I think this fast food restaurant had was just a lot of hype. Thier food is mediocre, like a revamped McDonald's with a new skin on it. First time I went there was when it first opened, and I can't expect anything perfect because of the amount of customers they had at the time, but it did suck because my favourite shake tasted dull and was pretty runny. I would give this place a 6 out of 10, just because it isn't anything special nor their food taste any better than what they serve at McDonalds read more

Chick-fil-A food is the same at most locations. So, no complaints on the food. This location has by far the worst parking situation of all the branches I've been to. Co-located next to an Ashley's furniture that posts a guard so that you can't park on their side. The lot has about 10 stalls in total and next to a busy intersection. So plan on it being a while before you get to the food. read more

This Chik Fil A place is so sweet. I purchased milk for my one year old son and asked if they can heat up the milk in the microwave and they couldn't, but instead they went out of there way to try finding me a way to heat up the milk and gave me hot water and even a lid. This may sound like nothing for some people, but once you have a little child that screams for warm milk you'll understand. Thank you employees of ChikFilA!!!! read more

Chick Fil A Tacoma stole from me when they didn't give me a meal I ordered. They attempted to make it right with a card to come in for a free sandwich. This card is fashioned like a gift card (which doesnt expire) I go in to redeem it and they wont accept it. I reached out to corporate customer service who tried to pass the buck and now is not responding to me. Avoid this place, total crap, rude management that needs training. read more

Horrible first experience here.....I've eaten at Chick Fil A in other states and was craving their fries and sauce after my surgery last week as my first meal allowed and we get through the drive thru and start heading home and NO FRIES in our bag!!!! The place was clean and well lighted. The employees were all friendly and helpful. The service was quick and the food was steaming hot. I could go on for an hour about the wonderful flavor but will leave this for another time. While inside, it was a wonderful experience. The only downside is that the congestion you are forced to go through to get to the front door is a total cluster. The great food and wonderful service make the hassle almost worth it. In short, the company is doing an excellent job in all areas of their operations except for new restaurant placement. Whoever is charge of this should be replaced. After waiting a few months after their grand opening and realizing that the drive thru line was never going to get any shorter I decided to brave the crowds and officially try Chick-fil-A for the first time in my life. First of all, this location totally and completely sucks. Why on earth would any city planner not warn this company before hand that this location sucks, who knows, maybe they did... but there is a reason this lot sat empty for many many years. It was overflow parking for the Borders that used to be there. There is essentially no entry and no exit for this parking lot. No matter how you try to get in you will have to cut off traffic and be a douche to get in here. Sorry everybody, mamas gotta get her chicken sandwich. Anyways... I finally make it to the end of the drive thru line and WOW they have employees outside with iPads taking orders to streamline the process, it was crazy quick and easy. So we pulled into the nearest parking lot and ate our food which was meh.... don't get me wrong it was delicious, but the level of delicious was not equal to the amount of hoopla this place has. It was good but not good enough for me to rush back and try anything else on their menu, unless I have a coupon. read more

I live two blocks away from this place, it's the closest fast food restaurant. Today was my first time going there because it's always been busy. I ordered in the drive through. The wait was fine the person before me ordered a lot so I waited a bit no big deal. I ordered a number one extra crispy waffle fries a root beer with ranch and ketchup. The order came out fast I looked in the inside looked nice and stylish for a fast food restaurant. There were a lot of people working from what I could see. The casher was pleasant I drove the minute and a half home opened the bag. I have been to Chick-fil-A in Southern California before so I new what to expect. The waffle fries in Southern California were soggy hence me ordering extra crispy, the chicken was a while breast that was marinated in a salt solution ( it makes it tender and juicy with out drying out when cooked) so the fries well they were not extra crispy at all a bit salty and greasy, but they were not soggy and that's what I was going for. The ends were thicker and they tasted like home fried potatoes. I dipped them in the nice size packet of Heinz ketchup no handful of tiny packs I like that. The sandwich well that was the drawback the chicken breast was typical marinated in the salt solution a whole fillet it's the rest of it that I did not like so much. The beading in the minute and a half was soggy not crispy the bun was soft and buttered and there were two large pickle slices on it. The buttered bun may have been what got to me because I felt it was too salty as well as soggy and greasy. The buttermilk ranch flavor was lost between the chicken ( witch was good and the greasy bun. I was happy for the acidity of the pickles as it cut though the greasy bun and soggy coating of the chicken. The meal was $7.50 with tax not a great deal of money. It's not worth waiting in line for an hour or two. It's just fast food a step up from others and a tad more expensive. I will go back but I won't go out my way to eat there like say if there is a line I'll just drive past it and go up the street to one of the many fast food restaurants in the area. The other drawback to it is that my hand feels greasy and I feel like I indeed are a very heavy meal. About half the days calories and two days of fat. It is fast food I did expect that but not such a sluggish feeling. When I go again I'll order a healthier option from their menu read more

