I added lettuce and pickles, so my burger had a nice balance of meaty cheesiness along with some freshness. The food did take longer than I expected for it to come out--so don't expect fast food speed. The milkshake was so good, I had a hard time not consuming it right away, but I was also pretty hungry. It's a pretty bare bones place from the menu to the service to the overall ambiance. For anyone who prefers to keep their distance from others, this is a dream come true.
