This is a terrible location with a bunch of young people who don't care about getting your order right. I had to wait 15 extra minutes tonight because they forgot a sauce that I had clearly ordered on the receipt. Also, they never apologized or offered anything to make up for my lost time and gas. Man this place is just as bad as I remembered it to be. I used to go here alot but stopped after they several bad experiences in a row. Definitely one of the worst, if not the worst, Chick-Fil-A locations I've ever been to in Texas. That's saying alot because I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at a Chick-Fil-A. Everytime I've picked up an order from this location, they'll forget or mess something up in my order. Whether it's the wrong drink size, cold or missing fries, or just bad service, this location is pretty consistent at being bad. I kid you not, the last time I ordered from this place, they gave me close to an empty cup of fries. Like it literally had 5 fries in it. Sure service is speedy during dinner hours but what's the point of being fast if they always mess up your order. The managers are always just apathetic, say sorry, and walk off. Like today, I made the mistake of coming here against my better judgment since I was in the area and wanted Chick-Fil-A. It'd been a year since I last came here and thought maybe they would have improved since then. NOAP. Did a drive thru order and lo and behold, they got my order wrong again and charged me for extra tomatoes even if I said no tomatoes. Then they didn't even have my TWO drinks ready at the window and told me to wait for my drinks in the parking lot. Had to go get out of my car in the pouring rain and run to the counter after 6 or 7 minutes of waiting. Even then the employees acted lost and took a minute for them to find them. Got lukewarm sandwiches and cold fries too in a torn bag. Manager did the classic sorry for the wait and walked off. I wish a new Chick-Fil-A location would just pop up in the Stafford area so I wouldn't be forced to come to this location. I love Chick-Fil-A but I absolutely hate this location with a fiery passion. There's a reason why this place has 2.5 stars. Another Yelper summed it up perfectly by saying this place might as well be called McDonald's. I come here a lot. I love the speedy drive thru, although always packed, they keep a great movement. Today i sat on the patio. This is my first time. I enjoy the weather, and the cool mist they provide for a refreshing cool down. My food was great. Although they forgot a sandwhich and i threw away my receipt, i got it with no problem. I was highly unsatisfied with the customer service at this location. I showed up a few minutes before free breakfast ended, but they told me that breakfast had ended. I ordered a meal from the lunch menu instead. 10 minutes after i order my meal, someone comes up and asks for free breakfast and they give them 3 meals when there were only two people. I would not suggest anyone to go here. It took them 25 minutes to make my meal. The employees of this Chick-fil-a choose favorites, so not everyone can get what they want. This particular Chick-Fil-A receives 2 stars. Why? Of the 4 times I have been to this location they have never gotten my order correct. I do not like sweet tea whatsoever so of course I order UNsweetened tea. Evidently, they have no idea what this is (even though unsweetened tea is an option here) because the tea they give me is always sweet. Both the drive-thru worker and the employee handing me the food repeated the words "unsweetened tea" back to me yet I received sweet tea in my order. Yuck. You don't want to sit in the drive thru lane checking over your order every time. People are waiting behind you and their time is as precious as yours. Still, checking the order is a must at this place since twice I came home only to find they had left out part of my order (waffle fries once, a chicken sandwich the next). I don't know why they ask me if I want condiments, either. When I tell them yes and which ones I want, they never put them in the bag. The store layout is pretty ridiculous with no inside dining area. Myself, I don't want to eat sitting alongside a freeway; especially in the summer heat/humidity. The double drive thrus maybe seem like a good idea but it can be very hard leaving the drive thru because of the "traffic jams" that can occur with the two lanes merging into one and cars trying to enter the feeder road. So not a good idea after all. The two stars are for the food (when they remember to put it in the bag) being good sometimes. Chick-Fil-A does have good sandwiches, however, this place tends to get them overly cooked and serve up soggy fries. I MUCH prefer the Sugar Land location. They always get the order correct, including UNsweetened tea. The drive thru line is much better and they do have indoor seating. The Sugar Land location gets the good stars as well as my business from now on. read more

I swear the past two times I've gone to this location I've had issues with. They can never get the order properly, everyone there has an attitude and needs an adjustment. Because being rude to your customers who are actually trying to give you a chance just isn't it. The overnight manager "JAMES" needs an attitude adjustment himself he doesn't know how to run his team while he's working and lets his employees just walk all over him without making sure his customers are taken care of. The GENERAL MANAGER needs to come back in and retrain his whole staff because the way they run is ridiculous. I do not recommend this location, and it's very sad to say with it being the closes location that stays open later than most. Seriously, who came up with the brilliant idea to build a Chick-Fil-A with no indoor seating in Houston of all places? And why did this plan even get approved. We wanted to avoid all the traffic on Highway 6 during lunch so decided to hit this location up not knowing this is primarily a drive-thru location. Can you imagine how much fun we had sitting outside eating our Chick-Fil-A in July? Yup. Okay, we may be partial to blame as well because we were too lazy to move ourselves to a cooler location (i.e. Jack in the Box next door). Maybe a week ago, I ordered a meal from this location and I was missing items in my order! I called them, a male manager answered and told me that he was very sorry for the inconvenience and if I took down his name he would be sure to fix it! However I was driving at the time so I couldn't write his name. He said he would put my name down and my next meal would be on him. So I kindly thanked him and hung up. Today I decide to go back to chickfila, but when I spoke to the ppl that work there they had NO proof that I even called! I went this past Saturday since I was near the area . I do not recommend this place to anyone . I've never had a bad experience with Chick Fil A ever . But this place gave me food poisoning. I had a # 4 spicy chicken sandwich like I always do. I felt it tasted kind of not the same so I stopped eating it . Sure enough on Sunday morning threw up non stop fever the whole nine yards. I can honestly say " We have never had a bad experience at this or any location. What topped this experience: is the good energy, excitement and great customer service of the three young adults in the 2nd lane at about 7pm on 9/3. My husband and I drove by to pick up some dinner after a long day at work we had our boston terrier "Pierre" with us we pull up to the window and the three musketeers even offered a doggie treat for him.... WHAT the heck!!!!!! Now that just made them the best in fast, good food in my book. Consistency, professionalism curtesy, and a great vibe. They are so friendly here. I used the drive thru and unlike many of the people complaining that there is no indoor seating, I never eat inside fast food restaurants. First I come to this location at least twice a week and they never open on time, but today was unacceptable. I was the third vehicle in line at 5:25 a.m. and notice a truck on the side that appeared to be withdrawning the waste from the building. My order was not taken until 5:42 a.m. I get to the window at 5:52 a.m. and they didn't even have my order. A sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. Needless to say I was not about to sit there another minute waiting for my order. This establishment needs to get better organized. It is ridiculous that you say you open at 5:30 but you don't remove the barricades until 5:35 a.m. You're never on time and people are on their way to work. I was so upset heading downtown without breakfast. I really dislike this place and do not recommend if you are in a rush don't go here because you will be there at least 30 mins. If I could have gave this place zero stars I would have. I don't understand why it takes so long? Maybe they should get there earlier so they can open on time like people leave to go to work early enough to stop and get breakfast but not able too. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. read more

I love Chick fil a and this is the location I go to all the time cause it's right next to my job but the last couple of times it's been disappointing service. Last time my order wasn't fulfilled so they told me they'll take care of it the next time I'm there I didn't show up till the end of the month to get some lunch.
