We just came back from seeing the Lion King so the time is about 11:00 p.m. I know I wasn't going home to cook so my daughter suggested we come here for a late night snack. Well in my case I wanted more than a snack. The parking lot as well as inside it was well lit so the Ambiance definitely gave safe and not a hole in the wall type Vibe so definitely pleased with that. It was a little busy as far as patrons inside eating but there was no wait in line Which was a good thing. After looking at the menu for a few minutes I decided on a rice bowl and chose the chicken and shrimp Rice Bowl as well as a garden salad with only lettuce cucumber and cheese. My daughter wanted the honey Ole Bay garlic Wings something to that sort which came with fries and Mom just wanted a side of fries. The bill came up to a little less than $50 ... crazy but that's what we get for stepping out late at night and wanted something convenient so I get that we were paying for convenience all fine and well. Our order was ready in less than 15 minutes even though the guy told us it would be a 15 minute wait. I want to say the food was ready in about 12 minutes which was okay. We drove about 10 minutes away and I began to dive in immediately the food was super hot as far as temperature and overall it was good. I don't think I would get it with the rice again but I would definitely order it again. The chicken was good the shrimp was good cabbage was a bit Tangy but it was okay it wasn't nothing that I couldn't stomach again. My daughter loved hers but every time she goes there she gets the same thing. I did taste some fries... just okay but I'm good on the fries. Nevertheless I would recommend you come here at least to try it out. The menu is massive so it should be something for everyone to try from vegetarian or not. Parking plentiful even though it's located inside of a shopping plaza us arriving 11:30 p.m. at night on a Saturday it was no parking issues at all and I'm sure during daylight hours you wouldn't have an issue as well. You can very well call your order in or place an order online but because this is my first time I ended up waiting until we got to the restaurant to place my order. All in all try them out especially if it's close to the midnight hour and you didn't want to pull up to somebody's drive-thru. If you're in the area definitely check them out. There were no menus, and I was expected to order using the pictures on the wall, some that had no prices. While ordering, I was informed that the majority of drinks were out; the only choices were diet Pepsi, lemonade, sweet tea and orange. How is this possible. Anyway, there was some confusion on how many sides came with each meal, leading me to end up with more sides. After ordering, I waited a while for my food. I asked for hot sauce, ketchup and utensils...I was given a few unwrapped forks from a cup, and told they didn't have packets. They pointed me to a table with a few bottles, including Franks Red Hot. Not sure it was supposed to be that color so I skipped it. On to the food. First up was the sides of mac and cheese and collards. At $4 per side, the containers were tiny. I would complain, but the sides were so bad, I'm glad I didn't have much to eat. The collards were dry, had no taste, but were somehow spicy. The mac and cheese was okay, but runny. Next was the fish sandwich; they were out of lettuce and tomato, so that wasn't an option. The portion on this was good, but it was simply bread and fish, no sauce. The fish tasted a bit plasticy, so I tossed. Now comes the fried chicken. Holy guacamole, the chicken was great! Top five in Hampton Roads!!! Overall, the experience at this location sucked. This particular night I went with my boyfriend and we ordered drinks right off the bat. Drinks are such a steal! Good deals and happy hours available. The waitress was super friendly and service was top tier. I ordered the buffalo wings and they were flavorful and juicy. It's 10 wings for $13 which is a steal. My boyfriend ordered the Baron Burger, this particular day it was pretty dry which was alittle disappointing. Hopefully next time it'll be better. But overall this is a bar that's on rotation, good drinks and good food.

Great times! Hidden gem…read more.. My husband and I love it here! We love the hometown feel of a restaurant where it seems everybody is a friend of a friend who knows a friend who goes here. The waitresses are always super friendly and on point from the many times that we visited we seem to be regulars so they always greet us and sometimes they even know what we're wanting to either eat or drink. Always a great time here! On Friday's they do karaoke and feature live bands sometimes. We haven't really attended a night where it was super busy but I have driven by before where some nights have been busier than others during the week. They do offer specials on food as well as drinks so if you like a small bar with friendly service definitely check them out if you're in the area. Parking can be a little difficult but they make it work and if you want to visit you will make it make it work as well. Highly recommend you try the catfish nuggets one of my favorites and if you want a little life Fair a salad with grilled chicken always on point for me. Have fun and enjoy life :)

On top of that I call and try to make a complaint to the manager not only was she rude to me she hung up on me when I was trying to explain to her what was going on!!!! Our delivery driver is very nice and we're happy. ***Our favorite time of year used to be when they used to deliver with the staff of the school and the teachers would bring the kids their pizzas in elementary school. Great fundraiser and made the kiddos feel really special to see their principals and teachers go the extra mile for them.

I have picked up pizza at this location for a 10th birthday slumber party, and have also ordered delivery from here twice! If I were to be really honest, I am no longer a city girl...BUT growing up in Norfolk for 23 years has gotta count for something right?! All this to say, when I hopped by here (with eight 10 year olds in tow) this place was hoppin...like poppin all over the place with a flurry of people and pizza kinda hoppin! They were making pizzas left and right...and killing it by the way!! The staff were so friendly and nice and so good with the kids as well! The girls all left with smiles on their faces because of how sweet they were treated and that always does a momma's heart some good if you want to know the truth....and the pizza was great as well (don't wanna forget that)! As far as delivery's go, they were fast and the pizza is always still warm and delicious! There is just something about ordering pizza all butt late at night to bring back those happy late at night college days with your friends kinda moments :) All in all, I have been very happy with this pizza place...and even when it's nuts kinda busy inside, the eatery was still very clean and inviting (even with it being small they function like a well oiled team!).
