I had a large family order 3/31/2021, so I had a written list. Gave it to the employee, she entered it and we checked it against the list. when I got to the window to pick up, I asked the employee if I had all of it. I was the only car in line at this point. Got home with an incomplete order. Called and was told they could "replace" it if i drove back up there. It wasn't wrong, it was missing, so it can't be replaced. I told the "manager" that I wanted a refund mailed to me. Transferred to customer service. Left msg and sent comment on web site. I did get an email from someone offering me "free" items. I replied that I wanted a check refund. No reply, so I commented using the web site again. Got reply that thanked me for the comment, but did not offer anything. A bunch of my college friends and I come to chick fil a multiple times in a week. Mr.Bill takes amazing care of us and that's the one reason why we come here a lot. He's an amazing worker, always does his work and his just so uplifting. Until today, his manager, Chuck, would come toward us while Mr.Bill was talking to us for a split second and knocked on the table to get him to work. Which was rude. I do not agree that the manager should have done that in-front of loyal customers and should've done it in private. read more

I love Chick-fil-a at anytime of the day. I should know better than to come at lunch time as all CFA seem to be busy. This place was no exception as I had to circle the parking lot for parking and eventually just waited for someone to leave. Once I found parking and was inside, I didn't have to wait to order our food and find seating. They do have a play area for kids. The staff was friendly as always. read more

Chic-fil-A... REALLY? Yes really. Having kids changes your perspective on "restaurants". I have avoided these places since moving to Nashville in 2005, but toddlers needing to eat brought me back around. Food-wise... it's chicken. mostly fried. with a pickle. pretty good. Where they go above and beyond is in their service and attention to detail. first of all- they have great plastic high-chairs and kids placemats WITH double-sided tape to keep them from getting thrown. Second- even though it is fast food... they will bring you the food. It is almost like eating at a legit restaurant- but with paper bags instead of china... Third and last of all- their play area is excellent and is perfect for kids from about 14 months up... So far every one I have been to has had the same play area so you know what to expect. The only bad thing about this franchise is being a devoutly Christian chain- they are not open on Sundays... often when we need it most.... there is also a ton of bad press having to do with Gay marriage, abortion, etc if you go looking (a microcosm of the underlying "Christian" principles i suspect)... but you cant beat the krinkle fries and hot chicken sandwich. All in, if I were not a breeder- I would never venture inside the doors of this decidingly fast-food chain- but having kids changes EVERYTHING. Their staff is always very attentive and quite nice. For that I give them 4 stars. read more

Had to make a Yelp for this place... This chick-fil-a is absolutely horrific. I've been three times and somethings gone wrong all the times. Today was the final straw, won't be back. Granted there were police in the parking lot and could of been a little distracted.. but I paid for two meals and only got one. Six months ago, I would have given the Chick-fil-A in Smyrna, TN five-stars. Historically, their service set a very high bar. I have no idea what has changed to make their service as bad as all the other fast food places nearby. Every drive-thru order I've placed in the last month, and the majority in the last six months, has been wrong or not exactly what I ordered. The three stars are because the staff is friendly. Is currently in construction mode but still open. I stop here 2-3 times a month and I just wish they sold a 12 pack of chicken tenders. They have 3 pack and 4 pack but no 12 pack and when you are feeding 3 people and don't want the sides it would be great to have less trash with boxes, but until then. Chick-fil-A makes the best chicken sandwich among all the fast food restaurants. The Spicy Deluxe is heavenly paired with their waffle fries. The chicken nuggets are real pieces of chicken unlike the reconstructed garbage that McDonalds sells. While the Chick-fil-A in Mt. Juliet / Providence gets 5 stars, this location gets two knocked off for inconsistent service, a messy dining area, and trash in the parking lot. The two stores are equivalent in terms of location and customer volume so I have to conclude that the store is not as well-managed. read more

There is always a "worst" of everything, in this case this is the worst CFA in existence. Came in on Friday night, long line to order. Placed order, sat down. 10 mins later employee came around saying there was a "problem " in the kitchen and it would be 5 minutes before food came out. 15 mins later our food came - missing a sandwich and one sandwich incorrect. Employee brought us 2 cookies as an apology, there were 4 of us. Took 10 more mins to get the sandwiches corrected. Good luck here. read more

Food was good, as it is at all of their restaurants, but this location was pretty dirty. And this was before the dinner rush, at 3:45pm. Bathroom trash was overflowing, one soap dispenser was out, toilet paper all over the floor, and the entire dining room floor had bits of food and trash all over. Kind of disappointing... read more

Love chik fil a, but unfortunately it's known friendly service is not really included in this location. As well as getting the orders right. This is my closest one, but I would rather go to the Brentwood or Mt Juliet location. Smyrna's location always seems to give me the wrong order or they forget to complete my order. And the rare times they do get it right, my chicken isn't well cooked. And to top it off, most of them are rude.
