Can't rave enough about this location and management team. Either on a personal basis or if dealing with them for a school or community/sports team they never fail to provide quality food and generous support to the community. Happy to partner with this business whenever possible. Long lines in the drive through are manageable when you see workers out there in all types of weather eager to take your order. Horrible customer service! Missing several things from our order and when we went back for a refund, closing manager questioned us. Second guessing us for a mistake they made was absolutely uncomfortable and torture trying to get them to make it right. Told us we need to call right after something is missing, yet they couldn't seem to answer their phones or check messages, which made this process even more insane. Great place if you want lunch at 8:45 in the morning... Was in the Thornton, CO location on Saturday morning, July 6, 2019. My wife and I were going to have breakfast. She ordered her meal and it was fine. I ordered a number 5 meal and was given a number 5 lunch meal. The great part here, is that I ordered a bacon and egg muffin with orange juice. Since a number 5 lunch is a grilled chicken sandwich, bacon is not included. Bottom line is that they managed to charge me extra for what i did NOT order. Nice job folks! This Chick fila is so inconsistent. My family usually has breakfast at this location every Saturday morning. This morning it was pathetic. This is a busy place. I enjoy the food. What I observed while dinning in was how the entire staff and management worked hard to deliver a great product. Let's be honest. If I could leave zero I would. Waited like 30 minutes in line at the drive thru, they took forever to give us our order. Okay not that big of a deal. The problem was we finally got our order parked to eat real quick and noticed half our order was missing and the stuff we did get was wrong. Not to mention we didn't get any napkins or intensive since we ordered two Salads. It's like they expected us to eat our salads with our bare hands. No matter which location of Chick-fil-A you choose the best thing at Christmas time is there peppermint chocolate chip milkshake's. The drive thru line is insanely long. Once you're in you can't get out because of the cones. Very very disappointing. You can see some of the employees hanging out in the lobby and preparing to close when there are literally 30 cars in the parking lot. This location needs better management. I'm going to be 100% honest with you here so listen up. I could probably eat Chick-fil-A every day if I just wanted to let myself go. It's seriously my favorite part about living here in Colorado rather than California. Like, I moved from an area without any Chick-fil-A's to one that's saturated with them and I couldn't be happier. This location is especially amazing too. The workers here are actually happy. Like, either these are honest smiles or everyone that works here could be Academy Award winning actors. It's just such an overall positive customer service experience that I've grown to expect nothing but the best, which is how it should be. Food has always been solid as well. I'm sure it's mostly the same location to location, but man it's delicious. They're doing something right back there in those kitchens. Their sandwiches are pretty top notch, especially with the sauces. Love getting either the ranch or Polynesian sauces and adding it to the mix. Their fries are my favorite though. Waffle cut and salty. Like, can I marry their fries? I'm definitely going to continue being a customer here, especially at this location since it's so near my place. Until today, granted this is not the CFA that I frequent, long wait as expected but they messed up my drink order which was corrected before we left and as I was a couple of miles away, two of our drinks were only carbonated water no syrup!! Had to drive back, they agreed to fix them but no to any compensation. My CFA in Brighton, CO, always fixes their mistakes by offering compensation up front and with a smile and their trade mark " MY PLEASURE ". I'll start by saying I really love Chikfila. This particular one is closest to work and I have to give major props to them because the service is on point. The drive thru is so efficient. It's intimidating when you see a line wrapped around the building, but it's so fast you're hardly stopped at all. Superb location! We have been going there for the last 13 years and everyone from the front line to the management team is friendly and accommodating. It's like 5 star service in a fast food restaurant. They just keep getting better. We also miss Mrs Fern who was the best! You will not be disappointed with the service. It is consistently high quality and the food is consistently good. The service delivery model should be one that some of the other local restaurant owners learn and duplicate.
