Love Chick-fil-A. The chicken is always juicey and delicious. My favorite is the original sandwich with just chicken and pickles. But the salads are good too. You can choose to top them with nuggets or grilled chicken. So can be as decadent or healthy as you want to be. This location is very busy at meal times, but there are three drive-thru lanes and they are efficient. I use the mobile app to go through the shortest lane ... and to earn points for free food. Parking is tough during busy times as the drive-thru line goes right down the middle of the parking lot, making it difficult to back out of your spot. Recommend going slightly before or after standard meal times. read more

This chick fil a is the absolute slowest and most poorly designed I have ever been to. The workers are super friendly, but the design of the drive through is atrocious. Two of the drive-through lanes merge into one lane which presents a problem when people are getting their food very quickly, but the car at the front is holding everyone else up. There is no way to get out of the drive-through if they bring the food early. There is also nowhere for cars whose order is taking a long time to pull up so other cars can get let out. I was in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes and watched multiple people, including myself get their food, but we're unable to leave the drive-thru. read more

My husband & I visited this Chick-fil-A on a road trip. We can confidently say, it is the worst Chick-fil-A experience we have ever had. We had placed a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving to the location & when we got there, after being ignored by the employees and standing in the cold to pick up the mobile order, we were told it wasn't ready. We had to wait an additional 6 minutes to receive our meal. That's almost 20 minutes to fulfill a simple breakfast order. The service was the exact opposite of what you would expect from a Chick-fil-A- the staff member who served us clearly didn't care to be there & you could tell that they treated their customers as if they were just an order number. Even after we received out food, the nuggets were extremely tough & very small. I would recommend driving to the next closest Chick-fil-A to avoid an experience like this one. read more

