Like most, I love Chick-Fil-A. This is my errand day go-to lunch/snack and it always hits the spot. This would would a 5 star, but for someone who used to work at a CFA, I do believe they could work on their customer service. I typically order through the app and do a curbside order, but the few times I have ordered inside they are always busy at the drive through and do not seem to pay much attention to the front unless it is busy inside also. Another thing I don't enjoy when going through the drive thru is that instead of greeting me, I'm met with someone's back until my food is ready. You can't really go wrong with Chick-fil-A the nuggets so delicious the chicken sandwiches with extra pickles are the best There's always a line wrapped around the building however they somehow seem to move us pretty quick here I like to get the Polynesian sauce to dip my fry's in waffle fry's for the win! Every time I'm in Suffolk (a few times a month) to babysit a puppy, we come here. I didn't know you guys give the pups milk bones treats! Where have I been?! Pet owners that love businesses that give a little something to your babies, Chick-Fil-A is your friend! I didn't really know how I felt about the people handling my food also handling dog treats but they're stored away from the human food and the associates that get them are gloved and everything. Went inside there yesterday on a Saturday afternoon and only wanted 2 Lg drinks and they have 3 drink stations for their employees to fulfill customers orders....HOWEVER, they for some reason choose to only use 1 station. They literally have 1 girl (there were employees just standing there doing nothing !!) doing all the drinks for drive thru, and 2 indoor registers, so I literally stood there for 9 minutes waiting for just 2 drinks ....poor man and poor employee utilization !! read more

Disappointing experience, for dinner. My wife wanted a salad so to avoid the long drive through line we ordered from the app selecting pick-up. The app recognized us entering the parking lot and advised me to go inside. My wait was over 15 minutes from the notice. I received the meal without any apology for the long wait. Have got to say was so surprised today with my Chick-fil-A order . I normally never check my order but for some reason as I drove away I decided to look and you realize they had missed a sandwich . I went back to let them know , got that look from the lady like yeah right, but they gave me my sandwich . This is hands down the best fast food establishment in Suffolk. You want someone else to pick your order after ignoring what you said go to cookout because chic fil a cares. You want someone to give you ice after you've said no ice well my friend sonic is the place, or if you want to wait entirely too long behind someone who takes 30 min to order ice cream we'll head to McDonald's. This is God's chicken working wonders but not on Sunday but don't worry I've got a pro tip. Order it late on Saturday and use your microwave. Don't dismiss the Mac and cheese, sure it won't beat a southern grandma who is worth her apron but you'll never find better Mac n cheese from a drive through window it's like getting a hug from an old friend. This Chick-fil-a location is always busy, but I continue to be impressed with the organization here. On my last visit the drive thru line was outside of parking lot. However, several staff members were in place outside to keep the line of cars moving. In no time my order was placed, my payment was taken, and the next thing I knew I was being handed my food. Wow. Amazing service and cleanliness, big fancy restaurants take notice. All fast food restaurants need to pay this location's staff to train them on how customer service is done. Food here was great not greasy, chicken was juicy and crispy. Polynesian sauce (sweet and sour) tops all others. What got me was the smiles, no rush or pushing of patrons, courtesy show and attentive care taken by the staff to make sure your meal was perfect. I normally do not like to frequent "fast food" restaurants but this place I will gladly be back again. Places and locations back home up north please take notice. A mediocre experience at a CFA is still better than the average McDonald's one. Went for breakfast on a Saturday morning, and to my surprise I wasn't immediately attended to at the counter. One was counting their cash drawer, others were going from one place to another, and one more employee was just standing there. Finally one asked to take my order. Surprise #2 was that the order took longer than normal to get to my table. Surprise #3 was when I went back to get a refill on my iced tea. Worker didn't add ice to the drink refill. My wife and I have been to this Chick Fil A a dozen times. When she was pregnant with our daughter we would come after each meeting with our mid wife because we always enjoyed it. I even picked it up for corporate events for my employees because I loved it so much. Well... after my last two experiences, we will not be back. A few weeks ago, on a rainy and cold day, I placed an order for curbside delivery after work- approximately 7:45 at night. I was given part of my order but was not given my spicy southwest salad for my wife. I didn't notice this at first and left and went home. Once I brought the food inside for my family, I noticed we were missing a meal. At this point, I decided to make the 10 minute drive back to Chick Fil A to pickup the missing item. I called them on the phone on the way to ensure that the order would be ready and was assured it would be by the manager. They even told me where to park to ensure they could get my food to me quickly. Well, approximately 25 minutes after this call, still no food. I had been sitting outside for 15 minutes at this point. I called again to ask about my order. It was at this point that I was told that they hadn't started on the salad yet and it would be a few more minutes. 8 minutes later, I'm getting frustrated, and my salad finally comes out. Clearly not the best experience, but the woman that brought my food told me that they would give me a reward on the app to make up for the salad, in essence giving me a free salad to use at a later date. Though this doesn't make up for an hour of driving back and forth across town after a long day of work, it was a nice gesture. Well, today I notice that my coupon expired yesterday. Apparently the coupons are only issued for 2-4 weeks at a time. Why they would force you to return that quickly after having a negative experience is beyond me. I was also out of town for the week of New Years so I missed a chance to use it.... not to mention the fact that my wife and I had a baby two months ago and that our priorities have changed a bit! But nonetheless it expired yesterday. Unfortunately, I made the foolish mistake of thinking that Chick Fil A has great customer service and that I had such a bad experience last time that they'd honor the 10 hour expired coupon... I called ahead to make sure this would be ok and was told to hold for a manager. I should have known this wouldn't go well. After speaking to the woman, she was very short and cold and clear that I was given "ample time" to use my coupon. She made it clear that the "2-4 weeks" is customary for any reward and that it is impossible for them to honor it. She made it clear that it didn't matter what happened to me last time nor that I was out of town/just had a baby. I asked if she could create a new reward for me, like they did previously when I actually had the issue, and she said no, that would not be something they would do since I was already offered a free reward.... apparently $7.39 is enough to lose a customer that has spent nearly $200 personally at the location in the past 6 months as well as hundreds for corporate events. One bad customer service experience is just that. One bad experience- it's not indicative of a culture or environment. Two bad experiences in a row though? That's the sign of a deeper issue. I'm ok with a team member making a mistake- I used to work in retail management and in a kitchen. It happens. I'm not ok with a manager making zero effort to remedy a situation and to respond with "you had ample time to use the coupon". read more

