Absolutely horrible service. I went in with my family and four of my family members ordered first then right after me and one other person ordered together. We knew we'd probably get our food first since there was only two of us and the rest of my family went to sit down. We got our food within two minutes so we were like okay that's awesome. My other family members waited over 30 minutes then one of them had gotten up to go so where the food was and asked politely and was given attitude for no reason. Then they manager said they gave the order to someone else and they just re made it then my boyfriend got up to use the restroom and we had noticed the employees walking over at least once a minute and starring at us and pointing so we were quite confused. Once my boyfriend got up he was walking to the restroom and the employees including the manager were talking shit about my family and I not knowing my boyfriend was with us they kaput talking extremely rude about us even in front of other customers saying they thought we were going to go back up wanting free food when we had no intention of doing so we were getting ready to leave at the time. The food being late wasn't an issue this location is always busy but when they started talking shit and it's mainly the head manager that's a completely different story. One of my family members went up to let the manager know we had no intention to get free food and she didn't appreciate being able to hear the manager and other employees talk shit and stare and point at us knowing we could see them. Well, the manager didn't like that at all she was extremely disrespectful and instead of apologizing and just saying oh okay my bad she huffed and puffed and turned around and just walked off and laughed. At that point my aunt got very angry and told her that her and her employees were extremely disrespectful and we all got up and left. I used to work in the food industry an none of the employees I ever worked with or even a manager especially was that rude to a customer. EVER. That is absolute bullshit. You do not point at your customers and talk shit knowing they can hear you. We did absolutely nothing wrong we had no intention of even getting more food we just wanted what we ordered we were very respectful until the manager walked off talking shit and laughing to other employees. Then the manager put a jacket on and covered her name tag so we couldn't report her. But when we called to report her we were told that they knew exactly who it was and it wasn't the first complaint they had gotten about her. If you have a bad fucking employee FIRE THEM!!! That was the worst experience and completely embarrassing for my whole family. Don't fucking go inside to this location. Absolutely horrible fucking service. read more

This place has the worst lines and won't ever open up their second drive thru line. Whether you go inside or drive thru, you'll be waiting forever. Today topped it off for me, i got here in plenty of time to get breakfast and of course the drive they was packed so i went inside and by the time i got there it was 10:30 so she said i have to do lunch. I drove here for breakfast, not lunch. I'm gonna drive further away to another chick fil a , now. They waste my time too much here and i've had it. They got two stars rather than one because their food is good when i am able to get it at this location. They need to have a better system for lines and breakfast lines! read more

I have eaten at Chick-fil-a for years at this location, often times as much as 3 times a week. But on Thursday 12/19/13 afternoon I purchased my normal number 1 combo and noticed it tasted and smelled "weird" and I almost didn't finish it. I should have thrown it away. I was deathly sick that evening with all the symptoms of food poisoning. Nausea, diahrrea, and violent vomiting. Three days later and I am STILL not over it. This is a true story and you may never have any trouble. I just wanted to warn people what happened to me. The chicken they served me was spoiled and rank. This is a wonderful Chick-Fil-A. The staff is amazing and you always feel like they care about you. We had breakfast with Santa Cow and it was so nice. They took complimentary family pictures. I would say that about 20% of the time they do not put at least 1 food item that I have ordered and paid for in the bag. The trend seems to be around busy times that the neglect begins. Paid for three meals got two and a half. I only have half hour lunches usually chic -fil -A is on point ,but today they forgot my meal. I called and spoke to the "manager " who was nameless asking if I could just get a refund , because by the time I'd get it I wouldn't have time to eat it and it would be cold. He told me that with "company policy " he can't issue me a refund on something I never received and all he could offer me was a dessert. Needless to say I won't be returning. . . This morning, I went to Chick-fil-A for breakfast. After ordering in the drive through, I realized I forgot my wallet in my gym bag. The young man and young lady who were working this morning took care of me, and were so courteous and generous. They took an embarassing situation, and made it great. This is why I will be back.
