Food came out within ten minutes everything was perfect temperature. The best part about our visit was the customer service everyone was so incredibly friendly especially Johnathan. Also the front staff was super helpful they would check in every so often and when I walked up to get my daughters ice cream multiple people asked if I needed anything which was surprising because it's rare. Love Chick-fil-a, but I abhor this location. I've been here twice on my lunch break, the lines long and they can't help that so I did a curbside order instead of waiting in line. The first time all the spots were taken so I parked very close and turned my hazards on as they direct you too. 20 minutes later still no food. So I go in and grab it, i write it off as a mistake due to not being in a curbside spot. Sure enough today I get a curbside spot quite literally in front of the door. I order, and 10, 15, 20 minutes go by and still no food. I go in and it's just on some shelf all by itself where there's no other food. I have to wait another 5 minutes standing at the front waiting for someone to notice me before the scramble around for a minute and finally find it. Not a sorry, and I didn't even feel recognized as a human I understand things get hectic around 12-1 but common, i burned half my lunch break sitting here waiting for food, just for it to arrive to me soggy and cold. Sadly, I called this location and spoke with a woman about Teacher Appreciation Week and asked if they were doing any deals today (5/5). She said yes, a free sandwich with a valid ID shown. I drove all the way to this location and when I got inside to order, I asked about the free deal. I was greeted with immediate attitude and rolling of eyes, the lady then turns and speaks with the male manager "What are we doing for these teachers? Nothing right?". I've been a loyal Chick-fil-A customer and Red Member for over five years, but tonight I had by far the worst experience I've ever had at any fast-food restaurant. We arrived shortly before closing--not ideal, I understand--but we still paid full price for our food. The drive-thru employee explicitly assured us that everything was in the bag. It wasn't. We discovered the mistake within five minutes, immediately returned to the window, calmly explained the situation, and were met with nothing but dismissive rudeness and an attitude of "tough luck." No apology. No attempt to make it right. Just a cold shoulder and basically being told we were out of luck. Even if the kitchen was closed or there were truly no options, a simple "I'm really sorry this happened" would have gone a long way. Instead, the complete lack of empathy and customer care left a lasting sour taste--especially from a brand I've always respected for its service. We ate breakfast at this location on Saturday 11/30 my son left his hat ( our fault) we call a couple hours later to confirm it was turned it and it was, they informed us we could pick it up anytime. He confirmed the hate color size and that it was a kids hat with the logo on it. We have gone back to the store 5 times, called over 15 times and each time a "manager" says they will look into it and give us a call back. We have never received a call back not ONCE. We have been hung up on multiple times. A staff has stolen the hat and no one has helped us. No one will admit it or look into the situation. Ik it's not easy to open up a store at 6 am especially when people are waiting before the store even opens but it shouldn't be opened 20 mins after the actual opening times. Also like the fact that i didn't receive my food until after 6;40 just shows the lack of leadership/ man power. Love this location! The staff are professional and friendly. We usually do drive-thru and they still provide excellent service. Service is fast too!! The chicken in their sandwiches are moist and really tastes great with their sauces! Chick-fil-A sauce is the best sauce hands down!! Second would be their Polynesian sauce!! I love their salads and wraps as well! I recommend their market salad or if you're getting their cool wrap, I recommend replacing chicken with corn and beans (great if you're vegetarian). Also, one thing I LOVE about Chick-fil-A is that they do surprise gifts for kids! My baby loves getting their Surprise (3 & Under) gifts and we usually get books! Tried to give this location another chance and they just don't seem to care about their customer service, which is pretty odd to me for a Chick-fil-A. Did the mobile order for Chicken Minis and sat waiting. They set a few bags on the counter and called a couple names, but not mine. I finally get up 10 min later after seeing people who ordered after me getting their food. I tell the girl my name and she looks at a bag that's been sitting on the side and is like "oh" and hands it to me.. The people who work at this location seem unhappy majority of the time. They hand customers the food without saying a word like they're just trying to get them out of the way. To top it off, I open my box of Chicken Mini's and they're a mess. I love Chick-fil-A and this place doesn't disappoint. The employees are always friendly and you can see management working with them to keep things flowing. This location has a huge lunch rush most days which can make for an interesting hunt for a parking space. However, they do a good job in getting people in and out. Having eaten here several times, the trash cans during lunch seem to often be overflowing. I understand they are packed but this happens with enough regularity that staffing, etc should be adjusted to account for it. This and the limited parking are the reason I have deducted a star.
