They bring your food to the table. Let's talk about the food. I absolutely enjoyed my sandwich. It had jalapeño chips in it so we give it a crunch and avocado. It was delightfully filling. I would give zero stars if I could. Will not go back here or any McAlisters Deli again. Asked for a baked potato with cheese, sour cream and EXTRA butter because their potatoes are extremely dry and being a sub teacher during Starr testing week, I wanted a nice baked potato with extra butter, cheese and bacon. Of course she informs me that's gonna be an extra four dollars because I want cheese and bacon. I'm like what??? Don't you have a potato that already comes with cheese and sour cream? No that's extra. So I order to go. $11.99 later and I get back to my desk at school and what I get is a slap in the face. I got extra butter. 2 packets and NONE on the potato it self. You're going to charge me $11.99 for a dried up potato with 2 teaspoons (NOT tablespoons) of butter on the side. A small thing of sour cream on the side is little bit of cheese and bacon for $12.00 and this is after I told her twice I didn't want a dry potato. I also had to wait over 10 min for my dry, expensive potato. Next time I will drive right down about 200 yards and go to Jason's Deli. In case y'all haven't figured out substitute teachers don't make a whole lot of money and this was a joke to have to pay hard earned money out of my pocket. Believe it or not this is my first time! Trying it out after running a couple of errands seemed perfect. Restaurant is very spacious and clean! All empty tables were cleaned and wiped immediately. I chose the BLT&A (Avocado) with a side of cucumber and tomatoe salad. Sandwich was well structured with the ratio of ingredients, making every bite mind blowing. Now I get it, I'm talking about a "simple" sandwich but so many people mess this up lol. Anywho, great sandwich great taste. I really like club sandwiches, and my only complaint would be the lettuce that they are putting on some of these sandwiches. Seriously guys, spring mix is for a salad, you need to be putting real big leaf lettuce pieces on to a club sandwich, these piles of various little leaves fall off and just don't belong on any kind of sandwich at all lol. You enter, grab a menu located along the line or check out the overhead menu, place your order, get a number to place on your table, grab a table or booth and they deliver your food. Choose from great salads, soups, nachos, spuds, and many healthly or hearty sandwiches. Several healthly options across the menu are available as well. Love the Spuds! Several types of spuds loaded with Black Agnus Roast Beef, Chipotle Chicken or Veggie. Try one of the six Club sandwiches, Classics including Chicken Salad and Big sandwiches like Reubens (for me), French Dips, Pastrami & Cornbeef or the Jalapeno Turkey Crunch. The Chose Two is one of my go-to favorites with 1/2 sandwich and soup or salad at a great price. Those of you with sweet tooths will enjoy the brownies, Brookies or house baked cookies. Me and my mom placed an online order here for the Club wrap. I live 30 minutes away and when I got home this is what we opened up. I'm not sure how the kitchen even sent this out. There was no meat on it, barely anything at all. Just tortilla one piece of cheese and lettuce. We called to complain because this is our lunch and it's not like we just live down the road and could turn around. We talked to the manager and she said next time we come in we get 2 free meals in place of this messed up one. We haven't been back because we were so disappointed in the way our food came out. We finally come back 2 months later to give one more try and the manager wouldn't honor our comped meals because she said we had to come back in a two week time frame, but over the phone she told us whenever we come back they would have my name down. Great, reasonable price food! No entree food item is under $4.99, just a heads up! The customer service is very friendly and environment is comfortable. Everything tastes, looks, and is fresh! One of my favorite places for sandwiches! This location is a lot less crowed than the UH one but the food is still just as good. I got the spicy southwest chicken griller both times and it is still one of my favorites. There potato salad is delicious as a side and a huge sweet tea is really good also. When my wife arrived a curbside pickup, nothing. When she called and told them she was there, she was told that they would be right out with the soup. After waiting a little more than five minutes she went inside to check on the soup. When she got inside she saw the soup just sitting there. She asked the worker why wast the soup brought out to her after she called. The worker said nothing. McAlister's has good food but this is crappy service. Don't advertise "curbside service" if you intend on making your customers leave there cars to go inside and get their food. We will not be ordering from this location again. Very disappointed. Update: went back to this location for the second time, and I was amazed at how great their delivery speed was. I went there with 15 other hungry firefighter recruits. We had a short time to get lunch before we had to get back to training. So it was really amazing and I'm very thankful at the fact that we all got our food super fast. Everybody was satisfied with our food. I think they really got down there food preparation/menu. All of the food that people order around me looked amazing, and based on their comments everything was perfect. And I want to try everything on the menu LOL. I got a ultimate nachos with veggie chili. I ordered it without sour cream and cheese. It was not bad. It was not great. The food here is good, but nothing spectacular. They have good portions to fill you up. I also got the sweet tea. They're huge and you get free refills! They have different flavors you can add, like peach, but I just got the regular no flavor sweet tea. They also serve their water with optional lemon slices, which I appreciate. Customer service is always great. The cashiers are always friendly. The prices are fair. They have a variety of hot sauces on hand if you like you're food spicy.
