Your manager told me how it would be corrected. I kept the receipt and came back as instructed. Then your manager on duty decided not to honor that commitment.** That's not customer service. If two chicken tenders are such a big deal that you're willing to argue with a customer and disregard what your own manager promised, then you've got a much bigger problem than an incorrect order. Both times I have been in, the restaurant was very clean and smelled fresh compared to other fast food places. Even the condiment and drink areas are kept clean and well stocked. I really like that their bathrooms are "all gender!" The option to check out with a cashier or using their self-checkout kiosk is nice too. I have had Habit's burgers, chicken sandwich, and salad along with all of their side options, and I think they have a good thing going.
