This is easily one of the worst Chick-fil-A locations I've been to. The customer service is extremely poor, and the food tastes like it's been sitting out far too long. There never seems to be a manager present, and the staff appears untrained and disengaged. Most of the employees are on their phones or joking around, and it takes an unreasonable amount of time just to place an order, if they even acknowledge you. Overall, the location feels poorly managed and unprofessional. I'd strongly recommend avoiding this one. read more

The customer service at this location was very poor this morning. I had a mobile order for breakfast that they refused to provide because the attendant didn't reach me until 4 minutes after the breakfast time cutoff (even though they had my mobile order before the cut off time). They let me check in and wait in a 5 minute line to get to the window only to tell me at that point that they won't be giving me my order because breakfast is over. According to the manager he told them not to tender my order per company policy. And they still charged me for the mobile order that they didn't give me. I had to call customer care and the store itself to sort out whether I would be getting my money back. read more

This location runs like a dream. Fast service. Accurate orders. Cheerful employees. Most importantly - FRESH FRIES! This is a very busy location - especially with lunch rush. It's very well organized. I like doing curbside pickup, but have noticed the inside dining has reopened recently. They are missing some curbside numbers (turns out they don't matter) and they block off some entrance/exits to help direct traffic - but you'll get the hang of it after a couple visits. They used to email all these great offers that would expire in a few days. Then they sent exploding offers same day for free chicken minis the morning of. And now we just get occasional doordash offers for free delivery - even that has tapered off. I wish they would bring back the occasional offers - a little warm hug and ray of light in my inbox that makes me smile without all the stress of going there THAT day. read more

I love coming to this CFA and frequent them often. They just recently reopened after going through a remodel and the interior now looks very similar to the location off of Hwy 6 in Sugar Land. Service is always great and very speedy here and I've never had any problems. They do a lot of special events for the kids such as Meet Your Fav Characters Day, etc. They are also EXTREMELY generous with their coupons and gift a loooot of free food. I am happy to support my local CFA because they do so much good for our community!! read more

