The food is normally good here so no complaints about that. I have been limiting my eat out during this time for obvious reasons but I ate here the previous week due to unforeseen circumstances and I had no issues. I am highly thankful for all of the small business during this time and I be sure to express my thanks while leaving the grocery stores or other essential businesses in the are. My issue is, I get the same thing every time I do order from any wing place in the area, lemon pepper dry (wings only or combo, just depends on the appetite) on this particular day, I placed my order, the person decides to ask me do I know what lemon pepper dry is? I said yes; the person goes, it's just plain wings with lemon pepper sprinkles. I said correct. The order taker goes, you still want it? I had to think for a minute about what the real issue was here? Do she not want to take my order or is she cautioning me against placing an order, my common order that I have ordered from here before, the previous week to be exact. Because I was unsure of what the attitude was with a common menu item, I left and said no thanks. Hopefully the customer service will return when things are back to normal. read more

With the cost of everything going up, my money is more valuable. We didn't get a chance to look at the wings before we left. The wings are so small, we had to look to find them. The service is ok but seems rushed. I was so disappointed we threw them away. This is the one off of North Henry. The one off Hudson's Bridge is way better. I won't return to the one off of North Henry anymore. Please check your order before you leave and ask for your money back when you get Sub Par Wings and old fries and hot celery sticks. I felt like they gave us the TRASH wings ( the wings they should throw away because they are not quality ) instead they deep fried them and sold them. Plus they are not open on Sundays ‍. The lady at the counter was super nice. The wings were fine and hot. I ordered mild and it didn't even tingle my mouth. Next time I know to order hot. My order of 18 wings was out in 3 minutes, no exaggeration. I thought the lady told me 3 minutes so I wouldn't leave the area. I would come back for fast food that's hot. It's a typical American Deli, but it does have its shining moments. The first smell that usually hits you entering the building is the smell of frying fish which can be a bit overpowering. The service here is some of the best service you're going to find around with this company. The food itself is not at all up to the standards in which it should be. All the food items taste bland like straight from whatever package they came in. Then you also have to notice the higher prices, when their is about 2 more locations about 10 minutes away with lower prices for what you're getting. Overall it's not bad, just not my favorite location. read more

I ordered a 10 piece combo and when I got home I had six pieces. I return to the restaurant to let them know they had made a mistake. They politely took back my order took it to the back put it on the counter They looked at it and saw that I only had six, they proceeded to put the other four in my container. Now due to Covid they should have thrown this in the the trash and made it over like I asked them to , but they did not They clearly are not practicing coronavirus protocol. GYRO: If you have never had a Gyro then you might like this poor imitation of a Gyro...they slap a few strips of what they call lamb and stuff the rest with lettuce and tomatoes...waste of money. We were looking for salads for our late lunch. Because we aren't from the area, we took a chance that this deli would have a few salad choices and we were not disappointed! First I want to say that the deli is doing an awesome job with keeping folks safe during this pandemic, limiting their capacity to 3 indoors, masks are required, inside tables are not available in their small space and ample hand sanitizer is provided. I ordered the grilled chicken salad which was almost over flowing with cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions (I opted out of the green, banana and jalapeños peppers). I was a little surprised that the grilled chicken was chopped chicken lunch meat that had been grilled but it too was an over abundance making the salad one of the heartiest and tastiest that I have had in a long time. If I could give 0 stars I would. Now I usually don't have issues with this location but today 10/18/2021 at 1:20pm my mother order us American deli for lunch. She then calls me from her desk downstairs to says she found a long piece of BLACK HAIR in her gyro. That is disgusting ! Drove up to American Deli for the older black lady to say we don't do refunds contact door dash and that she could remake it. Now I sure enough made a comment to why two of the Hispanic younger girls weren't wearing hair nets. The older black lady stated that it was an option that she is safe serve. If your hair is a certain length it should be in a hair net regulars IF YOU TOOK THE SAFE SERVE and READ it through. I asked for who privately owned it to contact them the old black lady stated with an attitude "it's online" waving her hands towards me. Will not be coming back. On Tuesday March 3rd, 2020, I went to American Deli on North Henry Blvd. Stockbridge, GA and received the worst customer service EVER! I was there with my 7-yr. old son and my mother. When we came in there was a long line, so we stood in line, and when we got to the register, I asked my son what he wanted to eat as well as my mother. The African American female that was at the register rudely told us we needed to step to the side so she can take other peoples orders. I told her it wouldn't take long, but I did not want to step aside since we just waited in a long line. The cashier then looked over my head and ask the customer behind me for her order. I told the cashier was being very rude and that we were ready to order. At this point she is now ringing up the customer behind me. Now, I'm really irritated and asked to speak to the manager. A Caucasian female comes out from the back and I'm explaining the situation to her and she got real nasty with me and told me that I should have just stepped to the side like the cashier "told" me to do. I then asked for her name (the manager) and she told me "I'm not giving you my name". I asked the cashier for her name and she said the same thing. I asked if I could have the owner's information because their customer service is awful, the manager told me that she was not going to give me the owners name and that they now are refusing to serve me. I told the manager that's fine and that I no longer wanted to spend my money in this establishment anyway. I left and ended up going to another American Deli. I would not recommend this American Deli at all to anyone. I have in the past encountered this same manager having issues with other customers, but this was my first time and she is totally the issue. If the manager can conduct herself in such an unprofessional and ill-informed manner, then the staff will follow along with a terrible leader knowing they can get away with it and then on top of that not allow a paying customer to have access to speak to the owner of the establishment. I give this location absolutely no STARS and feel they need an entirely new staff. This was not my first time coming to this location but will most definitely be my last. And FYI this location is not BBB Accredited. read more
