The WORST Chick-fil-a ever!! I went there last night at about 9:30 and all I ordered was a simple chicken sandwich with no pickles and a lemonade. After waiting in line for forever, I finally get my food and head home only to realize that they gave me the wrong food and the lemonade tasted like lemon water. I went back and the manager told me there was nothing he could do because he has already shut down all the registers so I'll have to wait until Monday to get my money back, it was literally 8 minutes after 10. Ok so I was looking at some of the reviews from this location and can't believe it one was even from today with a one star rating saying how slow the line was in the drive-through. Have been through here several times today I think being the quickest less than five minutes from pulling in and taking my order and getting out of there this location has a true double drive-through and even has a police officer directing traffic off the feeder road and back on. They also have people Al in the line taking orders on iPads they run this joint. Super efficient so even though the line may look long and never takes very long at all. read more

I love Chick-fil-A but the service has been disappointing at this location lately. I literally asked for a spicy sandwich with no pickles. It says no pickles on the package and my receipt but there are pickles. I also asked for a sweet tea and they gave me unsweet. Since this location only has outdoor seating, I had to go to drive thru. I'm home now and I can't really eat my meal. Some people might think I'm being dramatic and tell me to just take it out but the smell of pickles alone makes me want to vomit. Instead of readily acknowledging the mistake, the manager indicated that she would need to check the transaction, really...over $.50? She asked whether or not I used a credit card, then, clearly unconcerned, she stated that if I came by, she would refund the $.50. At that point in the conversation, I was done. Food is as expected, service is garbage. No one cares. I ordered $17 worth of food, was handed my drink and the bag and was told to have a goodnight. I got home and we were missing the sandwich from the only meal we ordered. I drive all they way back and get in line at the patio because the drive thru was busy. I tell the cashier what happened and they act suspicious. I say I wish they had checked that they put all the food in the bag before they told me I was fine to leave and that I would like the sandwich I paid for and a regular chicken sandwich for having to come back. They went and got the manager who said, "We can make you a new sandwich to replace the one you left but we can't give you another sandwich too". I said, "I didn't leave the sandwich, they never put it in my bag before they told me to "have a goodnight". Update: I am increasing this from a one-star to a two-star review. I filled out a comment card on the visit and the operator called me. He was a very nice guy and explained that smoking is not permitted for the comfort of all guests. I have since tried to eat there on a few other occasions, but still do not see any No Smoking signs. There is one on the door heading to the bathroom, but that appears to suggest there is no smoking once you enter the building for the bathrooms. I also asked the employees if smoking was allowed when I ordered and they didn't know. So, while the operator was nice, they still have done little to ensure that once I am sitting and eating that I am not engulfed in smoke from give cigars again. Original review: I love Chick-Fil-A, but I hate this location. It has no indoor seating, but the sign doesn't reflect it. It's basically drive through only with a few outdoor tables. So, the weather is OK this day. My son and I will decided to sit at the limited outdoor seating. Right as we are about to order at the window, a bunch of guys smoking cigars get out of a car and come to order. We are engulfed in smoke as is everybody there. Chick-Fil-A: It's your private property and you could add signs for no smoking so that a few guests don't ruin the experience for many. It's Next to a Wal-Mart for Pete's Sake. On West Airport and 59. Having indoor sitting will cause excessive amounts of traffic and brings in more Riff- Raff. This Chick-Fil-A is drive-thru and walk-up only, with no dining area. The drive thru is dangerous and car accidents are a frequent, almost daily occurrence along the service road as throngs of chick-fil-a junkies wait their turn in their cars to get their fix. The location is just, plain awful and I won't go here any more simply because I don't want to be the one car in the drive-thru that pushes someone out into the service road to get hit and killed. I will keep my conscience clear. The food is great and the service is great. But that's not something to risk your life over. The blame for the disastrous traffic situation really rests with the City. The City of Stafford should have considered this when approving this place for occupancy. It's really appalling that this place was approved without consideration for traffic control. It's really unbelievable considering the known traffic issues that nearly all Chick-Fil-A restaurants create. It's a running theme. This one crosses the rubicon by eliminating dine-in, putting more crazed customers in their cars instead of waiting in line and dining in. I love chick fil-A but I had a worse experience in this store. I had two orders of spicy chicken delux meal to go on September 25, 2019 right after a long day of work shift at around 8:40pm. Except for the fries, all the orders were wrong. The next day I called the store and explained my situation. One of the girls manager said that she will replace the order if I bring the receipt. On October 8, I went to the store for my request to be honored. This rude manager David would not honer the request what the other manager promised. Customer service is the worst at this location. A few friendly faces but the girls giving the orders to customers at the windows are distracted, unfriendly, and determined to get you out of the way (with or without your complete order). They also do not stop their conversation to greet customers and hand out the bags with little to no eye contact. We know that when we end up at this location at least 1 thing will be incorrect. Last night, however, only the flavor of our drinks were correct. We ordered a number 1 with no pickles and diet coke. And a large number 4 with dr pepper. A 12 count nugget order and a small ice cream cone. 1. We did not receive the ice cream or large fries with the number 4. 2.We got a no.4 chicken sandwich with cheese pickles tomatoes but it wasn't spicy. 3. The number one came with pickles even though the sticker outside the box said no pickles and it was spicy which I don't eat. 4. We asked for mayonnaise which we did not receive. 5. The fries were cold and hard. 6. The 12 count nugget order was actually 8. 7. When we asked for ranch at the window they basically threw them. I know this location is barely satisfactory on a good day but yesterday, we're completely disappointed. Service is getting worse and the quality of the food is now unnaceptable.
