Our new favorite spot on a Sunday and great alternative to Chic-Fil-A. I once ordered and got the wrong order and went back the next day and they gave me my meal. Great customer service by the manager on duty Sergio and the folks at the window seem really nice. I did have on occasion a messy drink so do ask for napkins and avoid driving up here in your Ferrari as it's a busy parking lot. However, when I've come here, I've always had large portions and I believe the food quality is going back to what it once was. I don't know if you know what over cooked, or reheated grease taste like but let me tell you? Chicken tenders coming from either are lack luster. The sauce is so good. So I came in with my friends today and it wasn't too busy yet meaning we were the only customers waiting to order. I ordered first and it was just a simple box combo nothing extra. They all ordered after me but I was still waiting as more customers walked in ordering and getting their food while I was waited. I asked about my order and they said it should be out shortly so I continued to wait and once I got my order I realized they gave me a 3 finger combo instead of a box combo. It was a bit upsetting but I believe there was just a mistake with my order getting processed which is why I waited so long. My main issue here was the friend I came with got the caniac combo and while he was eating found plastic in his tenders. He didn't realize until he was on his third tender and it was spread out and broken up throughout the chicken. It looked like Saran Wrap and we looked through the rest of the chicken and there was little pieces in those as well. Raising Cane's had made it to my neighborhood and distributed free combo meals coupons to the surrounding neighbors during their trial runs today and coming Tuesday. I was at Cane's drive thru promptly at 10:30 a.m. today to pick up 5 Chicken strips combo meals. The service was friendly and efficient, no issue. All employees had masks. I was done in about 7 minutes from lining up to getting the foods. The foods were excellent with the chicken strips being very moist. The fries were not greasy, cole slaws were fresh, and toast was buttery. The famous Raising Cane's sauce was unique and tasty. This review probably is biased toward 5 stars since my family received 5 combo meals worth about $42 for free. But everyone enjoyed the foods with no complain, honest. read more

While I enjoy Canes because of their sauce, I'm really not a fan of this location. It's probably the worst location that I've been to. The service isn't very friendly nor welcoming. When I order I feel like I'm being rush, the food is always inconsistent but for the most part it's below par. Some of the fingers are like the size of my pinky, The chicken seems to get smaller and smaller every time I come here. The fries are usually overcooked to the point that it's hard or sometimes it's undercooked to where it's kinda gritty & mushy. There are times I've received stale toast, and that's a no no. I also hate that they don't toast the bread with butter on both sides. Then to top it all off the portions are laughable. Overall, service is a joke & the food is inconsistent, the only reason why I come here is because it's 30 seconds from my job otherwise I'll be going to a different canes.
