Slow services today with Rebekah in drive thru. Usually they say "My pleasure" she didn't at all. Which was a no from me. Then I order an frosted lemonade she says frosted fries. Which they don't have at all. She stood in one spot and took orders. Which in that case we could have just ordered with register 56 instead. The other lane had people walking and taking orders. The food is usually pretty fresh. Here and there I may have to ask for fresh fries or nuggets but my main concern is the inconsistency with the lemonade. Sometimes it's sweet and sometimes it's bitter. If it is supposed to be sweet, i recommend having someone taste it to make sure that is consistent throughout. On August 17 at approximately 1130 my son and I decided to go have breakfast and I couldn't think of a better place because I truly enjoy their waffles and sausage my son was excited to go because he has not been since they remodeled so of course as you know everyone is extremely friendly great customer service we sat down we ordered our food came...... at this point what could be wrong right? I am totally alarmed totally disgusted and I start to feel sick I call over a manager who is an older woman I told her that there was something in my waffle she asked if she could cut open my waffle maybe she didn't believe me I don't know she cut open my waffle and it's a huge packet of sugar or something she looks at me and says "oh my goodness well at least your waffles sweet" I don't at this time did not see any humor in that she takes my waffle away ask if she can remake it but also says we have some new people in the back and maybe it accidentally fell in by this time I'm a little annoyed with her because she's taking it nonchalantly I told her I did not want another one cooked my sons meal was fine I will just take the check she says "don't worry I'll take care of the check make sure you come back and see us but it may not be as sweet next time" .... This has to be my favorite Chick-fil-A to come to. I come so much during the week that I can definitely say I'm a regular. The staff overall are great. The food is always hot. This particular time I got the waffle and chicken breakfast plate with a side of eggs and grits for the little one. They actually have really good waffles and pancakes, but I just wanted the waffle and my spicy chicken filet. The waffle is not as big as soon, but then it's not a too thin waffle either. The eggs are good and cooked just how u like, my cheese grits were super cheesy, but I love cheese so I'm a fan.They have the option for the buffet on Saturdays which includes bacon, eggs, grits, chicken filet(regular), hashbrowns, biscuits, gravy and I think that's it, but I might be missing one or two things. One thing I have noticed about this location... They always work to keep the drive through lines moving. It's because I'm a fan of this chain's overall quality & efficiency that I must give a poor review for this particular location. Before I discuss their opportunities to excel, let me say their staff here was super friendly and they all had smiles. Some issues included: - Waiting to place my order took way longer than the two people ahead of me warranted. They appeared they had enough staff to add another order taker. - My side salad was accompanied by almost room temp salad dressing (as opposed to refrigerated) which spoke to freshness, perhaps? - Sandwich was presented to me with two bottom buns instead of a top & bottom bun. - Seemed like order taker didn't listen well to what I wanted which caused me to be asked the same question multiple times (dine in or carry out?) (though it looks like someone else once reviewed it, then removed their yelp account) That's surprising, since going to this particular Dwarf House was a staple when I was a kid. It always was a greatly enjoyable experience, plus I recall they had certain items on their breakfast menu here you can't find at other CFA locations. And the service was always great, whenever I went to this one over the years. I probably last went to this one like 8-10 years ago(early 2000s), but thinking about it almost makes me wish I could do a return trip to this one tomorrow. Hope it(and other Dwarf Houses) stay open for years to come, since I always found Dwarf Houses to be a little more interesting going to over other CFA locations. read more

Took away a star because one day I came through the drive thru to order a gift card, I was told at the speaker to pull around, then told at the window I had to come in?! I asked why and the lady couldn't give me a legit reason. I was upset because I was injured & in a hurry to get somewhere. Nonetheless I went in and someone else rung me up, I asked why this couldn't be done at the window and she looked at me confused and said that it could! Imagine my frustration. Cutest little entrance ever! There is a mini door for kids to enter! You get inside and there is a fast food side and a sit down dine in service side. We chose the service side today for breakfast! They have a full menu with more to choose from than the fast food side. I was basic and got the chicken biscuit. My husband had a chicken omelet and grits and my daughter had pancakes and bacon. Both meals tasted great! The grits are plain no seasoning and hardly any butter so they will need to be fixed up otherwise they are nasty! The service was great as always! And since it was our first time here, we got free dessert! We chose cookies because we were in a hurry to get back on the road, but they had several options! My boyfriend And I come to this location often and for the first time I received horrible customer service . Although it was close to closing the food runner attitude was absolutely horrid. She approached the car and said my name and practically threw the bag at me , not to mention the few sauces we asked for were not in the bag. I love this location. They will always serve a sandwich even though it is breakfast time. Extremely efficient and nice. It's on the way to the airport for me so I get a large drink so I can carry the foam cup into the airport empty then pour my soda into later because the airport locations do NOT have foam cups. But this is the place for Stockbridge. They even have carpet on the floor so it is quieter than any fast food place and has an extremely large dining area. read more

Sat waiting for food for 10 minutes in drive thru after they sent us to park and then sit there for 15 minutes to wait for them now to go get coffee after another 5 I went in and got it. 30 minutes after being paying we get our food and are back on the road. So disappointed after spending 35 for 3 people to eat.