Christian chicken! Crispy waffle fries dipped in honey mustard will take any bad day and make it good. When I saw I've checked in here 24 times I thought, OK take the time to review! The location is interesting because there's no interior and 2 drive-thru lanes. TIP: park around the corner and walk over, it will save you so much headache! Trying to get in and out of here is very difficult during meal times. Cars will block you in and its just not worth trying to get a close parking spot. The outside seating is great, lots of tables with music, shade, a great breeze, and sunshine make me feel relaxed. There lots of teeny tiny birds picking up stray crumbs which are adorable! Another life hack for ya: order on the mobile app! Seriously I've been waiting in line before, ordered on app, and they called out my name before I even got to the window, WIN! It is with great sadness that I write this review. First of all, I never thought it would be possible to have a 2-star experience at CFA. Let me start of positive-- two positives. 1) I got my app scanned irregardless. 2) I ate food and I was hungry and so I am no longer hungry, or in need of food. In fact, I have an abundance of Chick Fil A that I do not want. I have never had an abundance of Chick Fil A. The store- there is a drive through or a walk up window. No inside seating, just outside seating. Hello sun. There's one bathroom that everyone (including employees) uses. If someone blindfolded me dropped me off in said restroom I would never guess that was a CFA bathroom.. doesn't meet the standard. Also, there is a door inside the bathroom that says "employees only" and you can hear the employees on the other side of the door (I am guessing that it connects to the kitchen) and felt nervous that an employee would walk in at anytime while I was sitting on the toilet-- not cool CFA, not cool. PLS READ: If you park in a parking spot.. just don't. You'll be forced to go with the flow of traffic which means you're forced into one of the two drive through lines bc there's no third lane for cars that have parked to back out.. that lane is the drive through lane. Simply put: the infrastructure does not work and you will get stuck. Sorry I don't have photos of tho So, unless you're walking from wherever you're coming from do not do anything besides go through the drive through. We parked to go inside and order (bc everyone knows that's faster, and "inside"/the walk up window was faster) and it was a mistake. We had to stop traffic entering so that we could back all the way out and get out of the parking lot. No one said, "my pleasure." I think this place is a hoax. This is not a chik-fil-a... I hate to be mean or leave bad reviews, I usually never even think to leave a good or bad review, but this was just awful. We were just passing through on our way home after a trip and wanted to stop for Chick-fil-A because it's reliably good food. The bathroom was disgusting. The toilet had visible pee at the base of it, and on the lid, tampon wrappers were on the floor along with plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, and the floor/counter tops looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Trash can is full full. Whatever, maybe they're busy and haven't gotten around to it. We go to the window to order (outside only?) and the attendant just stares at us, no greeting. We order, she seems disinterested and bored, doesn't repeat back our order to us to make sure it's right (it wasn't) none of the normal experience/customer service you get at Chick-fil-A. Go to the pick up window, the attendant behind that window just stares at us too. Waited a long while, he's just staring. Doesn't ask what the name is or any of that. Just staring. Finally get our food, go to the car to eat because it's outdoor seating only and hot out. No fork in the bag for salad, husband goes back to the window and asks for one. Takes him 5 mins to get a fork. Start to eat, food is old. I've never had old food from Chick-fil-A. Salad has corn in it when I asked them to hold corn. I'll eat around it at this point instead of going back and talking to them again and waiting again. Chicken is cold. His food is cold, sandwich bread is soggy. We ate some of it and threw most away on the way out. Again, hate to be negative or seem mean but this was just awful and I'm glad we are just passing through here. This last visit to this establishment was unacceptable. When I was in line at the drive thru, I had reached the area to order and the young lady continued her conversation with another employee before she came to my car. I had already been waiting a substantial amount of time before arriving to the area. Then when I arrived to receive my food, the employee handed me 2 drinks and 2 cups of ice cream. When I asked for a drink carrier, I received a huff like I was inconveniencing her. Then when I said thank you, she turned her back to me. The most disappointing part was after all of that, the food was cold. I called the manager at the location. Returning to Florida from summer camp in Hendersonville, North Carolina, my daughter and I happened upon this Spartanburg Chick-fil-A, right off of the Interstate 26 exit at Westgate. I must say, it's the busiest Chick-fil-A I've ever visited. Making our way through the double drive-thru lane, Hailey was our cashier. This location was so busy, they had two outside cashiers in an effort to keep vehicle traffic off the main road. She even asked us to pull up a bit to "get other cars out of traffic." Hailey took our order for a 30-count chicken nugget - with 10 Polynesian sauce - and a large lemonade. Cashier was pleasant and moved us along as fast as she could. Making our way through the left side of the building took another five or so minutes. Not that big a deal as my daughter and I spoke about what a busy location this was. This Chick-fil-A is a true double drive-thru with windows on both sides of the building. Not realizing this at first, I ended up on the left side of the building and had to reach across my vehicle to the passenger window. Not a big deal - just figured I would mention it. Received our food from a pleasant cashier at the window and were along our way. Biggest problem with our order? Only 28 chicken nuggets - my daughter counted them twice. I'm like "are you sure - open your mouth." She opens her mouth and says "Dad really - I counted them twice." Lemonade was large and made to order. Polynesian sauce and napkins were included in our take-out bag. A decent experience as far as overworked and busy staff at a hard to access location. This Chick-fil-A only receives 3 stars as I only received 28 chicken nuggets and had to wait longer than expected for them. I don't mind waiting a bit for better than normal fast food, but I do expect a complete order upon leaving. They should advertise better that this is a drive thru/window service only. We were loooking for a quick place to stop and dine in and use the restroom. This is not dine in and they only have 2 restrooms(1 stall each) So lines are long and getting in/out of the area is awful. Can't make left turns at certain times of the day. We were there at the height of the lunch hour madness - noon- and, predictably, it was packed. What should be noted, is that it is ONLY a drive-thru restaurant, also offering walk-up window service and some outdoor seating. The outdoor seating looked ideal since the area is nicely shaded under trees, but the 6 or so tables were packed, unfortunately. We had been traveling for hours, and were eager to stretch our legs and just get out of the cramped car, but were unable to do that. In fact, we had to find a gas station after we ate just to be able to tinkle! (Yes, I said tinkle) The double lines moved fairly efficiently, with the help of someone stationed outside taking car occupants' orders. The food was good, as usually is at Chick filA, but every one of our orders of fries was under-filled. Frustrating for the three hungry men in the group (my 18 year old and 16 year old ARE full-fledged men when it comes to eating - trust me!). I am an avid Chik-Fil-A customer and I made the decision to stop by this one on my trip back from South Carolina this past week (December 2020). The food is consistently good as compared to other ChikFilA locations. However the setup of this restaurant is unique and not adequately setup to ha for heavy Covid related drive thru volumes. The restaurant is clearly a revamped Rally's restaurant that has been converted to a Chik Fil A which means two drive thru lates on a tiny location with about 5 parking spots and no inside dinning. The long drive thru lines cause customers in the back of the line to wait on the busy road prior to getting onto the business property. This alone is extremely dangerous. The wait also seems to exceed the standard fast operating time of your typical Chik Fil A. My wait time was 31 minutes and so to the poor design of the location once one car pulls behind you there is no backing out of your decision. Overall you can expect the same quality food but will pay the price is a frustratingly slow experience. read more

The Asheville hwy store is by far the best, extremely fast service. West gate food is great, same as others but wait times are awful. I sat in line for 30 minutes (which you can't get out of) just to be told since it was a few minutes past 10:30 that I can't have my breakfast mobile order even though i was in line and ordered it with plenty of time before breakfast ended, but since the workers just wanted to stand in a group and talk and not do their job then the line didn't move. To be fair,, this location is usually really good. Today the food was good and fresh but their drive thru service this morning was slow, disorganized and not polite. They had the 3rd drive thru lane closed. The only thing indicating this was 3 tiny cones right at the entrance to lane 3. There were no signs indicating before then so anybody trying to use it had to try to back up and squeeze into lane 2, it was tricky to do so without hitting another vehicle.