Of course this is a great review. Chic fil a never lets you down. The line was very long but they are so good and organized I was out the drive through in no time. Someone was outside getting the orders and payments. They was controlling the line as to who pull up next. Of course the mannerisms are flawless. I can't say I've ever felt negatively about a chick-Fil- a before until now. Breakfast is not the time to come here. I waited in line for soggy hash browns and burnt McMuffin. I'm always completely satisfied when going to most Chick fil a's but this location has great customer service and the food is always great! No matter what time of day it is. First I'd like to say that none of what I say next reflects the customer service I received. I have been going to this Chick Fil A for years now since I was a little girl and even worked here once upon a time. however, since the previous owners passing, rip, the establishment has literally gone in the sh*t hole. I just got a breakfast burrito, which has been a childhood comfort and a reward meal after long days, and I just chipped my toothed and tore my throat on a sharp bone. I was going to give the benefit of the doubt until it happened AGAIN. i understand mistakes happen so i was slightly annoyed when i moved on to my hashbrowns and they were cold with a watered down rootbeer. I no longer think I'll be going here until I see some shinier reviews. I really hope this is not a deterrent but rather a push to be as great or even better than before. I'm very unhappy to be posting this review/gripe. I'm normally a five star happy camper at this chick-fil-A, but a simple request this time ended up with me being unusually unhappy. We bought $50 worth of food to celebrate our granddaughter graduation from preschool, I normally bring her here 2-3 times a week, and I get a sandwich fries and drink, I've got a desire for fresh hot crispy fries. Sometimes, about once a week, they've been sitting for a while and are warm and limp, I always ask them to please fix it and they always do. But today when I asked them to take one of the three large orders of fries back and bring me a fresh hot one. The young lady left and came right back telling me they said they were hot and fresh. I showed them how limp they were and how they're just warm, not hot. I was taken aback as I've never been treated like this before. I again showed them and said , please fix this or I'll write a review complaining and she told me ya have to do what you have to do. I'm so confused and unhappy. This Chick-fil-A is very nice! It has covered drive through and the interior is like new! Its not my usual Chick-fil-A and it is in much better shape than the one nearest my house. It looks cleaner and the interior design is more contemporary. It is a bit hidden among all the buildings if coming from grand parkway. Nothing more frustrating than ordering salads, 4 in total, at the drive thru, then getting home and finding that they didn't give us our dressings to go with them. Also, one of the salads was totally wrong. Edit: Went back to fix things, they just handed us some assorted dressings, were not apologetic. Today I asked for a meal with sauce, and of course didn't recieve a single sauce in the bag. Its very infuriating, as it takes a few seconds to put a sauce packet in a bag. This review is for my visit last night. I'm back again for breakfast because we like the food and it's close to the cut off so I didn't have time to make it to another Chick-Fil-A. So last night, after 9pm, I placed and order using the app for a drive thru pick up since the line was short. I was placing as I was driving up. There were three cars ahead of me so I said no big deal. There was an associate waiting to receive me outside at the drive thru line. She got right into my window immediately speaking without wearing a mask, I had to ask her to please step back and hurry and grab mine. She was polite and courteous. I was in line for almost 20 mins just to pick up. I got to the window and was handed my bagged order but not my shake. I noticed most were moving around without a mask so I asked why they weren't wearing masks since the CDC has reinstated mask wearing due to the extreme rise in numbers. The person working the window turned to presumably the shift mgr who responded," because some have been vaccinated and others have mgr approval. Although I heard the mgr, the drive thru associate shouts it back to me. To which I responded alrighty then with a sarcastic thought of #partofthespread! I continued to wait for my shake for three minutes as the drive thru associate looked at the board and all around except asking me why was I still waiting or more importantly handing me my shake. You would have thought she wanted to move the growing line. I then asked how long am I going to have to wait for my shake. She gave me a bothered look and flippantly handed me a shake that was sitting near the window when I drove up. I told her it had melted and watery, would they please prepare another one. She then hollered over saying she doesn't want the shake saying it's melted. The looks I got were not reflective of the years since opening that I've visited this location. I was told to move up and they will bring it to me. I responded no, it's a small shake and shouldn't take long to prepare. If I can sit here for three minutes without you asking me why I was still waiting, then I can sit here why you take a minute to prepare another shake. She/they gave more attitude in demeanor. I then watched intensely for them to prepare my shake because for the first time I didn't feel that the preparation would be safe for me to drink. Interestingly enough the preparer kept watching me watch her. I could only think what would happen if I wasn't watching. I close in saying, I felt like I was not at a Chick-Fil-A as I've gotten accustomed to world class superb customer service. I believe in the organization, bought the book and read the history. The associate working the drive thru window, the mgr and those in the vicinity last night did not reflect the foundation of Chick-Fil-A. Please save the script of "have a blessed day" after you've treated me poorly. I find it counter intuitive and insincere especially when said in after thought, rushed, with tone-tude. I know I'm just one customer, however Chick-fil-A I want you to know that when my household buys fast food it is from your organization 70% or more of the time. Also know, I will not pay for poor attitude or customer service no matter how much we like the place. read more

