I love my Chick-fil-A Dwarf House. I love it when they say "my pleasure" and they say it like they really mean it. I think Jordan was our server last night & she really took care of us. I have lately been mostly using the app for ordering & am so happy that they will let me go through the drive through to pick up my order now. This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been too. From customer service to quality, everything leaves me disappointed every time. (Yes I kept going back hoping they were just having an off days) The employees are rude and don't even say you're welcome or my pleasure... This Chick Fil A location is operating below the health standards of any food service establishment. If I was a health inspector they would have scored horribly on an inspection. I placed an mobile order. I walked in and they were busy. The first thing I notice is the workers behind the counter handling cooked food without having on any gloves or hair nets. It is unsanitary to pick up fry containers with your bare hands. Their drink machine was not working properly because I changed my drink twice and both sodas were as the worker said "nasty". The sad thing about it was that the management of this location were the ones handling cooked food with no gloves on. I will be driving further away where the staff respect the customers by using gloves when handling cooked food. There was no leadership or proper example. I will be filing a complaint with the regional or district manager. read more

The first contact I had was ok when the person took my order she misseda couple of things off my order but I knew I could fix that when it was time to pay but once I got to the female that cashes me out I believe her name is Marlene, I asked for corn on the side of my side salad and she said I will put it on the order but they may not give it to you and I stated why will they not I have done it before she didn't comment back only gave me a side eye, which was soo rude!!!!! Service was great as always. Breakfast buffet was really good. Biscuits, gravy, eggs, grits, bacon, sausage, chicken filets, and cinnamon apples. Ate more than I should've but less than I wanted. Each item was refilled generously and often. Everything tasted great. The biscuits were a bit in between the usual breakfast biscuit size and the rolls they use for chikn minis. My only complaint (which is really more of a suggestion) is that I didnt see any bowls to put the apples in. Im sure I could've asked for one but I didnt think about it until now. read more

So first of all I'd like to say that chick-fil-a is one of my favorite restaurants not only because they have really good food but for really good customer service I decided to eat McDonalds this morning and got very slow service and not only that to find out that my card was saying that it was not activated and I had money on it I just used it at a gas station this morning to get gas when I went to chick-fil-a to see if it worked there it also was not working but Gideon the waitress told me sir regardless if it's working or not we're not going to let you leave here without breakfast. She was very professional and very nice and as soon as I get my card corrected through the bank I am going back to pay for my meal. I was visiting my dad in Atlanta and he always talks about this Chick-Fil-A for breakfast on the weekends. They have a buffett that he goes to eat the breakfast. You also can order off of the menu for breakfast or dinner and have veggies with your meal. If you are ever in town on a Saturday, try this place out. read more

If I could give them half a star I would. If I could give them no stars I would. No stars would require me to not review. Ever since their remodel this place has gone down hill. I love chick-fil-a, I grew up in Georgia and anytime I ever left home to go overseas I missed a few things and one of them was cfa particularly this location (or at least how it was before). This place used to offer the breakfast buffet which was awesome. I have literally been coming to that buffet since I was a little kid. But now they don't offer it, they also don't offer good customer service or a staff that actually knows what they're doing. I do not Yelp, I have actually despised Yelp my whole life, but when I order a chicken biscuit and am given a biscuit with no chicken in it, explain that. Doesn't even make sense. I understand it's a an item that is offered and that's great but y'all are the chicken biscuit people. This is what y'all do. It would be like if I went to Einstein bagels and asked for umm I don't know a bagel with cream cheese and they just slapped cream cheese on my hands. This location has children working here that are more interested in what Billie eilish is wearing than they are at giving good customer service or at least fulfilling an order properly. I cannot stand this location anymore. I cannot wait for the location nearest me to finish its remodel. The location on camp creek has better customer service than 138 does and they don't even say my pleasure. Y'all seriously need to get it together. I wouldn't even send hitler or Donald trump to eat here because it's so bad. If I wanted bad customer service and to get a wrong order I would go to McDonald's or Burger King. This is one of the best Chick-fil-A's around! I was blown away in particular by the service. Queen took our order and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was patient with us since we couldn't decide what we wanted. We didn't know about all the sauce options and Queen made sure to explain all of them and even offered some of her favorites (which just happened to be ours too after trying a few!). We honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience and it was thanks to Queen (one of the best customer service experiences I have had anywhere)! I went to another Chick-Fil-A in mcdonough and everything was perfect my order was done perfectly. I just came to this one and did a mobile order and I went to the pick up area as usual. I stood there for about 5 minutes while the manager flirted with some young ladies completely ignoring me the whole time. Finally I asked another worker if my order was ready because i had been put my order in and she just looked at me like i was bothering her. When I finally got my order 15 minutes later I went home and realized my drink was mostly ice. My fries were barely halfway full and cold too. Really pretty location but so unprofessional. read more

I have to give credit when credit is due. I just moved to this area. I go to this location at least twice a week. The line is always wrapped around the building. However, the line moves fast. The employees are always so pleasant and professional. I came one day, it was raining and cold. The weather did not stop the young ladies working the drive through. Their attitudes were great and bubbly still. The food is always hot. This locations customer service is awesome. Probably the first time I've experienced anything other than excellent service and food at any CFA/Truett's restaurant. Our waiter was doing the best he could but with more tables than he could manage. We had to ask someone else for refills. My husbands chicken and cheese omelet had the cheese lying on the top. Since when do they not put the cheese IN the omelet?!? The sweet potato soufflé seemed to be scraped from the bottom of the pan. All burnt edges. The slaw was great and fries were as they normally are. Service was just disappointing and it seemed the young employees didn't have a great example or great leadership in management.