When we got there, the drive-thru line was pretty long but decided to wait it out. Luckily we noticed pretty early on that it was moving fairly quickly. We've heard so many great things about this place but were pretty disappointed. We ordered a couple chicken sandwiches, waffle fries and nuggets. I requested one of every sauce and didn't get a single one. I guess they must have forgotten to throw them in there. They were out of lemonade so I couldn't try that either. The food was way too salty and the sandwiches were soggy. The fries were good, I'll give them that. But that's it. Nothing spectacular - not sure what the hype is about. read more

Stopped in this morning to try something on their breakfast menu. Cashier was very friendly and informative especially with me having a couple of questions. Place was very clean. Tried chicken biscuit, you can definitely taste the difference in comparison to other places. Lemonade was the bomb, think I may have to stop by and visit more often! read more

Stopped by during a road trip up north, the food was fresh, warm and wonderful. But the real standout was the service. The restaurant was kept really clean and employees were professional, helpful and polite. One employee even cleared our trays for us. More fast food restaurants should take Chick Fil A as an example as a terrific service. We do not have Chick Fil A's in our area and did not realize what we were in for. Horrible. my chicken was over fried, whaffles where too salty and I waited 7 minutes for my icecream. they gave me melted icecream in the wrong size. the lady did not give us the recipt and did not put down the name we said for them to put down. overall waited around 20+ minutes for bad food. when I was waiting for my food the floor behind the counter was covered in trash and dropped food. No place to park, of coarse. Too busy. Got there at 8:35PM Saturday night. It took 15 minutes to order and then I had to wait. Other people got their food, I was still waiting. They called my name with an completed order, but it wasn't the same food as my order. 5 minutes later they were still trying to find this other person with my name. People who ordered after me were getting their food, I mentioned this to one of the workers and she got someone to get me my food and they said, sorry for the wait, but it didn't sound like he meant it. It took longer to get my food after I ordered than it took standing in line. I had the number 4 combo, and the food cost less than I expected; considering they have a good reputation from what I hear. They are about to build one of these restaurants in Reno, NV near the Meadowood Mall area as I write this post, and I think that's wonderful. Dominic greeted me twice after I picked up my food order and asked if everything was all right. They have a playplace for kids inside the restaurant, they have a height limit. Also, I had a milkshake and waffle fries which were good. I luckily didn't have a problem with parking my car, but I would expect to have to find a space around the restaurant or in the nearby parking lots of say, Big 5 Sporting Goods and walk across the street. Go to this place if you have the time and can spare some time in line without being in a big hurry to get your food. read more

We waited in the drive-thru line for almost an hour - couldn't get out of line because it was routed around and behind the furniture store. When we finally got about 6 cars from the front, a car hopper gave us a menu with a handful of items on it and told us to ignore the real menu, as they were only making a few items. We finally ordered, got our food and went home. When we opened our food, we found they got our order completely wrong - my 4 year old and husband got spicy chicken instead of regular. Then, my husband found a part of a fingernail in his soda! No point in going back to wait in an hour long line to re-order our food. I would understand if it was the grand opening, but it's been open for over a year now! read more