The Chick Fil A Spicy Sandwich is incredible with juicy meat, crispy exterior, and a hint of spice. Chick Fil A never disappoints and this location doesn't either. Gave three star because I love Chick-fil-A but they really dropped the ball this time. I had Chick-fil-A for lunch at a location closer to my job when I noticed I had two rewards for Med potatoes fries that expire that day at The Greatwood location. So my fiancée and I agreed on having Chick-fil-A for dinner since we only needed to order entrees. Chick-fil-A twice in one day!!?!?!? I'm not going to say it never happens but when it does, it's amazing! But this time I wish I had a reward for the other location. It first started with the app. I tried ordering our two entrees, two small chocolate shakes for my in-laws and redeem our two medium fries but the app kept reloading like there was a glitch. I thought it might be because I was trying to redeem two rewards at once but I could not go back or remove an item, the app was going on a frenzy. Since I could not send my order I drive up to Chick-fil-A to order. One line was open then shortly after arriving, someone came out and open the second line but I got stuck in the same line which didn't seem bad since there was only two cars ahead of me. Boy was I wrong. The first car was either ordering a very long order or was complaining because I sat in the same spot while at least 4 cars passed me in the other lane, roughly 3-5ish minutes. I got to the speaker to order my food that. The employee asked me if I would like any sauces or ketchup. I said yes I would like 1 ketchup and 4 Chick-fil-A sauces. She states my total and let's me know I can scan my app at the window. Everything seems like it was in the clear but the same car that held me up before made the line standstill for who knows how long. I was beginning to think my in-law milkshakes where getting warm. I got to the window and had my phone waiting to be scan. I verified that the two fries came off then proceeded to pay. The male shoves the plastic bin out so I begin grabbing my bag to unload in my car when the payment device starts to beep. I tried to grab the shakes fast to get my card out but he tugged the bin when I went to grab my second milkshake leading to it sorta tumbling out of position, leaving me to touch the bin more then necessary. No biggie. He pulls the bin away and I get ready to pull away but before I do I say "that's it right?" He nods and said yeah. I got home ready to dig in but there was no Chick-fil-A sauce in the bag!!!! It crushed my heart when we didn't have any Chick-fil-A sauce in our condiment bowl either. Whatever! (Eye roll) I'm not going to go back to get sauces and risk the chance of having my food get cold. I settle with some hidden valley ranch from the fridge and go to open my spicy chicken sandwich with America cheese added. With just a glance I knew it didn't look right. It was VERY dark on most of the chicken breast, it almost looked rubberish, the chicken looks smaller (which everyone knows over the years the chicken filet has gotten smaller) but it was smaller than the new normal. What made it worse was that the cheese was slightly melted. It was definitely not fresh! My fiancée didn't enjoy his sandwich either. He said the chicken didn't seem fresh and his top bun was lopsided because it was stuck to the cheese and said his fries where not salted. This store has had horrible service for the past year! They short food all the time and every time I ask for unsweetened tea, they give me sweet tea. Tonight was they shorted me two large fries and gave me a sweet tea instead of unsweetened. I realized the sweet tea issue as I was pulling off, but could not back up or turn right to go back around because they have cones set up to prevent that. I called and spoke to the manager Jeffery, after I got home and realized they had shorted me both large waffle fries, who could only say he would be happy to replace the fries I already paid for. The last time they shorted me two sandwiches and I had to leave a voicemail message since no one would answer the phone. It was two months before the manager called me back and left a message. I tried to call back twice, but never connected with him. Most the times I don't even bother to call when they short me, but this is getting ridiculous! Brittany did the most outstanding job taking care of us in the dinning room. She was extremely personable with us, while delivering our food in a timely manner. Even though the person taking our order only rang in 1 sauce for a 12 count meal, Brittany was quick to grab us a couple more. I have been frequenting this Chick-Fil-A forever and I'm glad to see that the majority of the reviews are positive as this is a truly exceptional location! A lot of times what makes a restaurant experience or any shopping experience meaningful is the customer service and I must say this location which is considered the Greatwood location has always been consistent in terms of excellent customer service! I'm not sure why. Maybe they have special training classes but it seems like everyone's attitude here always seems up and happy! Smiles abound and cheerful greetings are in abundance! Just sit here and listen sometimes. It's refreshing! S. Truett Cathy was a remarkable man who is the founder of this company and you can evidently see his influence in the people that are employed here! It's rare that you get this kind of experience at a fast food restaurant but this is truly a place where you can experience good food in a clean place with great customer service to boot! What fast food chain have you been to where the employees actually deliver your food and condiments to your table and come around and ask you with a smile whether you need a refill? None that I can think of. I think that's what make this place unique and exceptional. A friend and I like to meet here often for breakfast and whenever David one of the managers is working, he always stops by to greet us and ask us if we need anything! One of the most personable guys I have ever met! He is a shining example of what the employees are like at this place! So if you're ever in this part of town and are looking for a place with a lot of friendly folks be sure to stop by! It's usually unfair to complain about fast food restaurants because we should manage our expectations accordingly. However, looking beyond the robotic "my pleasure" and "have a blessed day" encouragement offered by their young employees, this store has developed a quality control problem. The food is always good here and I often come to enjoy a salad and a drink. The employees are usually very polite and attentive but lately it just seems that the quality of staff has gone downhill somewhat and maybe that's because the economy is doing well. The last three times I've been here seems there's too much employee to employee gossiping and chatter. Managers doing scheduling and other business openly on the floor and I just don't care to hear it given how loud they are. They folks who have usually greeted people or asked about a refill seem long gone and the wonderful family vibe I got here before appears to be over. There breakfast is great but the chicken is very small and the service is pleasurable. But when it's dinner or lunch they don't follow modifications which are very simple. Like well done chicken!
