This location sucks since it changed ownership. All new staff in the kitchen and no one knows what's going on. I go to this location often, and always receive great customer service, as well as great food. I made an order tonight through the drive thru, but at the window I noticed that I had forgotten my credit card. I told the young lady at the window, Annie, that I had forgotten my card and to void out the order until I returned with payment. She said it was not necessary and the meal was on them. About a week ago a lady crashed into me at this Chick-fil-A's parking lot. When I tried to talk to the manager Delmy about it, she seemed so uninterested on helping me out but said she would call me with the witness at 2 pm. After not getting a call back I had to go down there myself three times over the span of a week. She finally told me I couldn't get any information on the witness bc he was underage. Then after a week when the witnesses called me, he had informed me he wasn't a minor not even close. Delmy never took the situation serious for what it was, she was very unprofessional. She ruined my experience and from what I saw inside she's ruining it for your regular employees too. We all know Chick-fil-a is good. There is not really variation of quality when it comes to the food from location to location. There is a change however, in the number of damn sauces they give from one location to the next. And I'll be damned if this is not the stingiest Chick-fil-a location on the planet when it comes to sauce. I am a very frequent Chick-fil-a visitor. So much so that I have the One app so that I can place an order and have it picked up curbside. The One app allows you to add up to 3 sauces per meal. Upon my visit today I placed an order for myself and numerous family members I had visiting my house. We are talking in the neighborhood of 10 meals, all with 3 sauces requested. I come home to find a grand total of 4 sauces. Needless to say, I'm heartbroken. Chick-Fil-A is known to be great and it usually is. For some reason this location is terrible. This is over the course of 3 years coming to this location. Multiple occasions we've placed an online order in advance and have still had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes with them asking "can you please pull to the front." We've placed huge orders in advance for our company to take to customers and it not be ready in time and have had to talk to the manger about it. Our latest occurrence has been asking for sauces with our Order, getting 0, not even napkins or a fork to eat the side Mac and cheese. Fed up with this location. Wow where to start?!? I am a big fan of chick fil a but so disappointed in this specific chick fil a. Placed an order for a bagel meal and a fruit and yogurt parfait. Paid for my meal with guy outside with iPad (no receipt was given to me or offered). Got up to receive my meal and they only gave me my bagel meal with no parfait. I said "oh I ordered a parfaits well and it's not here". Employee said "can I see your receipt?" I stated that I was not given one and I ordered and paid for it all in line. They have forgotten sauces lately and now today I mobile ordered catering for 15 people and they neglected cups, plates, cutlery and napkins... this caused a huge problem because it was for a work lunch I was hosting and I had food for people but nothing for them to eat on or with or drink out of. When I called the location I was told I need to start asking for cups, plates and cutlery. The breading is gummy instead of crispy. I feel this is because the are so concerned with getting the customers through the line quickly. Very slow service (that's the 1st for Chick-fil-a). Not sure what caused a wait of 15 minuets before getting to the window. Service was in drive thru and the person taking my order must of been busy doing something else because I had to repeat my order 3 times "breakfast" at 8:30am (very simple order "2 chicken biscuits 1 with grilled chicken, with egg white, & no cheese. 1 chicken biscuit). After finally getting my order in I pull up at the window and the my order was not correct SMH . I have never been to a Chick-fil-a that service was this slow, and inconsistent. I love CFA but this one is terrible. The fries are always over cooked and soggy, sometimes they even come out cold. The sweet tea often times taste sour. I'm a strong supporter of the values that Mr. Cathy holds, but I've never been a fan of Chick-fil-a. I've never had bad quality at any of them, but the food just didn't suit me. Until now. My son got a coupon for good grades, so I brought him here (he loves the place) to celebrate. I wasn't expecting much, but figured I'd order something so we could eat together. Well, things have changed a lot since I last ate at a Chick-fil-a. There were items on the menu that I thought I'd like, and I was very happy with the spicy chicken deluxe I ordered. The line was fairly long when we came in, but it moved very quickly. The people working there were hands down the absolute best I have ever seen in a fast food joint, very courteous and helpful, refilling drinks, smiling, being polite, etc. Come to think of it, I'm not sure I've had better service at an expensive restaurant. No exaggeration. For the food alone, I'd come back. It was pretty good; much better than it was years ago. Because of Mr. Cathy's boldness, values and the way they treat their employees, I'd come back. For the service, the amazing attitude of the employees, I'd come back. If I could give them a six I would. I hope the manager reads these. I hope he knows how great his employees are and how refreshing it is to get good quality and service in fast food. Excellent job. The straw that broke the camels back is today I thought I was requesting extra chick fil a sauce packets only to be getting the large pint size sauce at 2.99 a pop 6 of them and the lady that brought out my order even commented on how much I had ordered. Service is slipping. When you place a mobile order and there something wrong with it planted be standing there for at least 10 to 15 minutes before you're even acknowledged. I went to the mobile pick up area like a Telus you too and it says someone will be with you shortly to help you figure your problem out and needless to say that never happened I had to find someone cleaning tables in the lobby to help me with my problem because the manager who is also expediting food at the time who had even made eye contact with me didn't give me the time or day to figure out what I was standing there for waiting even though he saw me there multiple times.
