So the decor feels like a sports bar and the food is on par with that of the other "cow" branded place. What I like about this place is that they do chicken only and do it right. This Canes is so stingy with the sauces even when you pay they still don't give it (common problem) I just got home, I went through the drive through, and got a box combo no slaw extra toast with a sweet tea easy ice and an extra sauce then i got a 3 finger combo with a lemonade easy ice and an extra sauce but i didn't get any extra sauce!!!!! it was quick though and the lady who took my order was super sweet ! read more

Wow, we used to be some serious Raising Cane's fans. We have 344 visits on our Caniac card. We tried eating here twice over the last few weeks. The quality has majorly gone down hill. As I sit here, I count 12 dirty tables with no staff attempting to clean them. It's not busy, so it's a little frustrating to come into a mostly empty restaurant and have my choice of dirty tables and floors. It's also frustrating that they are out of ketchup. What kind of a restaurant that only has chicken and fries runs out of ketchup? These guys have a lot of turnover so that may be the issue. Many of the managers that used to be there (when things were good) have left and gone onto other things. I want to like Cane's again. I will pop in again too see if they've gotten better. For now, they aren't at the top of my list like they once were. read more

They were good. I enjoy Cane's time to time. It was not special. It was Cane's. Even if they are just Cane's, Cane's are usually very good. You should definately try their finger chicken. Also, their staffs were really nice and their place was very clean. read more

I ordered a 4 chicken strip meal. It comes with soggy French fries, coleslaw, and one tiny cup of dipping sauce, which was not even enough for 1 chicken strip, and a drink. I asked for extra sauce they charged me (for a condiment) and gave me one extra little cup which was not enough. It was my first time there because I was told they have the best chicken. We just asked for bigger pieces cuz last time they were small. She snapped at us and said, "whatever we got THAT'S WHAT YOU'LL GET.". It's almost as if she went out of her way to give us pieces that were even MORE tiny than the last time we ate at Canes! 6 tiny pieces of chicken, buried in an avalanche of crinkle fries, slaw, a palm sized piece of bread and a drink for $13. Went to this location today their prices have been raise drastically which I understand ordered my chicken got to the window when I asked for sauce I was told that it would be $.42 and I said you don't get any with the chicken and she said no. My family and I were at this location for Mother's Day. The people who work here are nice and professional, and our food came out quickly. The inside of the restaurant, though, was dirty. There were only 2 families in the restaurant; however, all of tables were dirty and were not cleaned off the entire time we were there. The floors had old food on the floors. The women's restroom could be cleaned more often, too. There was hair, toilet paper, and paper towels everywhere. The next time I visit a Raising Cane's, I'll go to a different location. read more

Si I went to The Spring location a few weeks ago and the only reason I couldn't give them 5 stars was because they are so dang EXPENSIVE!!!! Chicken is cheap so why $10+ for lunch pp? The chicken fingers and sauce are pretty good, but this new fast food restaurant needs to get their act together on the important little things. I ordered the box combo - chicken fingers, fries and a 21 oz drink (actually 2 of them). The fries were sooooo salty you couldn't eat them, since I got them at the drive through I had to drive back and they made me some fresh low salt fries - would have been 2 stars if they had refused - but really guys, get it right first time! And the 21 oz drink - actually more like 6 oz drink and the rest ice - could barely push the straw in the cup, so much ice. Disappointing. read more

Love the new location! I'm so happy to have a Raising Cane's closer to home. Inside is spacious and very clean. The chicken was juicy and cooked perfectly. And the Cane's sauce, yum! Ok place for a quick bite but I think it's pretty pricey and plain for what you get. They only have chicken fingers, fries, Cole slaw, bread and dipping sauce. So for those minimal selections you would expect everything to be amazing but unfortunately they most definitely are not. Drive through service was quick both times I visited but their menu could be organized better. I just wanted fries and chicken fingers and couldn't find prices for just those. The chicken and fries were good and hot but I can get a better meal for less at Culver's. And you have to pay extra for their dipping sauce. Pass. read more
