I hate making a not so pretty review for my dear chick fil a however the service I received today was nothing I've ever seen from chick fil a and I've been coming to that location for a long time. So today I came to the drive thru with my toddler trying to grab a quick bite I made my order online prior to arriving with all my customization for my food on it. I decided to check my bag about half way to the house when I look and see the fries so salted that salt was falling off my hands, the fry container was broken open at the bottom and they had not followed any of my customization for my sandwich. read more

Food - 9/10 I always like the breakfast. I will say that my sandwhich was messy and falling apart when I got it. Not the easiest thing to eat when on the go. Waited for my curbside order for 15 minutes. I arrived in curbside spot 11 five mins before the truck next to me parked in spot 10. He received his food within minutes, while I waited. I even had to call the store and asks the store manager where was my food item. Usually chick fil a are very organized. I have to assume that most Yelpers are foodies who take the time to review positively for local restaurants & cafes, but don't think to leave their positive reviews for a fast food restaurant. Therefore, the ones motivated to leave a review happen to be the one-off's who had a team member make a mistake. But hey... it happens everywhere. 9/25/23 As I write this in still in the drive thru line for 25 minutes now. Just for 2 sandwhiches and a kids meal. Finally brought my meal out and I'm missing fries and they didn't even offer to comp anything. The drive thru guys are finding it funny when they forgot something and waited another 10 minutes for fries. Brought out a half empty fries too lol. Absolutely ridiculous. Management should be disappointed and I'll be waiting for my money back. 10/25/23 UPDATE: Chick-fil-A refuses to answer my calls and emails but I'll keep trying through yelp. Went there tonight to eat with a group of kids to find the floor girl spend 45 mins blocking off the entire dining area mopping then get visibly upset when we sat where she moped to then her verbally making them feel bad and once again more lose of respect for this location. I confronted the manager to which she was very respectful with her response but I'm still waiting for a refund for my first incident above. This location is absolutely horrible and now needs a remodel with their staff. read more

I went his morning... ordered a sausage cheese bagel.... received a chicken cheese bagel.... didn't realize until I was down the road... bummer! I also ordered a Coke Zero with extra ice.... drink barely had any ice in it. From the service I received... to the quality of food... to the order being prepared correctly.... fail! The staff is friendly and efficient. Restaurant is clean and tidy. It's quiet for the most part, as there is a play area for kids. I like that they have fresh flowers on the tables. The servers also visit the tables and ask if you need anything, including drink refills. One other thing, this location is usually not all that crowded on weekday mornings, which I like. The management also decorates the restaurant according to season. Very festive. read more

Beware of this specific Chik Fil A . Make sure you check what you ordered before you drive away. Out of several times we ordered from here, I kid you not, they got our orders wrong more than correct/complete. Ordered chicken burrito and they put Egg white grill! I ordered 2 coffees and asked for total of 6 sugar & 6 creamer OUTSIDE. Got home no creamer and sugar in the bag, opened the coffee cup there it is, super white with creamer and super sweet coz they decided to put 6 sugar, 6 creamer in each cup! Waste of money. You guys know this is my ultimate favorite fast food restaurant. The food is delicious, the service is unbeatable, and I love for the company stands for. I went through the drive through after 9pm and although it was close to closing time, I still got the same level of excellent service as always. We r in the drive thru for at least 20 min and the workers seem so confused and don't know what order goes where. Of course.... Stopped on my way home and wish I had traveled on to the next Chick-fil-A. I had a salad which was good, tea was excellent, but my favorite -- the cookie -- looked as though it had been thawed and not seen an oven. It was cold and hard. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich with mac and cheese and a cookie. Sandwich was good, mac and cheese was a little dry, and the cookie . . . cold and hard! The women's restroom was nasty. Chik Fil A is a fast-food chain serving chicken sandwiches, strips & nuggets along with salads & sides, it would take a serious lapse for a place to screw up that easy of a menu. Despite my ethical differences with the company owner's viewpoints and the fact that they're never open on a Sunday, this place has really good chicken strips and an oreo shake! Occasionally a delay with getting your food. Grilled chicken sandwich is okay, tastes like its full of water. Service is great, seems like these places always have twice as many employees as any other fast food chain. Its always clean and I enjoy the mints they throw in the bag. Do not come to this Chick-fil-A. Every time that I have ordered from this Chick-fil-A I'm always missing part of my order. Today was my last straw. Completely forgot 2 of my chicken minis and a chicken biscuit. I called the store 2 times. The first time I spoke with a lady who was giving me attitude and apparently couldn't find the order number. Even though we just ordered from there. The second time we called I spoke with another person and was given more attitude. Another time I ordered. I have an illness that restricts me from eating fried food. The place was closing in half an hour, and they were quick to take our order and get the food via the drive thru. They were very nice and made sure our order was correct by repeating it a couple times. I hate when you go to a fast food restaurant and your order gets jumbled and you leave with the wrong thing but didn't know or have time to check. A wonderful experience. Family went the day after Christmas and the place was packed. I went to get a table and our food came out before my wife was done paying and getting drinks. Food was great and just like ordered and they have Cherry Coke. Despite the heavy traffic place was clean. No packet at the condiment bar was out of place. Today I had the grilled chicken salad with balsamic berry dressing. Holy smokes...that is an awesome salad. In case you haven't noticed. Restaurants have been serving us less portions but charging more. This started just after the peak of CoVid. Corporate is trying to recoup losses and have figured out that most people won't notice. Well I've noticed and so have many of you. Purchased a cob/chicken salad and received about a third less chicken than pre-pandemic. I thought Chick filet would be better than most fast food franchises and strive to not cheat the customer. Turns out they are only interested in profits and not the customers dollar to value ratio. read more

Look, if you don't want to wear a mask fine--but if you're dealing with people's food, should be made to wear one! Then the car in front of me has a big, slobbering dog. Check your bags! Constantly forgetting items. I assume they don't train the people in the drive thru to check the order before giving it to the customer. Not once but TWICE they forgot our brownies.
