I really hope to like this place more... but looks like I'd need to trek back to Aurora for quality and better pricing.

Furthermore, when we raised a concern regarding the quality of the fried rice which appeared to be plain white rice with frozen vegetables rather than the fried rice we have received in the past our concerns were ignored, and our request for a simple substitution of fries was flatly refused. I was also shocked to see additional line items on our bill for requests that are standard in the service industry. Specifically, I was charged $1.00 for a request for "extra crispy" fries, and I have previously been charged for simple accompaniments like lemons. Charging customers for basic food preparation preferences feels both petty and indicative of a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. The combination of hostile service, a significant decline in food quality, and the nickel-and-diming of standard requests has made it clear that I will not be returning to your business. I believe it is important for you to be aware of how these practices are impacting long-term customers.
