The past four times I've ordered from this location my order has been messed up. I've received orders in different names instead of mine. Mixed drinks, missing bun on sandwhich and missing food inside order. I don't recommend this location. I've been unhappy every time with this place!! There's nothing more frustrating then placing an order through the drive through and getting home to missing food you paid for/food you didn't even order in replace of it. We enjoy CFA usually, but we are getting so tired of this location leaving out items we've ordered in a drive-thru mobile order. We live about 15-20 minutes away and have small children, so it's not easy to go get what was left out after we get home. This past Tuesday they left out fries I'd used points to get for free. They usually also leave out the fixings that go with my husband's salad as well. He did catch it this past time and asked for them but didn't notice the fries missing until he got home. The worst was experience which happened a couple of months ago was them leaving my whole meal out. I had to drive all the way back while my kids ate with my husband. I worked for CFA several years ago at a CFA which had a great reputation for its drive-thru, so I know they're supposed to have a higher standard than this. read more

This is the first chikfila I have ever been to where not only can I not order no salt fries but they also shorted me on fries. As you can see no fries fell in the bag. What's sad is all the other chikfila locations around them will do no salt fries so this one will never get my business again. Whoever designed the drive-thru setup needs to be fired and forced to go through it once per hour during every hour the location is open, which will essentially be a never ending loop. The land developer who sold this idea to the franchisee might have a wagon full of snake oil to sell you and probably owns some beach front property in Kentucky. Why the city approved this plan, I'll never understand. I foresee a pedestrian vs automobile crash in the parking lot soon. This is a safety hazard. read more

I love Chik Fil A, but this location gets my order wrong 90% of the time. Today, I was given chicken noodle soup instead of tortilla soup. Last time it was a fried chicken sandwich instead of the grilled club. And the time before that it was entirely someone else's order so I handed the entire bag right back to them. I even tried to grab breakfast one morning and they forgot the cream and sugar I asked for and the sauces. It's getting to the point where I don't even want to chance it anymore. Always have had a great experience here. The staff is friendly despite the drive thru situation. (They probably don't enjoy standing in the heat/cold/rain ya know, god forbid we have to wait a few extra minutes inside of our vehicles) Once, I was "put on hold" at the drive thru speaker and when I pulled up to the window the worker gave me a cookie free of charge for waiting.
