I'll never understand why people complain about a Busy restaurant. A busy restaurant means it's a successful one. I fully understand why chick-fil-A is a known favorite especially this location. It was packed and I still received excellent service. The team members were all respectful and friendly. Our food was warm and delicious. I highly recommend the kale crunch salad in replace of fries. It was fresh, crunchy and paired well with the chicken nuggets. It added a light "feel good" sense to the meal. The employees seem very knowledgeable in the process of how things should be ran. Each employee was quite imperturbable when ask to do a task by customers. I notice an employee by the name of "Josh" who took 3 requests at once and met each requirement within minutes; including getting a young woman a free Ice water. The restaurant looks clean as well as the employees (clean people serve clean food I like to think).. I don't eat here often but I may just come back to get another one of those side salads. read more

Great food - busy place - This location is right off of the East side of SR 119. We thought we had pre-ordered and stopped in to pick up the order but the app seems to have been challenged and did not want to work for us. So we made a decision to park and go inside. As with many Chick fil a, it is a very popular restaurant. It is in a line of places up on a hill right off the road. There is limited parking and lots of cars as it is a popular place and was extremely busy on the afternoon that we visited. Line was backed up to the side street. We checked at the counter about the order and it came out within minutes. We noticed that there are 4 different food delivery services. The staff was very friendly and took our order quickly and efficiently. The inside had tables to the left and right hand side of the main door with the counter directly in front of the door. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with good staff and reasonable prices and I would recommend this location to fellow travelers in the area looking for good food. read more

Usually, this Chick-fil-a is excellent. In the past, it has compared to no others in service. I mean top-notch, cream of the crop, straight A's across the board. However, it was really scraped the bottom of the barrel during my last three visits. My son has lunch at 10:40 and Chick-fil-a is still his favorite. Whenever time allows, I like to pick him up some food and take it over to the school. I'm a working mom, so this is enjoyable for the both of us. I understand that between 10-10:30 may be a busy and complicated time. The first two times that I encountered issues, I chalked it up to a learning curve. I was parked, was asked to change orders (breakfast to lunch and lunch to breakfast) at the window, etc. This time, I asked specifically when my order was taken--Do I need to order lunch or breakfast? Because this is time sensitive and I can't be parked this time (there is also road work being done towards the school). My little boy waits patiently at the door at school for me to come with his bag of food. She told me to order breakfast and so, I did. I ordered my son a chicken biscuit, chicken minis (he shares them with his friends), tater tots and I ordered myself a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. I, personally, am not a huge fan of chicken but the bacon, egg and cheese and also the sausage, egg and cheese are very yummy. I hate to be complicated but I am just not a chicken fan and my son eats, lives and breathes chicken...so I make the sacrifice to make him happy. I pay and go to the window. Now, remember that the line is a colossus. I am in line a good while and I see folks being parked from a distance. Finally, I get to the window and they tell me that they canceled my breakfast order and do not have any breakfast food. I can either order lunch and get refunded. I explain to her that my son's lunchtime is NOW. I need food NOW. I don't even like chicken sandwiches! So, I tell her that I'll take whatever she has ready so I can get to my kid. She tells me that I need to tell her what I want. I get two chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. Guess what. I am PARKED FOR TEN MINUTES. If you no longer have breakfast food and are now serving lunch (in which I was lied to in the first place) and I did not have a 'special order' and I told you how time sensitive it was...why was I still PARKED FOR TEN MINUTES. By the time that I got to my son, remember that there was road work going on, his lunch was almost over. They said he waited by the door for me until they forced him to get a lunch tray. They said legally they have to make sure kids eat so he had to get a tray. I felt so terrible. I'm starting a new job. This was probably one of the final lunches that I'll get to have with my son at school...and I didn't get to enjoy it because of Chick-fil-a. :/ read more

The double lane drive thru looked promising, but wasn't--our lane didnt move while we saw about 5 cars bypass us in the other lane. When we finally got to order, we understood why. I've been to this location a handful of times, but only through the drive through, so I can't attest to cleanliness or anything like that on the inside. I can tell you, however, that the food has always been top notch, and the employees are always courteous. There are 2 drive through lanes that come back into one, and there are always 2 people taking orders outside and directing you where to go. (At least at the peak times I always go.) THIS CHICK FIL A IS TERRIBLE. it's five min from my parents house so that's the only star it gets. The major problem every.single.time is: the fries no matter what size you get, not filled to top of box! I just got a large tonight and it was HALF FULL!!!! Like the amount of a kids I counted and there were only 7 fries in there. THIS IS EVERY TIME. Another problem is that they make boat loads of nuggets and try to give an hour old to people that get 12 ct or more. If the mall was open til 10 I would go to that location even though there is zero parking. Every time we come here after 8 pm they have turned off the ice cream machine so you can't get shakes or ice cream unbelievable. At the speaker when I tried to order the person taking my order told me the machine froze up and since I had to wait in the drive thru line for ten minutes because there is about 10 cars behind me and you can't get out of line I ask to speak to the manager when I got to the window and she told me a different story as to why the machine was turned off an hour before they closed. read more

We eat at this place all the time! Today we go in and as I order the cashier informs me my child was mocking her and says it is not acceptable. I ask what my child said and she replied, "yes, ma'am." I look at her astonished. I said um, you confirmed what her drink was and she replied with manners. What is the problem?
