The next time I paid for cookies I didn't get and today I got home with two chicken wraps but no avocado ranch dip that I ordered. I've used the Chick-fil-A One app several times to order breakfast before work and pick it up. I have recently changed up my route I take to work so I visited this Chick-fil-A. All I had to do was click I was here, walk in, and they had my order just come out and handed it to me before I even said anything. This was by far the fastest pick up I've had and the order was accurate. They also greeted as I walked in and as I left ( the whole 5 seconds I was there). I wasn't going to write anything since its pretty straight forward when you come to chick-fil-a. You get some good quality fast food and good service. Always. And they're always saying "my pleasure" which I don't mind at all. It's really MY pleasure. :) However, this location is a really well run store. I'd just like to say Kudos and Thank You to the manager (he was wearing a different colored shirt so either the owner or manager I assume). He is the most pleasant and happy employee. He addressed me by my name as I left (I stopped in to get some water) and smile after smile, no matter who it was. I just have to commend them for it. The couple of times that I've gone thru the drive thru, employees were the same way. So, in short, I would come here just for that. They have a 2-5pm free cookie/brownie with purchase special for students and the first time I used the offer the employee looked offended and wasn't aware of the promotion. I want to start by saying I LOVE Chick-fil-A. However, this location is very subpar. Don't get me wrong they are fast, but at the expense of your order being incorrect half the time. I live in Greatwood so the convenience is pretty nice, but they do a poor job of getting your order correct. I will usually let it slide the first time, but now it has happened the last 3 times I've been to this location. Missing fries, wrong chicken nugget counts, pickles on a sandwich that was labeled no pickles. Attention to detail is usually Chick-fil-A's strong point but this location is lacking. read more

This place is heavenly. This place is one of the best restaurants to eat at anywhere in the world, service is amazing, as well as the satisfaction when leaving the restaurant. It is impossible to leave without being fully replenished and relaxed. I usually visit the restaurant when I am in a bad mood which is a lot, making sure to order my usual (#3 12 count with a large vanilla shake, no whip no cherry) by the time I get my food I have been blessed by the employees presence and the wonderful smell of cooking chicken and waffle fries, delicious. I once orders 12 nuggets and got 11, an employee was determined to make the error right and gave me 12 more nuggets free of charge. Best restaurant ever 100/10 read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, as a former chick-fil-a employee I know for a fact the ice cream machine is working. I drove up to the drive thru around 9:50 I understand they close at 10, but that should give no reason to refuse service. While I was driving away I wanted to get some fries and I notice that they weren't well done and I looked at the nuggets and they were breaded nuggets and on top of that they didn't even give my napkins. Normally Chick-fil-A has stellar service, but my experience at this location was horrible. First I had to park and wait about 5 minutes after going through the drive through for my chicken tenders, which is no big deal, it was close to closing time, so they had to cook it fresh. I got my food, and about 10 minutes after driving away with my order, I opened it and realized that they forgot to include my sauces. So, I went back, but the drive through had already closed, and orange cones had been put out blocking both entrances. I proceeded around the side of the building and pulled up to the drive through window (facing the wrong way) and exited my car to knock on the window. A polite employee responded and apologized for my incomplete order and handed me plenty of sauce. As I left to get back into my car, a manager by the name of "Austin", proceeded to stick his head out of the window and begin shouting at me for pulling up to the drive through facing the wrong way. I am a police officer (and was in uniform) and he said to me, "being an Officer of the Law, you should know better!". I tried to explain to him that the entrances to the drive through were blocked, leaving me no choice but to pull in to the window the way I did, and that no traffic was coming through. Instead of showing some understanding, he continued to chastise me and said I should have parked out in the lot and walked up to the window. I will bet that "Austin" (he refused to provide his last name) has received other complaints in the past due to his aggressive and argumentative demeanor. I hope that upper management at this location reads this and teaches "Austin" how to be a better representative of Chick-fil-A values and courteousness. read more

I don't get upset at mistakes in restaurants because they happen, but I've NEVER had 3 of them in one order. Asked for no pickles, received pickles, no straws, no sauces. Walking back into the restaurant once to get a sandwich with no pickles, it can't be that complicated to not put pickles on a sandwich that ONLY has pickles and they tried to put that sandwich back and give it to someone else. Second time to get straws and later returning for the third time because I couldn't find sauces in my bag. Hardly anyone is working. I would say half the staff is in the rest area while others are on their phones or in the corner drinking Starbucks with just one person taking orders. Young people chilling in the back while an old lady swept the floors. As a cherry on top, the drive through guy did not say a single word to me besides asking for my name.
