and nothing mixed in! Did the same to my husbands cone, it was gross. read more
