It was my first time going to a Qdoba. The interior was clean and streamlined. There was a line corral, but at the time I went (around 2), there was maybe one person ahead of me. I got the Adobo chicken bowl with rice and black beans. The toppings I chose were heavy on veggies, light on fat. I got Chile lime crema (I think) and otherwise no dairy. It was good, tasted healthy, and could have probably used more salsa, but that was on me. Never having been, I was a little panicky, not wanting to hold up the line like a dork! With an ice tea, it was about 15 bucks. It was a little pricey for fast food in the area, but the bowl would easily feed two. Overall, I'm glad I went. read more

so just came through and ordered a chicken bowl with white rice, pinto beans, lettuce, queso, tortilla strips, & shredded cheese. NO vegetables. NO steak. somehow i just pulled this out of my bowl and when i tried calling the manager acted like she couldn't hear me and was insanely rude when she picked up. very disappointed considering my boyfriend and i go in here all the time. read more

I planned my order online, waited until the time it said it would be ready (about 15 minutes) and when I get there they tell me it's going to be another 15 minutes. I ordered 3 different items and here's my review for each. I hoped the tacos would be better than Taco Bell but No - Qdoba is very stingy with ingredients, especially cheese. 3 Tacos for almost $10 and I expected more than 15-20 slivers of shredded cheese! Yes, i counted it when I got home. The Make-Your-Own Burrito was ok - it was my fault I felt rushed and forgot to get a couple of ingredients. The Protein Bowl with anything added becomes a Make-Your-Own Bowl, although I'm not sure why it mattered to tell me that when I said any upcharge was ok. The employees slowly and cautiously add the ingredients as if afraid to give a teaspoon too much. I strongly felt they felt they were being watched/monitored/critiqued, especially when a manager yelled out to someone about their schedule while making my burrito. Great place for fast good food. Create your own burrito bowl, quesadilla etc. My go to place when i'm on the go.

Pretty impressively tasty food. It isn't the absolute best mexican I've ever had, but I do like that they make it in front of you sort of Subway style and the people at this location were very nice. Serving sizes were bigger than I could finish. Word of warning for those who like it hot: there is NO spice at all in their salsa or spice rubs. They offer Cholulas and Tabasco and you'll need them. read more

Really enjoyed myself here. Tasty combo of Drunken Yardbird, Gladiator and the Bohemian Veg. All were great. But a noteworthy latter with me not being a vegetarian but loving the Bohemian. Recommend to Mexican food lovers and even those that don't. Though those that don't like Mexican may not be eating the good stuff and have no idea. Definitely a fan of qdoba. However, this location has the most unfriendly, non-smiling staff I have ever encountered. Almost snobby. Burrito snobs. And why does the coke always taste awful and the ice runs out often. And the flies, my goodness, get rid of the flies. read more

Serving stale and rotting food to people is not cool. I was at this location today at around 11:30. I figured it was the beginning of the day and everything would be fresh. WRONG!!!!!!! I ordered the grilled chicken salad. The lettuce is not visible to the customers so i didn't get a chance to see it when the server was making my bowl ( i fi had i wouldnt' have ordered). When i looked at the pico de gallo, the tomatoes were very mushy which is a typical sign of tomatoes being chopped atleast 24 hours ago(or longer). The gucamole was brown so i didn't get it. The chicken and fajita veggies looked fine so i decided to have those. Unfortunately i did take out, and when i reached my office and started eating, the lettuce was WILTED and tasted bitter. I was STUPID enough to consume the salad regardless and it's been less than an hour and i have diahhrea. SHAME ON YOU GUYS!!!! I hope the department of health pays you guys a visit and shuts you down. read more

I've eaten here before with little to no complaints at all! But today wasn't the same. I recognize the COVID-19 virus is effecting is all in different ways. The whole restaurant was on lockdown. They were only allowing costumers to pick up/order and take up, which I respect. But the lady who made our food didn't know the menu, nor did she get what we asked for. My mom asked for 3 different things off the menu and she didn't know how to make any of them. She claimed they recently changed the menu but then my mom said she understood and asked for something that was on the menu and the lady just stared at her because she didn't know what was in it. Then she asked the other employees and they didn't know either. My mom pointed at the menu hoping they would see what she was talking about but no one knew how to make it. My and my sisters orders were filled but there was barely any food in the bowls. As much as I love this place I was very disappointed. read more

This place is pretty great. In the past year it's been open in South Charleston, I've probably gone two dozen times and rarely had a bad experience or a bad meal. Great prices and quality ingredients, reasonably clean and friendly staff. Guac is amazing. read more