You can expect the same quality at most chick fil a stores. They do great with customer service. There so far have had 100 % accuracy on the orders I have placed. The food always is of a fresh quality and delivered fresh and warm. I love how they have added some other options for sides like the new super food salad and fruit cups so you don't have always haves waffle fries with the combo. Their brownies, milkshakes and ice dream cones are all excellent additions to end of the meal for that sweet tooth. I would recommend. read more

Ok, the way this business runs, how can a customer walk away unhappy?! The workers treat you amazing, though they stay busy at times (lunch hour can be insane at this place), everyone seems to do their very best at helping you and getting what you need as quickly as possible! The kids nights are SO fun, and your kids will most likely think it's their birthday because their having so much fun!!! From start to finish, every chick-fil-a I have ever been to has been fabulous! They may not have a "dollar" menu, but if you think about it, you get what you pay for! If you want fast food that actually tastes good and you feel like your whole family matters to each worker there....this is the place to go...and did I mention the funnest play place for the kiddos (most are indoors which is an added bonus on rainy days) ...and for all you germo-phobes out there, they have little antibacterial wipes right by the exit door so when you leave the play area your children can grab one on their way out! read more

This was probably the closest Chickfila to my home but it is still probably the best one. Every time that I have been to this restaurant, the folks are always friendly. And that is amazing since most of the employees appear to be high school kids. They are always cleaning the dining area, asking us for refills, and the kids love to play in the front play ground. I cant remember if it is on Tuesdays or Thursdays that he have a family meal deal. It is cheap and it feeds the kids nicely. One time, in the drive thru, they actually had a girl taking orders from cars and calling them in so that the wait was shorter. The bathrooms are clean and the menu offers enough healthy alternatives for my kids. read more

I love Chick-Fil-A and since moving to New York I have been devastated to not have a real one here in the city. Note I say real one because there's a faux Chick-Fil-A on the NYU campus but it's not at all the same. In light of my absence of Chick-Fil-A in NY, whenever I visit my family in Virginia it is an absolute must that I stop by here before I leave. Sadly stopping here is higher on my list than actually seeing some of my family members. Like all of them (expect in NY), the Chargrill Chicken Club is my absolute favorite. I do however like to substitute the sesame seed bun for the plain bun- I just like them better. The waffle fries are fabulous and the Icedream or fudge brownie is shot on perfect. We eat here about once a month. Which is often since we don't eat much fast food. This location, like 99% of them, offers a wonderful fast food experience. The food is consistent and the staff is always friendly. If you go by at 5:30 PM you are probably going to have to wait for your order, but that is also consistent for most Chick-fil-A locations. It's not a five star restaurant, but I wouldn't expect that from a fast food chain restaurant. Beats any other Fast Food restaurant in Suffolk. read more
