We were told that the biz ran out of spicy chicken strips. They quoted us a 6 minute wait...which was fine. However, from there we waited, and waited, and waited, alongside 2 others. The associate who took our order went on break, occupying the car besides us.The gentleman behind us in line received his order about 5 minutes before we did, and after about 15 minutes our chicken arrived. The 3rd car waiting (the one that was there waiting for their order when we took ours) was not as lucky, they were still waiting for their order when we left. We came home to find my fiancés mashed potatoes missing, and incredibly old fries. I always appreciate fresh chicken, so thank you so much for that, but for fast food, there's certainly room for improvement with this establishment. No matter which combo tickles your pickle, enjoy it with Cane's sauce.
