Holy COW! (Boom) The fact that this restaurant has a 3 star rating is an udder disaster! (Boom) I come to this place about 3 times a week and I have never had an issue. In fact, they have gone out of their way to make sure things are done right. The owners are great and have spoken to me on more than one occasion. And yes! As I am typing this review I have realized that I spend entirely to much money on eating out. Don't tell my wife, she will have my hide. What's not to love? indoor playplace for kids. they bring the food to your table and then have people walk around and check on you and get you free refills. if you save the toy from the kids meal, you can turn it in for a free icecream cup or cone. read more

I normally like Chick Fil a on occasion, however today I stopped on my way to a Family Picnic and bought 2 gallons of lemonade and a gallon of sweet tea! Never had a bad experience here, both inside the restaurant and in the drive-thru. They're very fast and everything is always correctly made, even with the right sauces in the bag. The prices are great for the quality of food you're getting. The establishment itself is always clean. Customer service is amazing and friendly. I ordered food through the drive-thru on November 27, 2017. Because there have been errors with my orders in the past, I try to confirm my order at drive-thru window. I barely spoke three words when the female worker standing outside the window interrupted me, saying "it's in the bag". Unfortunately, I didn't see her name tag, but I hope the manager will instruct employees to be courteous and not rude to customers. read more

My wife went in tonight and received some of the worst customer service by the shift manager Travis who she complained to because she had to wait almost 10 minutes for a wrap. She went in to talk to them about it and got a kid named travis that was the shift manger from what she was told. She shared here frustration and he just kept responding with uhuh over and over again blowing her off and did not do anything to make it right just wanted her out of the store! This is not the first time we have had such horrible service from this location. I would wrather go in the mall and get food vs. Go to this one anyone more! Good service and good food. It is fast food but probably much better fast food than other similar places. I have patronized several of their locations in different states and found the foods consistently of good quality and well prepared. The best thing about the service is at all the restaurants you get treated by friendly staff who actually seem like they have an interest in providing a good service experience. I will tell you that chicken is never my first choice of meat, ever. It is really boring and it only taste good if it is fried or covered in something else. So when I decided to eat here it was because I was in mall and the other choices were not acceptable. I was so pleasantly surprised! The chicken is all white meat and juicy and the bun is perfect size and toasted. The original sauce is still my favorite too! The people who work there are so nice and the price is so cheap for the size of meal you get. And did I mention waffle fries? I love waffle fries. It is always busy because it is so good. But the wait is actually worth it. Now that this location is open, we can visit more often. read more
